So this is absolutely insane that I have to write this. Got home and realized they had forgotten my sons chicken nuggets and french fries so decided to go back when we told them at the drive thru that they forgot it we were met with attitude and that "honey I put it in the bag" to which I responded "well its not there" Also the entire crew was in the parking lot smoking pot. Including the Manager. They gave us our food begrudgingly and I just decided maybe i should check the food before my son eats it... well thank god I did. Bc there was a huge wad of hair in it.... Clearly had been put there on purpose.... Which by the way is ILLEGAL! We will never ever ever go back to this Wendys might not ever go to one again. Im in shock. read more

i went through the drive up and the people taking the orders were being stupid.. back and forth between two people and you could barely understand them i had a fifty dollar order and it was not good. five not very warm sandwiches soggy fries and one sandwich was too be plain and instead had everything on it not to mention the hamburger was hard and dried out. the drinks were not marked and when i asked which one was which they said they didn't know and when asked to correct the situation they refused and rudely shut the window read more

I like the double all the way when it's fresh off the grill... But I question why there are three lefts and a right turn to get through the drive-thru? I guess the architect wasn't a rocket scientist but I will say the burger flipper may have been a professionally trained chef, my burger was pretty good, the fries not so much. I'm hoping the new normal includes the improved sanitation practices I've noticed at the drive-thru it looked like a doctor was handing me my order, but the real test will be when the dining area and restrooms open up a hundred percent. I recommend the burger and a large Dr. Pepper and maybe a frosty - this Covid-19 is cramping my style I want to eat inside the restaurant and not in my truck for once, it's amazing what we miss, but until then I'll keep asking for extra napkins from the lady behind the mask and letting them keep any change and paying it forward every chance I get... read more

worst customer service i've ever had, pulled up to park and i turned my music down but i guess it was still loud because of my stunt wall so a worker came out banging on my window yelling at me to turn it down so i was being polite and i did but i told him he didn't have to bang on my window like that then he proceeded to try and fight me over my music being loud. the manager comes out and tells me to leave and tells him to go inside and as im leaving i exchange words with him then he really got mad and grabbed a handful of rocks and runs to my truck and when he gets to my truck he throws them at my face. charges are waiting to be pressed by the city and this location will be sued. read more

when I was going to place my order it was packed one person on the register, the young lady was her second day around her could not put coupon codes for our meals. Also, one of the workers that were making the burgers did not have gloves on unprofessional unsanitary rubbing his nose and his ear was not happy with this place at all I don't recommend nobody to go there read more

Most, not all drive through hosts are miserable. The short blonde hair MANAGER is the worst! How can you have decent customer service if your leader is rude and clearly not happy. I will say the kitchen always gets it right but they need some serious csr training at this location. read more

Two days ago ask for 3 meals, the dri,nks were 2 cokes and 1 sweet tea, I drove off was going to drink my sweet tea but I saw it looks funny, so I took the lid off and it looks slimy almost like someone spit in my drink, I call she said not possible, I showed it to the manager and she assures me it from the container and it was bubbles, I worked in fast food and this was not bubbles. I have eaten here several times, in restaurant and take out, from inside, not drive through, always have great, juicy bacon cheeseburgers, and regular burgers too...I love the baked potatoes, even better than fries, but I have had the fries too, and they are great too! The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is really pleasant and attentive, no waiting at all! They always have their condiment and utensil table all fully stocked! The restaurant is well-lit and clean! I have seen bad reviews for this place, most I think are from late evening, I usually go in during the day, early evening, and have never had a problem! Just check it out, maybe see if it is time of day, let the manager know about employees not doing what they need! I always do! I don't care, if it is a cheap take out place, or a fine restaurant, you are paying for your food, so it should be how you would like! Hungry late at night after work. And the drive thru window attendant acted like a zombie. I smiled said thank you, and recieved no response. She behaved as if any minute she was going to freeze in mid-motion and seize to exist. On top of that cold exchange. The dining room was empty. Every employee I saw were on their phone. Every table was dirty. My shoes stuck to the sticky filthy floor every step. It smells like mildew near the coke machine. The vents are black with dust and/or mold. Maybe wipe a table down and mop the floors instead of checking Facebook. I can't imagine any manager letting this place get this bad. The fries were decent but the burger was burned and the bacon so burned it was inedible. The coke freestyle machine was out of 75% of choices. I'm guessing if they are too lazy to clean they can't be bothered to replace the coke machine. A large combo was 10.97. That is extremely high for fast food. Disgusting food. Never clean and the staff never get my order right, I ordered lemonade and a chicken sandwich and they gave me sprite and lemonade. Also last time I went there I spotted a couple roaches. Wouldn't recommend. I would prefer DQ or Arby's. read more

I usually don't go to Fast Food Restaurants for dinner but wanted a hamburger. Wendy's are generally my favorite fast food restaurant if I am on the road and need something quick. I ordered fried fish combo which was being promoted on a monitor at the register. The fried cod was okay. The french fries that came with it were cold and seemed like they had been fried twice. I sent them back which I never do. The second batch was hot but still not the quality I come to expect with Wendy's. The self service soda machine was out of CocaCola. Although the restaurant was fairly clean it is an older Wendy's that needs to be updated maybe even torn down. I will not be back anytime soon read more

So I came here for a quick bite. It's my first time to this location. I read some reviews giving it negative reviews. All I have to say is...I object! I came through the drive-thru and the girl that took my order was polite and welcoming. I received my food and it looked exactly as the pictures you see. My burger was precise and there was no pickles, just as I asked for. The fries were perfect. I clearly was not disappointed. I usually do not like to go to fast food unless it's a last resort. I would honestly rate this a no star restaurant, I went through the drive through with my mom and got two number twos hers with fries and mine with chili and then a number ten with chili, I got home and I ate my burger and then I was on to my chili. I had almost reached the last bit of chili when I seen this tiny dark green sea urchin looking thing. I scooped it out of the container and showed my mom and sister, all of us in dismay and left disgusted that something so revolting was in one of our foods. I immediately took it to the store and showed the manager, who was actually very nice, the pictures and the rare thing I found. I will never eat Wendy's again. I'm deeply disgusted. This Wendy's is great. I go here often with friends because as a college student, we don't have a lot of money for dining out. The quality is better than any other fast food. This Wendy's always has kind people working and the store is always clean. read more
