Visited on Monday 6 April, 2026 for lunch. Ordered the Bonanza Burger. It was VERY salty! I've had the same burger on a Saturday this past November and it was not as salty. Different chef perhaps? Spilled the salt? The service is good and the atmosphere is great, especially on the weekends when sky divers land.

Chicken bacon avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delish

My grandmother and I stopped in last Saturday for lunch. Sat outside by the planes. Was a beautiful day. Service was great. Very attentive & polite. All the food was on point. My mimosa was good as well def could be alittle fuller though. Deck should be completely redone. Still very unsafe pcs sticking up causing lots of tripping hazards. We had a wonderful time we will be back.

Great burgers and fried pickles. If ever near the DeLand Airport, this is the place to go.

The blackened grouper wasn't that good. Salads were ok. Worth a try if you have never been near airport, other then that not a return imo.

The ambiance was inviting, stylish, and felt like the perfect setting for a weekend experience with friends. The food overall was good. The shrimp and grits were definitely the highlight for me full of flavor and well done. The steak, however, wasn't my favorite and didn't quite hit the mark. The fruit bowl was exactly that fruit in a bowl nothing special but fresh. The banana pudding was delicious and a sweet way to end the meal. The service was a bit inconsistent, which I believe was due to the waitress being very busy. There were a few moments where we waited longer than expected for menus, straws, or even water. While noticeable, it didn't completely take away from the experience and felt more like a staffing issue than a lack of care. Overall, I would absolutely return for brunch with friends. The atmosphere alone makes it worth another visit, and with the right company, it's a great spot to enjoy a relaxed and beautiful brunch experience.

For appetizers, we tried the coconut shrimp, Table tots, spinach dip, and charcuterie. Everything was fantastic except the shrimp, which were a bit overcooked. The rest of the starters were flavorful and well prepared. Most of our group ordered the NY strip since they were out of the filet, while others chose the meatloaf, mushroom pasta, and a few other dishes. Portions were generous and the food was tasty. While the strip wasn't the best I've had, it was cooked perfectly. Dessert was a bit hit or miss. We tried all the pies -- most were decent and nicely presented, though nothing stood out. The salted caramel cheesecake had a grainy texture rather than being smooth. Service was friendly, but a little rushed. Courses came out too quickly, making it hard to enjoy each one before the next arrived. The table became crowded with plates, and the pace felt chaotic at times. The server was kind and seemed possibly overwhelmed. Overall, a good meal with solid food, but pacing and a few execution details could use some attention.

I will update if this changes through my stay. My first stay was quite horrendous to say the least. Let's hope this stay is a lot better. Update: as I wake up in the morning and go to make my morning cuppa coffee, the Keurig doesn't work. Now, coffee is my life as stated on my page. I don't know what to do with myself as there is nobody working in the front desk, quite literally there is a sign. Disappointed in that. I went to go take a shower and my options were either scolding hot or freezing cold. So I awesomely got to choose between the two. That was pleasant. As stated in one of the pictures you can see that some of the paint is faded in a couple different areas in the room and the wood is showing underneath. Just some basic light maintenance needs to be tended to. And the lightbulbs need to be checked out before customers come into the room. Other than that, I am happy with the aesthetic of the junior suite. It is roomie and nicely decorated. I like the fact that the living room is sectioned off from the bedroom. Makes it feel like you're in your own little apartment versus being in a hotel. They seem to have made some upgrades since the last time I had stayed here. In the bathroom, they have amenities that they did not have before. So kudos to them. Now let's see how the rest of my stay goes! Oh, and Lindsay who works the front desk, rocks!

The ambiance is about half of what this place is all about. It's very Trader Sam's, including a lot of neat Disney memorabilia on the shelves on the walls behind the bar. You can come and enjoy a nice drink without getting alcohol. We also ordered a burger from their limited food menu. It was very good. Not in competition for best burger in Orlando or anything, but the flavors were on point, and bun was nice and soft, and the furikake dusted crinkle cut fries were the perfect side item. The guy was present, but not overly present. The drinks and the food were very timely. The burger we had was very nice, and I love a good crinkle cut fry. Cons: I tried a drink that wasn't supposed to be too sweet, but it was just too sweet for me. And a significant portion of the menu seems to be sweet drinks. Very tiki bar. Tips: Certainly a preference thing. I'm not gonna knock them, but if you're not a sweet drink kind of person, good luck here.

Moving from Grand Rapids recently, and following mustard plug since I was in high school (long time ago haha) I couldn't miss this show with VooDoo. love that they make it to Florida. Had never been to DeLand, but once we got here, and saw the Venue we were pleasantly surprised. The check in process was flawless, and they had a massive food truck with tons of wonderful options. They had an outdoor and indoor bar, fully staffed, with lots of drink options. The bar is very punk rock, with lots of nostalgic memorabilia hanging from the walls. Lots of neon with the angst of chaos amongst the stickers and art. I felt very at home, and this was the perfect venue to host ska music. I highly recommend people to take the time to appreciate the love they have put into this place that's hidden down the alley of this beautiful small town. Overall, a must whether it's a concert, beer or quick bite to eat. Super casual and fun, and also a perfect place to just hang out and shoot a game of pool with friends.
