Horrible, I had to get a refund. I sat in the drive thru for almost a minute before being acknowledged, then the person who took my order was super rude. While waiting for my food I looked over into the window and guy with long hair had no hair net AND the person making the food had his mask under his chin. I immediately asked for a refund. read more

I don't even want to give one star. It's that bad. I come here multiple times a week and I finally just had to say no more. Everytime I order something, it's wrong. I'm either missing items or missing ingredients (like bacon). Everytime I order anything with bacon, the bacon is literally so burnt it's like chewing burnt glass. I truly believe they scrape the bacon pieces off the bottom of the grill and serve that on their baconator fries. I'm sad because I usually like Wendy's in Florida. At this point though, I'm wasting my money because I don't even end up eating the food. Please fix this location! read more

Staff is made up of incapable individuals. Do not get orders correct or forget food. March 31st around 10pm the Spanish kid at the drive through got my order wrong and forgot items. I think he was stoned too. I was the only customer in line the whole time I was waiting there's no reason this kid should have made any mistakes. Not that they care but I won't be back as there are PLENTY of fast food places Right in that same area and a Wawa. HORRIBLE !!! Spent $30 on what was just plain garbage! The burgers looked burnt and were tasteless hockey pucks. Their spicy chicken sandwich had a very old-looking piece of lettuce and stale bread. Order placed for a double stack cheese and ketchup only. I specified no bacon due to an allergy, yet I still received the order with bacon (an allergen) on sandwich. I think they may need to change the oil jm their fryers. My homestyle chicken sandwich which is usually crispy was soggy at this location and the chicken was very rubbery and hard to bite into and tear. I ended up just pulling the chicken off and eating the bun and toppings. It just seems a bit expensive for fast food tk have such poor quality, especially with Chickfila right down the road. read more

Went to this Wendys tonight. Used the bathroom and all I could hear was someone yelling 'shutup' and a bunch of yelling. Went out to order and there's this woman behind the counter yelling to the other employees and crawling in the floor picking up change she dropped. This went on for about 5 min. She finally found all the change and then preceded to fill the order of the two old ladies that were ordering. Wash her hands? Hell no! She then took the next persons order and finally got to me. I had been there for about 15 min. Of course she got my order wrong and then gave me an attitude as if it was my fault. Got my food and sat down. It was then I smelled this odor that was like walking into a barn. Don't know if it was the trash bin, the floor or the hamburger. Threw out the sandwich and left. Wendys has to clean house at this franchise and do it quick. read more

This Wendys (delran,nj) is by far the worst one I think I have ever visited. It was 11am...doors were closed and no one answering at drivethru. There were 3 cars in the parking lot. We sat at the drive thru for a bit after the car in front of us drove away. Then this person very tartly says yeah what can I get you? Hubby asked a question and ATTITUDE made an appearance (I was ready to just leave at that point) after the lady got pissy my hubby stepped up and gave it back......I ordered a small single #1....I got a cheeseburger with so much mayo it was disgusting, no onions and only part of a tomato with what I could only say was the rib in the lettuce leaf. The top part of the bun I couldn't eat.....between the mayo and whatever they put on the outside. Neither myself or my hubby will be going back to this particular Wendy's if any at all. I've been going here for a long time and always received good service. Day or nite/late nite-my food is always hot n' fresh, salads are fresh too. This one is far better than the one farther up on rt. 130 in my opinion. This is the one and only wendys that I go to in my area. read more

This is by far the best wendys I've been to. Very clean and great employees. My order is always correct and they double check my order. My food always comes out in a timely manner. Everyone is human so if there are any mistakes, they fix it right away, no issues. They've also offered me a frosty just because they accidentally put mayo on my sandwich. I had possibly the worst burger of my life off of the value menu. Talk about "Where's the beef", Dave Thomas would be spinning in his grave. The burger was so small and room temperature, the bun was too big and the cheese was not even a little bit melted. I hate to complain, but since its not in person here goes. The food here is usually passable, but they are keeping the dining room ice cold for some reason. I have to wear a coat to be comfortable. and they place is just dirty, not day to day dirty but used up and in need of renovation dirty, things that mopping will not cure. Its just old and outdated. The men's room for instance, has walls covered with residential grade acrylic bathroom wall paneling not suitable to stand up to public use. If you cant afford a professional renovation of at least the bathroom, what else are you skimping on? Food safety? I don't know, I'm just sayin'. read more

This Wendy's is by far the most despicable, disgusting place I've ever seen in my life. When it comes to food they are looking to shaft you at every opportunity they get. Trust me I worked there and I've seen how they short change every customer that walks through. When it comes to bacon on your sandwich they either rip up one piece of bacon and put it on your sandwich or they give you broken and burnt bacon. When it comes to the condiments there is usually pickles, or sauces slopped together in each container. When you order any of the fries that come with cheese on it they shirt change you by only putting one small spoonful of cheese and a tiny helping of the burnt bacon they had crushed into bits. And to make it worse if there isn't any bacon bits they just take a whole piece of bacon and kind of rip it apart. Now let's got onto one of the employees. The front register person is a creep. Let's start with the fact that he constantly flirts with every women that walks in there; to make it worse he even flirts with under age girls. I've seen him on many occasion do this and to make it worse when he got off shift he went INTO THE DINING ROOM TO "hang out" WITH SAID UNDERAGE GIRLS. He's 26 and watching him flirt with women who are half his age is disgusting. He has a history of it and just hangs out with customers while they eat asking for rides. He may front and act like he's a hard worker but in truth he's lazy. The bathrooms here are also the nastiest bathrooms of mankind. I can attest for that since I'd really be the only person to clean it. The front register guy I mentioned won't clean the bathrooms at all the entire morning. So by the time lunch and dinner rolls by you'll be treated to nasty toilets covered in urine and feces. Not to mention how there is literal feces on the wall if you look close enough, if you dare. On all the specialty lemonades too they scold the workers and encourage their workers to put tons of ice and little syrup. Any way they can save a little money they can and will. All in all I wouldn't go this disgusting excuse at a fast food place and honestly I'd stop going there all together. It's not worth getting sick over or getting luke warm chicken and hamburgers that have been sitting there for probably an hour or two. Since again they won't drop fresh food unless asked for they need to. So 9 times out of ten you're getting cold nuggets and fries. I'd suggest trying your luck at another Wendy's or just another fast food place entirely. One of the two five star reviews on here are even an employee trying to make it look better. read more

I am appalled about how much this Wendy's has gone down the drain. There used to be the friendliest woman working the drive thru, she used to brighten my night and be so pleasant. Well I haven't seen her in awhile and I'm guessing there were some employment changes because I encountered the rudest employee the other night. She got my order wrong so I went back to ask about it. She argued with me, blamed me and then said "okay, just drop it". I was just stating how I never received a receipt so I couldn't confirm the order. I went back again the other night and she was working. As I got home and opened my bag I found cold fries, a stale go wrap and a burger. I never ordered a burger and this burger had fries inside. Clearly they were messing with me and I once again didn't receive a receipt so I don't even know my cashier's name. I'm sad this passes as acceptable business behavior now especially since I work in customer service too. read more
