We basically live across the street so less than 5 minutes passed between us receiving the food and then eating it, thus the general takeout depreciation time wasn't much. That being said I was not impressed with the quality of the food haha. They didn't give us any hot sauce at all even though we requested it. They also gave us no napkins. My taco was alright. Mostly shredded lettuce and cheese, barely any beef. While my crunch wrap supreme was not crunchy at all. Then once you get to the last few bites it's mostly tortilla wrapper and all the sauce that seeped to the bottom. Probably won't get Taco Bell again unless I have a craving.

I patiently waited. She walked back and forth as did one other worker and no one said a word. After about 10mins one of the guys in the back who was making food said something to the woman who was walking by again without acknowledging the line that had started to form behind me. She then proceeded to walk back over to ask what I wanted. I understand it's not an upscale restaurant, but it's common courtesy to greet customers timely. The first time a beverage was missing from the online order. When I asked, I had to give the bag back to see if it was inside. They didn't have an itemized receipt and couldn't find details of what was ordered. I couldn't find one because I had not created a login on the app. It was really strange. The manager came over, took the bag again, looked inside, and just gave me a drink. I felt like I was being investigated. The second time the tracking system didn't work and my order appeared to be waiting to be made for quite some time. Finally, it said it was ready, and I drove up and no order. They had to make it and did so quickly. The third time, my order appeared to sit waiting to be made for over 10 minutes. I used the chatbot, and it quickly moved through the paces to ready. This was at least 5 minutes past when it was supposed to be done. I pulled up and it had been sitting for quite some time. When I got home, I only live a few minutes away, the sour cream was completely melted and everything else was lukewarm too. I woke up with food poisoning. I'm not the only one who has experienced that from this Chipotle. I do not recommend going there. It could have been a sour cream, the tomatoes, or cucumbers. There was a recent recall on tomatoes and cucumbers which had impacted New Jersey at that time. I think the sour cream was definitely off. After 2 days of my body purging itself followed by two more of sheer exhaustion. I will not be returning to Chipotle.

When I got there the girl that took our order thought it was crazy I wanted pickles in my lemonade although it's on the online menu. Anyway they ended up just giving me a lemonade slushee with pickles on the side. No big deal. I also got a chilli cheese dog with tots- everything was cold. I reheated the hot dog when I got home and it was still not edible. I'm not sure what kind of hot dogs they have but gross. My other half and son both got burgers/ my son didn't eat his burger he said it was rubbery and gives it two thumbs down. We will only go back to try the infinite amount of other drinks you can make but will stay away from the food.
