It is so rare these days to get good customer service - anywhere these days but the team at this location proved that thinking wrong. My daughter and I are suckers for the Apple Pecan salad (so good) and my other kids wanted burgers. We visited last night to learn that only one salad was left and I was ready to battle my daughter for it. The team was so sweet and made another salad so close to closing time. They were so accommodating and fun. Also a big shout out to Lily for making it happen. It may seem like a small thing but it definitely made us all smile and appreciate the return of good service. SUPER SLOW!! Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to! It also seems that every time I've ever asked for there to be no ranch dressing on my Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, they always put extra on it instead. This location does not honor nationality advertised prices. They charge $1 - $3 more for advertised specials. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for staff to recognize dine in customers. There is a Burger King down the street. Better service and they will respect national advertising. I recommend trying them over this place. I have been trying to resolve the issue but whoever answered refused to patch me through to the branch manager & demanded I give her all the details first to her and refused to give me her name. This Wendy's has been, overall, one of the biggest gambles if you want something quick and easy. The service is slow, has no conception of the concept of "customer satisfaction", and has the highest turnover rate of any restaurant on this part of Colfax. Can't imagine why... -_- On average, it takes about 15-20 minutes whether you go inside or through the drive through. Pretty sad for "fast" food. The people are rude, to top it all off! I was in the mood for chili tonight. Pulled into this Wendy's on my way home. I order a small chili no onions no cheese. They were out of chili. Ordered a baked potato. Again out of potatoes. Should someone, eventually, from headquarters read these reviews they will likely marry the smaller profit margins from this store compared to other Wendy locations despite this being a great location. We went through the drive-thur and waited, and waited, and waited, watching cars behind us drive off and some blowing their horns due to the long wait. The team person at the window was mindlessly clueless. The person ahead of us was at the window and they chatted with the staff nearly ten minutes if not longer, loudly laughing. I thought about calling the manager but realized the customer service is as bad as it is because the manager HAD to be just as inept, thus a waste of time. Apathetic and pathetic are these people. Our food STILL was not ready but even if it was, never mind, keep it. Odds are when there is a change of managers things will improve because quality people produce results. The staff is usually rude except for a couple of good eggs and it takes longer than literally every other fast food place in town I'm my experience. No one says hello or thank you except for a couple of really lovely people that work there during the day, but most of them are very rude. They also decide to close down half an hour to an hour early whenever their manager isn't there.
