I know what you're thinking. This is a pretty high score for a fast food chain right? True but they did a great job. While running errands and moving, I had no time to cook and needed a quick lunch. Stopped in here and got the Jr. Bacon Meal which brought back all the nostalgia of being a kid at Wendy's. It had two jr. bacon cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. Standard fast food meal but it was the fastest drive through and the workers were super friendly. The real winner was the pineapple mango lemonade. Honestly it gave the review a bump. Probably needs a zero star review. My brother in law went for lunch with my niece and nephew who are younger ages. The lady who took the order and gave them their food, slammed their food on the counter causing sauce to open on my brother in laws shirt I'm shocked that when this was addressed with the manager and corporate. They chose to do nothing. This was on 8/18 around lunch time . Clearly this woman shouldn't have a job in anything that she needs to have customer service for as she seems like a hot head. (not a meal) the chicken was smaller than the bun and was literally rubbery on the inside, it didn't even look like chicken and to top it off they charged $9 for this! An interesting meal. I just had a Crispy Chicken BLT sandwich, a 4pc Saucy Nugg (my first time) in Garlic Parmesan and a Large soda. The crispy chicken sandwich was much smaller than I anticipated, compared to other fast food places. It was a processed chicken patty barely 3.5" by 4". The sandwich had one slice of tomato, one leaf of lettuce, one piece of bacon, broken in half and a tiny dab of mayo. Just a tad disappointing! On the other hand, the Saucy Nuggs were a hit with me. The customer service was god awful, one of the managers not sure the name but red hair was extremely rude. Also heard racial slurs coming from the back as majority of workers were white. Music was very loud making it hard to understand causing tension while ordering, not only was costumer service fucked but also my food?!? I normally don't post reviews like this, but I was so irked at the rude tone of the drive-through attendant that I became compelled to write a poor review. Anyhow, it was late and all of the lights were on. The indoor lights, the sign, the lights on the drive-through menu, everything. I look inside and see somebody working, so I assume they must be open. There were no hours posted anywhere on the store so I couldn't go by that. So I pull around to the drive-through speaker, and a pleasant voice asks me what I would like. I place my order. Then a completely different voice, who sounded like another person entirely, barks back "We are CLOSED!" Well, EXCUUUUUUUSE........MEEEEEEE! If you are closed, please turn off the drive-through menu and the outdoor signs. Also - and this is important - if you are closed, don't ask for my order first, THEN shout back as rudely as possible after I place my order that you're closed, as if I should have known. And post your closing time clearly, please, before anybody else has the nerve to annoy your staff. Don't worry, it won't be me. If only somebody had POLITELY explained that the store was closed when I pulled up, without first asking for my order, I would not have posted this negative review. And since my order was solicited, then declined, I cannot provide a review of the food. read more

Wendy Testaburger from South Park is named as such because she once tested a burger at her namesake food restaurant, and threw up (much like Stan "Darsh" Marsh throws up when he sees her). Personal Experience: this is "the" Wendy's that I go to on a semi-regular basis. Not that I go to Wendy's. But sometimes it's almost midnight and I'm about to pass out at the wheel of the car and this is the only thing open, and in those cases, I occasionally get a puke-worthy 1-star chicken sandwich. Or the awful Chili. I try to avoid the burgers because as much as I don't like fast food burgers, I feel like Wendy's burgers make McDonalds taste like Vizzi's. Sorry Wendy's fans :( It's close to my house so I've been here a ridonkulous amount of times. The only reasons they get 2 instead of 1 are: (a) the servers are often friendly and will serve me at 11.59 even though they close at 12.00 without much complaining, and (b) I do like their Chocolate Frosties. I mean, I don't love them, but if it's late and I want a cold treat, for $1.29 it's more than enough. Wendy's is my least fave place to eat, like, ever. Their burgers are absolutely awful and their food in general is the worst of a very bad genre - fast food. However their chocolate frostys are decent and their strawberry lemonade is okay. Their chili is passable, and so for these reasons only, it's a 2 rather than a 3. This location always seems fairly friendly too. read more

I like Wendy's generally, but THIS location is terrible. The manager does a very poor job and does not care to fix issues that other restaurants would promptly address. Even the district manager blows you off! I don't know how these people got their jobs. This restaurant will conveniently "lose" online orders from the app, then take your credit card to place a new order. Then they will still charge you twice! Manager: does nothing, claims she can't find the receipt for the online order to refund it. Instead of simply offering a free meal coupon or something, she blows you off and tells you to let your bank deal with it. (Bank will report fraudulent charges to the police so I'm not sure how this is a smart idea.) If you ask corporate to speak to the district manager (the person who oversees the store manager), you'll just never hear back. What a bunch of jerks - very poor customer service. They apparently don't actually care about getting your business ever again. There are so many other restaurants in the area and this is the only place that treats customers this way. In addition to the fraudulent charges and terrible customer service, they will also leave items out of your order despite you paying for them. If you go here, CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving. I recently went to this location to use 2 coupons - one for BOGO spicy nuggets and the other was free drink and fries with a large cheeseburger purchase. The manager refused to accept the nugget coupon because it had a small tear on the side, most likely from when I took it out of the LEGITIMATE Wendy's promotional ad that they sent in the mail. This sad woman proceeds to accuse me of having stolen that coupon from another Wendy's, which makes zero sense. I don't care that much about your nuggets to be stealing coupons. Don't they take your coupons after you use them?? As an avid couponer, I know this is ridiculous. I don't know what her attitude was about but she probably just didn't want me to stack coupons, which I would have understood. The problem was that it was wrong for her to alienate a customer and try to say that I have stolen or done something wrong just because my coupon had a little rip. This caused unnecessary stress and made me feel very awkward as someone with anxiety around people as it is. I'm literally just using coupons that your company has provided to us in order to save money... Also, the wait was long to get my food and the fries were cold and seemed to have been sitting all day. BY THE WAY, I drove immediately to another Wendy's and they had NO PROBLEM taking my coupon. So it's probably just this location that's crap. Sorry. read more

My kids love Wendy's. They do have the best fries....That being said, I frequently stop by this Wendy's on my way home from work in Lancaster. I think I'm done now. 3 out of the past 4 times, I have asked for a Baconator (PLAIN) meal. and received a fully loaded Baconator. I'm not really sure what is so hard about this. Friday, when I pulled up to the drive through, I heard someone say something over the speaker, I thought that they wanted to take my order, when I started speaking they said "Hold On". Again, I say..Really. "Hold On"? I could have thought of lots of other ways to address a customer than that. Anyway, the food itself is fine. Perhaps their just needs to be some retraining ? or a Customer Focused motivational speech from a Manager? I'm going to give this particular Wendy's a break for a little bit. I just went there for lunch through the drive up. I order the 4 for 4 deal and a chicken sandwich. I ask for no lettuce on the chicken sandwich and no cheese on the burger.
