The food is thrown together in such a messy fashion that you will have whatever condiments you chose all over your hands and the top and bottom of the bun. They make frequent and numerous errors in preparing orders even when using the mobile app. The service is pathetically slow, and if you go inside, prepare to be treated like ice by the rude employees. Worst meal I've ever gotten from a mcdonalds. Got 3 large fries and a crispy chicken sandwich. I've always gotten fresh fries on a large order like this but they were cold and very tough like they were made an hour earlier. Just terrible. The sandwich was the same. Took one bite and couldn't finish that bite. Cold and hard. Took the chicken off the bun and tried another bite and spit It out. Just threw everything away. Slow service in drive thru on a Saturday morning. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, and I don't know what they ordered, but felt like I was in the drive thru forever. Went to this McDonalds because the one around the corner gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet and then refused me a refund and instead only offered to add packets of sugar since they didn't have sweet. So I went to this one and asked for a refund or a free sweet tea and they also said no, because the stores are run separately, blah blah. However they did assure me their sweet tea was sweet and so I bought one from here instead... and they were right. It was sweet. So they get 2 instead of 1. Still awful customer service though. What can I possibly say about McDonald's? They are a food-stuff onto their own. I'll assume y'all know what Mickey D's food is like & just say that this is a pretty fancy fast-food place while still being an obvious fast-food joint. The staff is kind and typically alert, there is an actual (enclosed) fire place with bar-stool/diner style seating around it, there are two drive-thru lanes which is helpful during those busy 5pm-suburb-dinner rushes. If you want additional ketchup, you have to ask the employees for packets; there is no pump with little paper cups. This may be a new standard operating procedure at McDonald's but this is the only location I come close to "frequenting". Basing my review on other McDonald's only, this one is excellent. It's clean, my order is always correct, and their fries always seem to be fresh. Only 4 stars because there's no ball pit. read more

A good place for a drive-thru fast food breakfast. My usual stop was mobbed, so it was Mickey D's for me in order to be on time for work. The woman who took my order was so clear and polite. She listened when I asked for little cream in my iced coffee, she clarified, "2?" I said "No, one would be fine. Thanks." And that is what I got. I know it seems obvious that a site filling your order correctly would be the norm, but it a world where drive-thru employees are pressured to "go, go, go," we all know that is not the case. My McMuffin was McGreat: melty cheese, good egg, non-chewy ham, and a TOASTED English muffin, not a"slightly warmed dry bread muffin." The only reason for he 3 stars would be the price. The service here is absurdly slow. The workers seem to have no idea what is going on, or any true sense of order. I have been to many establishments such as this, but the general apathy the workers have here truly attracts my ire. I mean, how hard is it to make a few happy meals? Everything at this establishment is scripted, the workflow is designed for just about any idiot to get back there and do the work. Certainly not worth the $15/hour wage hike they fought for. I know people that make less that serve better, and with a smile. 10/10 would not come back to this location ever again. The bathroom situation here needs some work as well, toilet paper was virtually everywhere. The bathrooms stank like urine and poor decisions. For a new looking McDonalds, this place needs some work. If i could give half a star i would. I don't go to this McDonalds' often, i usually drive out of my way to one that actually does a good job. Every time i come here the rolls are rock hard. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin once and literally bite into it and it was like biting into a rock. Immediately did a uturn to return it. Gross! Today i ordered a fish, i am in a hurry and no time to drive to the one i like, again bite in and its a rock. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy mc Donald's. But the thing is they are just really slow. I get it you might have a bad day and not be on top of your game.
