If you can't decide between a burger and chicken just get both on one sandwich! Crispy chicken with a tasty smash burger, some cheese and sauce on a soft bun. Yes this is an amazing sandwich, very filling. Ordering process is super easy and only took like 5 minutes for a restaurant quality meal. We'll be back!

I decided to stop in and try this new establishment on Transit Road and see what the offerings were. We decided on 2 different burgers a classic and something like a mushroom Swiss burger. The cashier was great as he waited and gave us time to decide. The ambiance was nice and the atmosphere was very clean and organized. There is an option to eat in or take out. Our burgers came and they were phenomenal! Juicy, large and filling. The fries were just OK! Unfortunately they weren't that hot and we're a bit overcooked and very crunchy. The next time I go back I will try the chicken.

My boyfriend picked here to go for his birthday! It's probably his favorite smash-burger place around. When you walk in it's nice and bright with about 15 tables. You can either place your order self service or with a cashier which is nice. We were the only ones in there until we were finishing up, which is when the crowd came. Food took about 10 minutes to make. It came out super hot, fresh, and delicious. As you can see it's a descent size portion as well. Will definitely be back!

The door dash went to a different location by accident and the food was cold and missing my drink! I went to the Williamsville location and the staff were more than happy to make my food again even though they didn't make the initial order. They guys were all super friendly and sympathetic to my situation and the food was bomb! 10/10 for me. The burger was so juicy and full of flavor

This is the best location yet! Huge indoor space for seating, giant menu boards, self ordering kiosks, and AUTOMATIC DOORS?? This place has it all. And we haven't even talked about the amazing food yet! We've been to the other two locations plenty of times and they're great too. The service here is always quick. The food is hot and delicious every time. But this location feels like they have leveled up. From the decor and the layout, to the expanded menu, they have come a long way in a short time. I ended up going with the monster smashburger, a chicken sandwich, and some fries. No I didn't eat all of it and it wasn't all for me, but the bites I had of each were all great. The monster smashburger rivals every burger in Buffalo. It's huge, flavorful, and hits all the best aspects of a high quality burger. The fries are great and if you get a side of moo sauce (or a bottle), it's the perfect compliment. I am so excited to have them in a new location right around the corner. My gym membership is shaking in its boots for how much I'm going to have to work out after eating here so much coming up.

Ordered the Moo-tine fries- I would say it's like a version of a garbage plate minus the mac salad (note to owners-you should consider this!). Great tasting quality beef, crispy fries, 2 specialty sauces and what tasted like homemade pickles. Service was quick & easy, kiosk based. Atmosphere was simple and clean. Looking forward to working my way through the menu. Thanks for coming to the suburbs!

That's the chicken sandwich with the works. Mine is pickle looks pretty awesome.. It's much larger than I thought it would be.

It was my first time at this location. There's ample seating very inviting seating area. Very clean service is very good. I didn't realize there was kiosk on the counter for you to place your order or there's someone on the register which wasn't there when I came in, so I I didn't realize that once I realized there was kiosk. Next time would be much easier order food was great. Everything was nice and fresh. We would definitely recommend this. My chicken sandwich was wonderful.

After months and months and months of anticipation, I finally got to try this place and it did not disappoint. I personally ordered from one of the two kiosks (there is someone manning the register as well). The kiosk was extremely user-friendly and gave descriptions of each item as well. You can customize here too and get your extra sauces! I ordered the hot chicken and fries with moo sauce to dip them in. The hot chicken sandwich was excellent and the perfect amount of heat where it was spicy but didn't ruin your tastebuds. I loved the flavor and how crispy it was! The fries reminded me of the McDonald's look and taste, with five guys method of filling your fry cup, putting in the bag, and dumping more in. It was actually way too many fries for me to eat and I wouldn't order them again without someone to share with but I did enjoy dipping them in the yummy moo sauce, which has a little kick to it! You can buy bottles of their sauces as well!

Finally had the chance to try this burger and chicken joint and it met all my expectations. The moo sauce is fantastic and everything was cooked fresh and timely. Got to love those thin fast foot style fries salted to perfection with a delicious smash style burger topped with the works! Looking for a quick burger fix then make this your stop.

New location more spacious than Hertel location. Can't complain about my burger as was one of the better smash burgers around and their poutine was interesting having broken up patty, cheese, sauce and pickle in it.

Also other nights when they have an in house magician perform at the tables especially ones with kids - it's really great and added a unique twist to the experience. The service staff and everyone in general seems to do a good job, although there is a lot going on at any time in this place. It's large like a brewery would be, with the vats in the back, with a garage feel and outdoor tables which is nice, and seems to be self serve which is a nice alternative to waiting for a table. There is a back patio with full service and lots of other areas within the restaurant to suit any size party. The reason I give it 3 stars is the food has been somewhat disappointing lately. Nothing earth shattering but to someone who is a long time customer, you start to notice the subtle changes likely brought on by the higher cost of the food no doubt. But they keep innovating, we lost the half price, dozen claims, but gained $4 tacos during the week, including a beef and chicken that are not usually on the menu. It's still a popular place and conveniently located just across the border in Niagara County on Transit Road. Lots of parking, I would recommend it to someone who is unfamiliar with the area and wants something not known for pizza or wings. And can bring the kids too.

It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.

I highly recommend this spot when visiting the area... I will definitely be back my next time through.
