We had a great experience! Food was ready quickly. The employees seemed on the ball. Everything tasted good. The restaurant was clean.

I got the fish sandwich, it was the worst fish sandwich I ever had. I was in a hurry and had to be somewhere is the reason I didn't take it back. The fries were cooked in old grease and I couldn't eat them, this use to be a good Wendy's, but this my second bad experience. I will not be back. read more

Lol, this location is laughable. The staff is friendly, I'll give them that but geeze... Long line, moved slow, presumably short staffed. Was greeted with "do you need bacon in your order?". I actually WAS going to get something with bacon considering that half the menu items, but I had been in line 10 minutes and she said it was another 10 minute wait for bacon so, whatever. My kids fries were frozen, I think I was charged extra for apples even though I asked for them instead of fries. The apples were soggy, chopped, un-peeled apples in a soup bowl. His burger was also sloppily covered in ketchup on the side of the bun. I asked for a receipt so I could verify the pricing, and was told the receipt machine doesn't work. The hamburger today tasted like piss. I've ordered a Dave's double many, many times in the past and it NEVER tasted like that. I tried to tell myself, why would there be piss in a burger? Surely nobody could be THAT depraved. Maybe it was my imagination since I had never tasted piss before. Then I took another bite and it clearly had a piss like taste to it and stank like cat piss. I ended up throwing the burger away after a couple of bites but 10 minutes later it made me sick and I threw up. They're doing some fked up things at this location. Avoid at all costs. read more

Went in yesterday for the first time since the lobby reopened and here are my complaints. *No napkins *No diet soda in the machine (all we're out) *Trash bins were overflowing *No ketchup packets. You could get ketchup in a cup but only if you ordered a burger *Long wait times/missing items *Employees talking very loudly behind counter/making fun of someone in the drive thru asking for a refund Sad. Wendy's used to be the best fast food burger but the awful service and the overall unpleasant atmosphere here is enough to make me never want to go back. read more

I work at the lowes directly behind this Wendy's and so this is usually my only option when I have just a 30min break. Every time I go through this Wendy's drive thru they get my order wrong, it doesn't matter how many times I repeat myself they always get something wrong whether it's my drink, forgetting my fries, giving me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger the possibilities are endless. I'm also pretty sure they had a dead rat found behind one of their fryers. read more

This place is garbage, got food from here, around 6:30 pm, ordered 5 number fives, and 2 baconators, in all, 49 dollars, not cheap, well, after I paid, I was sent to the second window, to where, the lady opens the window, and proceeded to tell, with a look of disgust, pull up to the line, we bring it out, and slams the window. Before pulling off, I wave to here, and say politely, I thought, can we have some extra bbq, to which she said, yeah, I put it in the bag, and shuts the window almost before she gets done speaking. So we pull up, thinking, well, if we are up here that must mean they are making everything fresh. So about 25 minutes later, two people come walking up to our car, and lo and behold, they too have scowl imprinted on their face, and start handing me my food. At this point we just want to get home, which is about 10 minutes down the road, we get there, unload everything, and would you believe this, every chicken nugget was cold as ice, the fries tasted like they cooked them yesterday, and the baconators, which were the most expensive, had about 2 pieces per sandwich. If I were you, I would steer clear of these lazy people, hell, I would even choose McDonald's over this sh@t. And the people, I swear, all acted like they had a chip on their shoulder, serving sh@t with a chip... terrible. read more

Came to this Wendy's bought a chicken sandwich meal got to window paid and asked to Buy an extra honey mustard and was told I would have to purchase another sandwich or something elese. I told the young lady I'm trying to buy it not get it free and still was told I had to purchase another sandwich . This Wendy's always seems to have the most pleasant workers. I have driven through here on several occasions and they have gotten my order correct every time with a pleasant smile. Today's order was simple, a wrap, medium fry, and a half green tea-half strawberry lemonade. I asked for my wrap without cheese and it was correct. Many places mess this up. The wrap was folded a little sloppy, but that is the only criticism I can give. read more

Nice location, customer service was average. There was a lot of employee socializing which I think is unprofessional but when it was time to take my order they chilled out on the chatter. The dinning area needed to be swept in certain areas, from what I noticed they were pretty quick with the drive thru. If I was in the area I would come back. read more

My fiancé and I visited on a weekday afternoon back in March, and I forgot to finish this review for Wendy's. The service was good, and the food was fresh, but this was one of the slowest experiences that I had ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. We decided to go inside to eat after running errands, and it took about 10 minutes to get our food, with no line. The cashier was friendly and made sure the order was accurate. Shortly after we were seated, about 5 more guests came in, and it took some of the people about 15 minutes to get their food, if not longer. While eating and observing the cashier was just as pleasant to each guest as he was to us, even while some customer's expressed agitation. Also, the dining area was out of napkins, and ketchup too, so we had to go to the ordering area to request both. Honestly, I think that the experience may have been a result of the location being understaffed. I only saw one manager, the cashier that took our order, and one other person cooking the food. I would give this Wendy's a second chance on a day when I was not in a hurry, because of the great service, and the food's taste. My suggestion to management would be to staff an extra person or two on weekdays. read more

Absolute cluster and disgusting. Trying to place an order and it was as if the cashier had no idea of the menu or English. Asked for spicy, got homestyle. Two pieces of bacon- one was burnt to the point of being black and crumbled and the other was raw, neither edible. When they repeatedly forgot people things at the counter, they were full of attitude, huffing and eye rolling at the customer for asking for the missing food they paid for. The dinner and bathrooms were beyond filthy. Over flowed toilets, onto the floors, in both restrooms. Floors so sticky they'd take your sandal, drink area covered in some type of liquid all over the floors and counters. All trash overflowing. read more

This is a quality meal for the Douglasville area. I am not sure why Douglasville is cursed to the point were Wendy's is one of the best places to eat, but I highly recommend eating here. My wife even got the wrong food yesterday, and she still gave it a thumbs up. I would have given 5 stars, but the fries are not always cooked right! read more

I visited her on 4/20 & all I can say is that the employees must of been celebrating that holiday. The visit was surreal. People didn't know what I ordered even after I told them many times & workers were trying to go to sleep. This was definitely an experience. read more

I really even hate giving one star but I guess I have to at least give one to be able to review. This Wendy's has gotten their last nickel from me. Never again will I go there. I used to go by the drive through on my way home from work at Michaels sometimes. I very rarely got a smile or a thank you or anything. One night when I ordered a Dr. Pepper I got a cup full of carbonated water--very little brown to even resemble a Dr. Pepper. Whoever poured that drink knew it was not right but handed out the window to me anyway. Well, I swore I would never go there again. Today I thought, OK, I'll try one more time. I was hot and tired and a Frosty sounded good. I ordered 3 of the $.50 Frosties . I had to order THREE times, got to the window and they started handing them out individually. I asked for a carrier . The boy at the window said they didn't have anymore. He gave no apologies, took my money and closed the window. I never got a thank you or anything. This has been the way it always is anytime I ever used the drive through----I don't think I've ever gotten a thank you. Today is definitely my last visit to this particular Wendy's. They need to train their workers how to treat their customers. No more chances for this place. I'm done. read more
