I can't express to you how frustrating it is to want a good cheeseburger. Come to Five Guys, and receive an Overly-cooked, dried out burger. A burger should not be crunchy, it should be juicy. -- some of your line cooks are not conscious of what they are creating while in the flow of their manufacturing mindset. These burgers are $15. This place offered quick service, great food and a good price! I definitely love me some five guys and this location didn't disappoint! I had just a burger this time with a root beer! It was good! Whenever I order the fries they are huge even if you get the small one. The quality of the meat is good! The condiments are great too! Best of all though-----Free peanuts while you wait! I feel like you leave paying just a bit more than McDonald's with about 5 times higher quality food! They also do discounts with certain credit cards if you keep an eye out for deals. Came to this location with friends on a Friday night. I only ordered fries because I like what I like. LOL! Five Guys fries are so good when they're crispy from being double fried and salted just right. I do not play about this special treat. These were done with patience making it worth the calories. Those with cheeseburgers enjoyed them, as well. This location gets a steady flow of traffic, especially evenings and weekends. Tried this location a couple times. The burgers are pretty tasteless and condiments do little for taste. Fries are not double fried a soggy within minutes of getting home which was not very far from location. But the price is ridiculous. Almost $30 for a burger, fry and coke. Not worth it even for fresh cut fries and never frozen burger. Not a bargain especially for a family! read more

This is not fast food. Fast food is fast and this is farrrrrr from fast. They have the easiest menu and yet they find a way to take foreeeeeeeveeerrr to cook a burger. This Five Guys wasn't the best but they were trying. That counts for everything. One lady was holding everything together and was so friendly and pleasant while doing her job the fries were fresh. The sandwich was yummy. The restaurant was a little dirty but you can tell she had mostly been sooo busy. I hope she truly gets the help she deserves so they can be great. Unfortunately I was displeased with the malt vinegar and ketchup having to be pumped into to go sauce cups created a huge mess as we did have to take this to go. Hopefully this will change at this location. read more

Way overpriced! Two Little bacon cheeseburgers, one Little fries, and two regular drinks was $35.00! I can get bigger, better burgers at a table service restaurant for that kind of money. The food was good came out quick but service was bad. Staff behind register was friendly however the person handing out the food was rude and had a bad attitude . This is a good re-incarnation of the store over on chapel hills. Five guys consistently has good burgers and excellent fries. My go to place for reliable quality. Like everything, a bit more pricey than before, but worth it. Nice clean new store at their new location and excellent service. read more

Placed pporder on FiveGuys website for 5 hamburgers, one hotdog and 2 large fries. Order number 75 on yellow tag or Order # 22983037107486720 on website. We were shorted two hamburgers so half of our family was unable to eat dinner. I paid $11 per hamburger (well overpriced for the quality of the food we actually received) and was more than disappointed to find we didn't even get all of our food. The individual hamburgers even had numbered stickers showing CLEARLY hamburgers 1& 2 were not included.i used the text link to advise I was on the way supposedly so it could be ensured my order was ready. Notified I arrived also using the text link. I was advised my order was not ready but waiting on fries to be ready. Wait time was approximately 10min, my name was called and I foolishly assumed the contents of both bags or food would match what was printed in the ticket. After arriving home and realizing I spent over $20 on two hamburgers only to not receive them I called the Douglasville location. I explained what happened and was asked if I had a receipt. I responded yes. The representative said I had to come back up to the location to get a refund. I advised I was ABSOLUTELY NOT driving back to the location. He took my name and said I could come by with my receipt anytime for a refund. I advised I would find other means of contact. For such a simple process and OVERPRICED product I would assume counting 1-5 to ensure an order is actually filled wouldn't be that difficult. Five Guys can keep my money. I will never again spend my money on any product related to Five Guys or affiliates. read more

It is very expensive for a restaurant that doesn't even give full service. How dare they ask for tips when nobody even tended to you other than call your order number? They serve you your hamburgers with the fries all thrown in the bag so you have to dig through the fries to get your burgers. The fries portion are getting smaller despite of they charging you over 7 dollars for them. They have the most horrible tasting soda mixing fountain. The ketchup dispensers are always out when we have been there the last two times. They don't have mustard dispensers anymore. They don't have the vinegar bottles for fries. They don't have the peanuts that they used to have as snack. The Burgers also seem to be getting smaller in every aspect. The floors are so greasy at the bathrooms like they use the same mop that they use in the kitchen. It is a falling hazard. This whole place is going downhill and won't be getting my patronage anymore. read more
