This Wendy's is STILL drive up only - December 2022. Wendy's came out with their new Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich. Great sandwich potential, but poor execution here. If you close your eyes and use your imagination, you can almost taste the marinara that was almost painted ever so thinly on the bread. Go anywhere else unless you're desperate. For going here a lot, I've noticed some pros and cons. For starters, the food is always good and is like it should be, but always check your food before you leave because they have a tendency of giving you the complete wrong order. If you dine in, make sure the workers can see you, if they can't, they will completely ignore your order until you say something. Honestly, I would go through the drive thru then go in and eat because the wait for food if you dine in is usually 10-15 minutes if the lazy employees are working when you go. It's pretty ridiculous to be fair. read more

Stopped here out of convenience. Taco salad is disgusting. It has dried out lettuce and rotten, mushy tomatoes. Do they check them before serving them?! The only saving grace was the chili it comes with. It's okay. I ate that and threw the "salad" out. Waste of money! read more

I live right down the road from this Wendy's. The several times I have been there, the staff is always pleasant and polite, far in excess of what you would expect from fast food. The food always comes quickly and is always hot and fresh tasting. Just don't order the duck. Just kidding of course. I wish all fast food was this good an experience. If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. This Wendy's is terrible. The people are nothing but rude and every time I come here my order is always messed up or missing something. Sometimes even my food is cold. And whenever someone is on break we have to use the kiosk. Like I don't mind doing that but sometimes I forget my card and I use my phone but the card reader on the kiosk doesn't allow tap. Very inconvenient. The place is also FILTHY no one cleans that dining room. Is disgusting to be honest with you. Today my boyfriend came through the drive thru and when he was going to pay, the older guy said to him "hi sir I don't know your total" like how hard is it to look at the screen and read the numbers. It's crazy to me how the employees there don't know how to do their job and when you try to tell them what was wrong with the order they just give you attitude, grant most of the time that is when we go at night and I understand the staff are tired but it doesn't give you the right to be rude. Honestly if you guys don't like your job so much you should find a new one that isn't in customer service. read more

My fiancé and I went to this drive-thru as a quick pit stop before a wedding reception. When we were placing our order in the drive-thru, the girl took our order, but when my fiancé was placing his order, she asked us to hold on and then cleared the screen. I ordered chicken nuggets, barbecue sauce, a sweet tea, and medium fries. My fiancé ordered the 4 for $4: spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, honey mustard, Coke, and small fries. They forgot to give me barbecue sauce and only honey mustard. My fiancé's Spicy chicken sandwich was a wrap which he was not expecting or wanting... and my sweet tea did not taste sweet at all. The customer service also just did not seem to be the greatest.... Wendy's has gone downhill as a chain.... will not be back to any Wendy's chain unless I have no other choice. read more

I love Wendy's burgers so this isn't necessarily a review on the food itself (though the Wendy's up 309 makes their burgers wrong all of the time). The service here was bare minimum and very slow. For fast food, this was a bit too slow. And not just for the food to come out but to be serviced at all. I waited for someone to come up to the register to take my order. There's plenty of seating but getting into the parking lot can be a bit tricky. The store is sitting on an odd intersection so you might have to make a u-turn or two to get it right. If you're craving Wendy's and this is close-by, then by all means, come here but don't expect to quench that craving feeling for awhile. Slowest service ever for a "fast food" restaurant. Entire order was wrong. Took 15 minutes to correct the order. Fries are always soggy. Chicken seems undercooked. Wendy's seriously needs to train their staff more... Or hire better people who actually care about what they're doing. read more

Worst, slowest fast food ever. Literally sitting here with my kids right now waiting for 3 chicken wraps and 2 fries. How hard is that? Been here about 10 minutes. My kid has to get to karate. I went to a fast food restaurant for speed. Ridiculous. This is the 2nd and last time I'll ever go here. The first time they left out the toys from both kids meals, an order of fries and the ketchup I requested. This Wendy's is terrible... For some reason this Wendy's regardless if there is a line or not will make you pull up to the railing or choose a spot? (this drives me nuts) They ALWAYS get your order wrong and "forget" to put in dipping sauces. Since you've already pulled up past the window, your choices are to 1. Leave your children unattended in your car. or 2. Drag your kids out of the car to correct their mistake on your order. Defeating the whole reason for the drive through. We have yet to deal with a staff member that seems to care. We have limited options for fast food in this area, but choose to avoid this Wednesday. I love Wendy's but, this isn't for the food it's for the young white guy with dark hair that works the drive thru late afternoon shift. He's kinda rude. We Ordered two burgers the other night and all he was worried about was my pitbull in the back. That's all he kept saying and when are order was done he pretty much threw the food at us. No customer service what so ever! No thank you, nothing! So, I try them again. Don't ya know it's the same douche again. I ordered chili, a baked potato and a Jr burger with fries. He throws the bag with chili at me and says that's all your order. The guy behind him says that's not all of it we're still waiting for the rest. He looks at me with a shitty grin and says just wait! It's a shame that alot of young adults act this way. Hopefully someone will have a talk with him and how his behavior is while he's at work. read more

Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. They have never gotten my order correct. They make you pull into a spot every time I use drive thru and you wait. When you finally get your food you better check your order is right before the server goes back inside or else you'll have to get out to get the correct order. It boggles my mind how poorly run this place is. Never seen a drive thru so poorly run also. There seems to never be diners there, I'm not even sure how they are still in business. It is a shame as Wendy's typically have tastier food than some of the other fast food options...just not this one. read more

Unbelievable. Had horrible customer service from the assistant manager. After waiting 15 minutes for our food the cheese sauce was forgotten from our order. The assistant manager "P" said I didn't pay for it, so I ponied up the $0.64 for 2 cups of it for my kid. Wait another 10 minutes for it. The other girl at the register was nice enough to offer some extra fries since ours had already turned cold. When the cheese sauce finally came out, turns out to be melted american cheese slices which was already solidifying - not good for fry dipping. After being so patient, I had to complain to "P" about the fact I was being charged for something I did not order. She started arguuing with me that this was the "new" cheese sauce and humiliated me over something so small. I asked for a refund. Ridiculous. read more

I've went here 3 times in the past year and they always mess up my order. Order a Caesar salad, they have me some nasty walnut vinaigrette salads. Ordered a spicy chicken right off the combo menu, got a burger. How is they service acceptable? Do you even check your receipt to the bag? I don't eat fast food all that much, when I do I usually go to Wendy's. I will never go back to this Wendy's ever again. The last 3 times I've been there(all of which have been 6 months apart) the service has been horrible. 2 of the 3 times they screwed my order up(how do you confuse a cheeseburger for a spicy chicken salad and a chicken sandwich gets confused with nuggets?). The girl who worked the drive thru 2 of the 3 times was pushy, didn't allow me to finish my order before interrupting me, and barely spoke proper English to the degree I couldn't understand her. It's not uncommon to see people sitting in the drive thru screaming at those taking your order because they're all miserable, don't speak audibly or clearly, and none of them listen. Not to mention when you go inside to order, the workers are usually far too busy playing around and screwing with each other to notice your existence. read more

Next time I will go to the McDonalds right down the street and save myself from ruining my appetite before the food is in my car. Forgot several parts of my order. French fries that did arrive were cold. The "plain" cheeseburger came with mustard, ketchup and onions! AND HOW ABOUT A SINGLE "THANK YOU"???" The franchise owner of this location obviously has an extremely difficult time finding a) competent managers, and b) US born citizens who posses the ability to communicate in English. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND AVOID THIS WENDYS! Shame on you!!! Lesson learned on this.. stopped In for chicken sandwich baked potato -NOT the 5.00 deal cashier 1 says you can get the 5.00 deal if you get a drink) so I order chicken sandwich/ baked potato and some type of lemonade drink. Well we don't have anymore baked potatoes.. ok well give me the fries.. At the same time this other kid (Cashier 2)proceed to make the lemonade drink but the cashier 1 tells him it is some other kind of flavor . The other kid (cashier 2) takes what he has already poured and literally smells it with his nose and then say this is the lemonade flavor she wants and proceeds to finish mixing it up. I told him wait.. I don't want that.. you just stuck your nose in it... AGAIN who trains these people? How dirty!!! read more
