From the drive thru line you can see the workers all inside horsing around meanwhile we waited 5 min plus for our food at the window. Felt that was inconsiderate of the huge line behind us. Why not park us and bring the food out? Most employees weren't wearing gloves, had headphones in or dangling. Ordered a double, got a single. Evidently the genius who was assembling the burgers can't count to two. A piece of bacon that wouldn't cover a Vienna sausage. Half a dozen fries that were so burnt they were the color of mud and hard as a brick. Complete waste of $10, won't go back. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and asked for bacon to be added. We got up the road and there was no bacon on it. It's bad enough that the dining room isn't open and that the drive thru is always slow, but paying extra 2.00 for nothing is aggravating. Prices are high enough. I'll start this with good food, lousy service. We waited over 40 minutes to order in the lobby. The associate running the front counter was trying, but others we not so quick. Door Dash and other orders were being prioritized over lobby customers, and some in line started ordering on-line to circumvent a poor front counter. I used to work at a Wendy's, and was surprised not to see a manager take control during peak lunch hours. I purposely looked for the manager, and she came out once looked around and went to the back. We waited for 25 minutes, not moving while setting there 3 female employees were standing at the back door smoking and another 3 people came out to chat with them. 3 cars behind us left. Drive thru is the only thing open. They messed up my nearly $35 order. I ordered plain cheeseburgers and received singles with everything. I ordered sour cream and chives potato, no sour cream in the bag. I tried entering the facility and the doors were locked. Drive thru was six cars deep and it would have been approximately 45 minutes to go back through drive through. The male workers were standing around while the female sandwich maker worked. And apparently cannot read plain cheeseburgers on the order. I live 25 minutes from this facility and when I called to complain they asked me to come back. Nope! My family loved going to this Wendy's, up until about a month ago. Their service recently has sucked! We have gone through the drive thru and been missing lots of food items, and had to go in to have it fixed multiple times! And today... we had the worst experience ever. I went into the lobby to get a to-go order, and waited 10 minutes behind one person ordering, and the cashier took so long ringing up their two meal order and acted like she didn't know what she was doing... resulting in three more people trying To figure out what she did wrong. I got tired of waiting in the line, after it was my turn to order and the cashier then proceeded to walk away and get the persons meal together... then sat in the back talking for a good 3 minutes instead of taking the next 5 peoples order. I went out to the car frustrated and told my fiancé to go wait in line because I was just mad about having to wait 15 minutes just to not even get my order taken. He went in, just to hear the cashier telling another employee to "wait until the lobby was clear" to hear her rant about being angry.... he got mad and walked out after waiting another 5 minutes. These people need to get it together, the drive thru line is always a 20 minute wait... and food is always cold by the time you get to the window! I miss my Wendy's!! read more

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon. I ordered 2 salads and asked for ranch and got none. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and got 1 that was ate off of and an open sauce. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. When it was read back the chicken sandwiches were read as "plain" and one item was not read back. I replied that the chicken sandwiches were not plain they should come as is. When I got to the window I could see the food being prepared. The chicken sandwiches were plain and the sandwich I ordered with no bun was in a wrapper, I order it enough to know it comes in a tray. As soon as the bags were handed to me I removed the chicken sandwiches and told her they were not supposed to be plain and then the junior cheeseburger deluxe and told her it was supposed to be without a bun. I watched three young man remove the sandwich from the bun and put it in a tray. The young lady tried to give it to me, I explained of the fix was just removing the bun I would have done that myself. I asked for a manager. The manager told the the girl working the window was new and wasn't sure what I said about the chicken sandwiches so she was going to ask when I got to the window. I said unfortunately that did not happen; it was not until I looked at the sandwiches that there was any conversation about them. Then I told her about the sandwich being removed from the bun and reserved to me. I told her I had dietary restrictions, but what if it was an allergy, would she really want that served to me? I told her I felt her training issues went further than just a new order taker. She said sorry and that was about it. I ordered a total of 8 items and 3 were wrong and I had to tell them how to fix it. Had I not seen the chicken sandwiches get prepared I would have gotten all the way home with incorrect food or food one of us could not eat. I'm not from around here so I read the reviews for this place before trying it. Plenty of people said it's slow but nobody said it's disgusting which is good enough for me as I was in no hurry. Finding a clean Wendy's is hard to come by these days and yes this place was clean. Unfortunately, as many others have pointed out, this place is ungodly slow but when I finally received my order it wasn't even correct. While the employees are pleasant, the slowness of the store seems to be due to a lack of motivation or just incompetence. I wanted to pull the fire alarm just to see if anyone would even notice. Sad really as Wendy's does have better food than the other big fast food joints. read more

Went the other night to pick up dinner because my wife and I had things we both had to do after work so it was a late night. Pulled up to order, and before I could even get out of my mouth the topping I didn't want on my burger, the drive thru attendant interrupted me and asked what size. So I told him then went on to tell him I didn't want tomato or onion on my burger and to add bacon. But before I could get "no toma..." I was interrupted yet again with what to drink. I was finally able to finish my order when I get to the window to pay. He comes to the window with my food to hand it to me. I asked if I could get some honey for the chicken nuggets. Without even turning to look he said they were out and shut the window. I understand it's a fast food restaurant and high school students are going to be employed there more often than not, but these managers need to make sure these "kids" know how to handle customer service and not try to rush the patron along. read more
