After the young lady took our order we waited 20 mins for our food and it wasn't the full order and my bacon on my burger was still raw. The NCAA burger, double stack that you get or when I ordered it comes out nothing like you would think it would even close to the commercial during the game , I got the Dollar burger and a fry to pay for the crap I was served. Worst grilled chicken sandwich and the baked potato wasn't much better. No ice in the pop machine and the machine with ice had no drink selections. Only the hot water work in the women's room so it was very difficult for my wife to wash the little ones hands. Do not waste your time or money coming here. And to top it off the lady at the counter told us the dinning room closes in 5 minutes but she'd let us stay for 15 minutes. Bad bad bad. read more

I literally just left this Wendys. I ordered a double stack 4 for 4(add mayo, extra pickles and onions) and a jr cheeseburger 4 for 4. 1. I Received no receipt for my order 2. I had mayo added to my double stack but they put no ketchup and no extra pickles and onions 3. I'm an ex Wendys girl and the meat that they served me and my daughter should have been made into "chili meat". 4. I had 1 napkin in my bag for a 6 item order..... 5. Nuggets were cold 6. Fries were cold Needless to say but i will not be returning to this Wendys. Ive been here a few times and over look the unfriendly staff and maybe a messed up order for me. The cashier is always very unfriendly. I even waited a few months for fresh staff to be hired, and the new one was also a hag. One of the times I went in and gave my order, and she was all "hdsisjnr xidhsnkdou" "What?" "CAN. I. HAVE. A NAME! ON THE ORDER!!!" The last couple of times that I have come to this location, I've had experiences with unfriendly staff. Usually I just brush it off and enjoy my meal. Tonight, at approximately 8:20, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo meal and went to the second window. I waited there for a couple of minutes until a guy came over with my drink and took my debit card without saying a word and then walked away. He looked so unhappy to be there. After getting my drink, a girl comes to the window, hands me my meal and says, "sorry for the wait," and then turns away from me. The GM at this location should really hire more friendly people who know how to wear a smile. Unfortunately, I will only be returning because it's a nearby location and not because of the amazing service. Just something to think about. read more

The bacon pub fries were cold. I ordered a bacon double stack, which is $2.99, and they gave me a double cheeseburger instead. Looks like you guys owe me $0.80. I requested a root beer frosty float, which I receive every time I go there. I was told they no longer serve that. I have tried calling to speak to a manager to complain about the burger and my food being cold and the phone just continues ringing. Oh, and of course their voicemail box is full, go figure. First i waited for my food for 15 minutes. Saw workers grab chicken nuggets with their hands. Floor was sticky and garbage cans were overflowing. When I got my Food, i got 3 chicken nuggets when I ordered 4. And my Burger was cold, cheese was not melted. Not my first bad experience. My experience was a complete utter and disappointment! I ordered through drive thru and did not realize I was charged extra until I got home. I called and spoke to the manager Yolanda to explain the situation. We agreed that I would receive a free meal for the mistake. Upon arriving for my free meal, I was informed that the manger informed her staff that I was rude and lying to get a free meal. I then asked the staff to pull up my receipt in their system because I paid with a card. I was then informed that they could that complete that action and it was nothing else they could do for the situation. I have never experienced this magnitude of rudeness from a fast food restaurant. My order was never displayed on the screen in drive-thru, nor was it read back to me. I take responsibility for not ensuring my order was correct at the time of ordering. However, do not appreciate the level of unprofessionalism on the manager Yolanda's part. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. They will SCREW you over and not take responsibility for their part. If it was up to me, I would rate this place a zero. However, YELP forces you to pick a number on the rating scale. read more

Well was there today picking up so food ordered two combo meals large sized and swear by that I said large my girlfriend heard me say it too. Now I'm not the type of person to complain but what I heard when I said oh I ordered large sized meals when I got to the last window blew me away. I pulled up and saw two medium drinks and said oh ma'am I ordered a large combo. And she went in a rude tone "oh okay" as she took a step back and said "they ordered large just put the fries in large containers". As another coworker pointed out the window and said for who them in a harsh way. Not to also say the food was cold. Now I'm not trying to cry about it. I myself had worked In the fast food market, but that's not the way a business should be ran nor should customers be treated or talked about. Now instead of going there with my friends for a quick bite I'm sure not going here anymore and I wouldn't recommend it either. I probably would not even give this place 1 star. After standing in the restaurant that only had 2 other customers for 15 minutes me and my wife along with 4 children. We're completely ignored . And when my wife inquired to speak to the manager he aproched with bad attitude. She asked why were we not being served his answer was I'm busy. Went here for a late lunch, around 1:20 pm. Staff wasn't very friendly, they gave us regular pop instead of diet.. And even I asked the gal at the window if they were diet and she said yes. They were not. We had to change our order at the pickup window due to them being out of grilled chicken, then got home and the crispy chicken was terrible, dry chicken, very fatty and smothered in some sort of mayo sauce when they were asked for plain.
