A mistake is fine, but when I called back, as we like KFC's honey sauce, the person who took my order pretty much "told me" in a very rude and dismissive way that I didn't ask for the honey, and therefore, it was not included. Wouldn't that be something they would offer? He completely "blew me" off as a customer. One "I am sorry" would have meant the world to me. Additionally, I was asked to complete a survey, and asked for a response back, which never came from kfclistens.com. Next time the kids want chicken, we'll drive to Lowell, and hopefully that will be better. But we might just go to Stracks and Van Til, which is just as good, a lot cheaper, and comes with service.
