Ordered Single Cheese, two 10 piece nuggets via drive thru. The drive thru attendant was courteous. She asked me to park my car in the front as they were waiting on the nuggets. 15 min sitting outside in the car in the rain and realized if I wanted my food I'd have to go inside. Sure enough there were 3 in the back 1 of which was the manager. I asked about my food, the manager packs my food as I see the burger sitting and 1 ten piece. As I see him pack it, he begins to scoop up some fries to put in the bag. That's nice free fries as an apology. Much appreciated as mistakes happen. I check the bag, my order is wrong! Hi! I wish I could give this Wendy's more than two stars. But sadly I just can't not. I had a Wendy's single combo. The burger was small, overcooked, and basically tasteless. The fries were tasty but the portion was small. The service was prompt and the person working the counter was friendly. That is why they got the second star. The restaurant itself was clean. Sadly, I can not say the same about the restrooms! I usually do not expect much of fast food chain restaurants, but this Wendy's underwhelmed even my low expectations. Idk what happened to Wendy's throughout the years but I now remember why I haven't gone in a while. First, I ordered a Sandwich and when I received it, it looked like someone threw it in the back of the car with junk and about it for a while because it was deformed. The last straw was this morning where I was talking in my regular voice (I do not have a soft or low voice) and she cut me off and said "I need you to speak louder".... Met my bestie for lunch here since it was her bday weekend. As I got there she was already inside with the kiddos and her husband. Parking was not a struggle at all because they have plenty from the gas station side and also the front. Although it was busy because of the time, again I met with her for lunch, so as you all know that's peak hrs. but the line was moving quick. The staff was super friendly regardless of how busy they were. A lot of young kids grabbing lunch. The inside of the store was clean. Again, as busy as they were with a line of young hungry kids, they still managed to keep it clean as much as possible and keep the line moving. Picked up mobile order for today's dinner around 8pm. No lines on the drive thru, so we pulled up to the windows. And o.m.g. the rudest staff ever! She handed the first order and walked away. Wth. We had another order and as we confirmed for our second one, she yelled "yes, one more" as she walked away. I get it if the line was long and it was a busy day, during peak hours. Have you ever noticed that every time you go for the most part they ask you to pull up to the front because they're still working on your order? Today they made the car in front of me go to the front, except they did not pull up to the front instead left their car still in the driveway just at the end before you exit. The cashier tells me that I need to move forward, I point in front of me and say to where the car did not leave the driveway. She starts saying how the manager gets on them about the time of cars being held at the window, so that's why I need to move to the front because they are still working on my order. How is that my problem, I have to move to the front of the building because you are not finished with my two items mobile order? To make your wait time look good? I don't know, that just did not sit right with me because it happens like every time and now I know why they are asking to move to the front of the building and wait. Sounds like you need to get better at wait times instead of trying to beat your drive through numbers/time system.. especially when there is no one behind read more

My husband and I went to our local Wendy's (this location ) And there was no line at all so we went straight to the window and started to order My husband orders a meal and tells her size / drink etc..... she said okay , so we continue with my food I am getting individual items such as queso fries and burger and she INTERRUPTS saying what drink ? And confused as we are say what ? And she said what is the drink ? Did you get multiple ? Went through the drive-thru and was greeted by Alice Romero. I advised her that my order was incorrect. I explained to Alice, not once or twice but multiple times, that I was missing food. I continued to tell her that I was still missing food, and with bad posture and attitude she continued to tell me that my order was correct. It upset me, and I gave her back the bags so that she could check them and come to find out that my order was indeed incorrect. Comes back and provides us with the order, says a sarcastic sorry, and rolls her eyes. The worst service is if you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there. Should at least acknowledge when a customer is asking for something. I understand we are human, and people make mistakes, but the response is the worst. Never would I have imagined the day I'd leave a review for a fast food place but I've delayed this TOO long... THIS WENDYS IS THE BEST LOCATION EVERRRR! But my review is based on only a few items on their menu. This is now our go-to stop for some fries and a frosty. Occasionally we'll order other things and they're good too. We have tried getting fries from other locations and they're always cold or stale-ish but this location never fails. It's piping hot and fresh every time!
