If I could give "zero stars" I would. We used to live in Ontario and we patronized the Jersey Mike's in our neighborhood, because the customer service was great, the food was delicious and the experience was always worth the price. Since moving to Eastvale, we have eaten at Jersey Mike's on 2 different occasions and I can say after this last time, it was the very last time!! The first visit was bad, the food was alright but just warm, it was subpar to say the least. This second time, I feel like I paid a LOT of money for a mess I could have made at home. My food was ice cold, when I ordered my food the kid working there, said it would be about 20 minutes for the 5 large sandwiches I ordered. I left about 5 minutes later just in case it was completed early. Of course when I arrived my food was sitting on the counter and it took the little boy behind the counter 15 minutes just to acknowledge my presence. The cheese was cold and waxy, the meat was ice cold and the bread was soggy. It made me lose faith in eating at another sandwich place in this city. The customer service is poor at best, the food is seriously under par and the price is way too high for what can only be described as a mushy cold mess.
