I checked in a few days ago while running errands and craving fresh and high quality food and decided to pop into Jersey Mikes because of the gorgeous poster displayed in the front advertising their new Hot Italian Sub! I am a HUGE fan of grilled Italian Subs so I wanted to see Jersey Mike's interpretation of a beloved classic. Right when I walked in I was greeted enthusiastically by two extraordinarily kind and welcoming Team Hustlers! I'm so used to seeing poor and half assed work ethic modeled in the Hospitality Industry these days that I was blown away by how energetically focused the Eastvale Jersey Mike Hosts were ;0) A very strong, healthy, and chivalrously vibrant and engaged Gentleman took my order with a caring and enthusiastic attitude and apologetically informed me that the Hot Italian wasn't available in a Mini Size and only regular! His polite and respectful Communication Etiquette helped me adapt to the Restaurant's policies easily and I decided to order a regular sized Hot Italian with the Spicy Relish on the side. The Gentleman took my order with fast and efficient active listening skills and gave me great confidence he was going to prepare my sandwich well with his high quality Professional Poise and focus! He also genuinely complimented me on my Coffee earrings and chatted with me along with his Teammate, a warm and intelligent Italian Barbie, about the new Phil's Coffeeshop Neighbor in their corner of the Business Park and all the yummy drinks I should try there and their fantastic Value deals in comparison to Starbucks at Vons. I appreciated how the Team Members generously support and advocate for their Neighbor Businesses and spark an adventurously exciting culture of trying new foods and drinks as a Jersey Mike's Community Lifestyle! While I paid for my food I filled my drink up with fresh deliciously brewed unsweetened Iced Tea and I loved the self-serve Sugar and Condiment station which allowed me to jazz up my Tea and Sandwich with additional sugar and Mustard and Mayo on the side! I also liked the fun Chip Selection to go with my Meal, Jersey Mikes pays attention to our favorite Chips like Ms. Vickey's Jalepeno and PICKLE flavored chips which I chose because it's so good and compliments any sandwich perfectly. The Team accomadated my request to prepare my Hot Italian Sub Mike's way with the Olive Oil and Vinaigrette mix and the Sandwich tasted amazing!! The bread was so soft and fresh, the meats were hot and juicy, and I loved the quality control of the fresh tomatoes and finely sliced Iceberg Lettuce. I read a little about the Jersey Mike's Brand story while dining and am so proud of the Eastvale Team for hustling with the same passion, dedication to excellence, and spirited inclusive Hospitality as the Original Founder! I know Italians take their Food and Dining seriously and eating at Jersey Mike's truly helps me understand Joey from Friends' obsession with delicious Italian Sandwiches hahaha! Ironically I was wearing my "Italians Do it Best" shirt the day I visited this Cave and I'm so happy Jersey Mike's models for me the Sexy Pride Italians take in giving Guests the most High Value Experience possible in their Craft! I appreciate the Team so much for building a fresh and clean hardworking culture that doesn't take lazy shortcuts and really goes the extra Mile to exceed Guest expectations through incredible Food and Fun intelligently attentive and inspiring Hospitality. I had a terrible experience with one of your employees! She came to deliver for a huge company that I work for and she had the nastiest attitude ever!!!! I asked a simple question about the delivery and her mouth was nasty as she rolled up her window up while I was talking. Please train your employee with the white TESLA Customer service especially while delivering to huge corporations. read more

I've only been to this Jersey Mike's Subs location twice. The only time I'm in Eastvale is when I need eye care attention. The first time, I ordered my go-to Turkey and Provolone and thought I try their new Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss. I was slightly disappointed with the Turkey and Provolone sandwich... the shredded lettuce was lacking a little bit... everything else was fine. As for the Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, it was cooked with great savory flavors. The second time, I ordered the same two sandwiches as above. But the disappointment has been swapped. The Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss was lacking the flavors and the Turkey Provolone was much better. They need to revisit their consistency on making their sandwiches in the same manner every time (knocked down 2 stars because of inconsistency). Most of their staff were friendly and pleasant, but I felt there was one or two that didn't display much friendliness. Prices on sandwiches were okay, but their soda prices were a tad high per can. Parking is plenty as they are located in a big shopping center. You can give them a try when you're in the area and are craving some sandwiches. You may get better consistency in their foods... Vegan? Try the wheat bread with the portobello mushrooms and all the veggies you want. Service is fast! Usually faster than that fast jimmy John's place. The staff are friendly. In fact, I've yet to hear them be rude to anyone. Even if it's not reciprocated by hangry customers. There are usually seats available since most take their food home at the end of the day to do whatever they gotta do. Or you could just sit by yourself to enjoy some level of quietness if you have little kiddos who watch the same Disney movies over and over. read more
