Staff was very friendly but food took forever and was mostly inedible. You can't man up and power through something that you literally cannot tear a bite off of. Drive on past, especially if you're going in during the night shift. Wait times are ridiculously long. In fact, I was there with 2 other cars in the side parking spaces waiting on food, and I noticed one of the employees on the other side of the building having a casual conversation with someone in a parked car. Maybe she was on break, but the car in question was parked beside the entrance door! She was just there talking and you have to drive around them while they casually. It's infuriating to see that when you're already stuck waiting up to 10 minutes for your food. Once I got my food, it tasted old. Keep on driving past this Wendy's. Don't eat here. Very expensive for sub par food. Quality has gone way down hill and this restaurant has shockingly slow service. It was bad in the past, but it's only gotten worse. Also tons of flies in the dining room. Service, quality and they were out of a lot of common items. Definite management issue. Hate to say this about a business, but it really should get shut down and re-tooled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Just had the absolute worst experience ever. First off, they had ONE person working there. The line was out the door. The guy was about 35 years old and moving in slow motion and giving everyone MAJOR attitude. He was so incredibly NASTY, everyone was looking around at each other making faces. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I have never seen so much incompetence in one small area in my life. Our order was completely messed up. The sandwiches were messed up on half the order. They took forever to cook the food and then couldn't even be consistent in the size of the patties or the number of patties on each sandwich. I just went thru the Drive thru at Wendys on Rucker BLVD. I rarely choose this restaurant because we've had bad service before but tonight I had to work late and this is the closest fast food to my home. I ordered the number 7 chicken and told them I wanted just mustard , lettuce and onion on the sandwich. I also ordered a plain junior hamburger. when I got home the hamburger had cheese all melted into it, which made it trash. And the Chicken sandwich had no lettuce and was slathered in mayonaise. I hate mayo! I managed to use one of the napkins to wipe of the globs of mayo, but if you want your food prepared properly avoid this particular Wendys. They just can't get it right. read more
