Staff was very friendly but food took forever and was mostly inedible. You can't man up and power through something that you literally cannot tear a bite off of. I've never experienced this texture of food in my life. Grease needs to be changed as well....has been for a week based on my previous visit. The employees seem to want to do well though. Drive on past, especially if you're going in during the night shift. Wait times are ridiculously long. In fact, I was there with 2 other cars in the side parking spaces waiting on food, and I noticed one of the employees on the other side of the building having a casual conversation with someone in a parked car. Maybe she was on break, but the car in question was parked beside the entrance door! She was just there talking and you have to drive around them while they casually. It's infuriating to see that when you're already stuck waiting up to 10 minutes for your food. Once I got my food, it tasted old. Keep on driving past this Wendy's. Worst food ever. The burger was dry and they did not follow instructions. He did not want ketchup and it was dripping with it. The salad smelled like feet and did not get a fork. Only getting 1 star because the manager was nice when i had to drive back to get the burger they left out. Drive thru guy had zero customer service skill. Literally the only thing dude said to me at all at the window was the total. Then just turned his head and hung my bag of food out the window like i was a leper or some shit. Don't eat here. Very expensive for sub par food. Quality has gone way down hill and this restaurant has shockingly slow service. It was bad in the past, but it's only gotten worse. Also tons of flies in the dining room. Service, quality and they were out of a lot of common items. Definite management issue. Hate to say this about a business, but it really should get shut down and re-tooled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Just had the absolute worst experience ever. First off, they had ONE person working there. The line was out the door. The guy was about 35 years old and moving in slow motion and giving everyone MAJOR attitude. He was so incredibly NASTY, everyone was looking around at each other making faces. We couldn't believe how rude this man was. He then spent 10 minutes talking to one customer who it seemed like he knew while there were 10 people behind him waiting to order. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I have never seen so much incompetence in one small area in my life. Our order was completely messed up. The sandwiches were messed up on half the order. They took forever to cook the food and then couldn't even be consistent in the size of the patties or the number of patties on each sandwich. They surprisingly got the fries right which even that is an amazing feat for this God awful location. We usually get Wendy's about once a week but we're pretty done. Drive thru attendant was courteous. Other workers are loud, foul-mouthed and ridiculously inappropriate. The manager on shift, i believe her name is Kianna, was very polite & helpful... the store was very clean & restrooms fully stocked. i HIGHLY recommend anyone to go dine in! read more

Me wife said the floor the ladies bathroom had not been cleaned in weeks, paper on the floor. She said her food was Ok. Now for my food, I ordered a burger with everything except onions, so guess what I got,a burger with nothing but with onions. I just went thru the Drive thru at Wendys on Rucker BLVD. I rarely choose this restaurant because we've had bad service before but tonight I had to work late and this is the closest fast food to my home. I ordered the number 7 chicken and told them I wanted just mustard , lettuce and onion on the sandwich. I also ordered a plain junior hamburger. when I got home the hamburger had cheese all melted into it, which made it trash. And the Chicken sandwich had no lettuce and was slathered in mayonaise. I hate mayo! I managed to use one of the napkins to wipe of the globs of mayo, but if you want your food prepared properly avoid this particular Wendys. They just can't get it right. read more
