Sorry to say but this restaurant lacks organization, quality food and common sense. The last three orders were wrong, so I did not go back for months until today. I ordered a new burger (queso) but the restaurant was out of cheese sauce, which was OK (same price though). The real problem was the DRIED OUT HAMBURGER. I don't know if this restaurant used a microwave to reheat it or not, but it was severely dried out. I ordered two smoothies also which did not come with a bag or carry drink box and of course no straws. This took 8 minutes to get inside. Wendy's. Where if you specifically ask to not have cheese on you hamburger, will receive extra cheese on your hamburger.

This Wendy's was absolute shit, our group of 3 ordered medium meals and got small everything on top of a 30 minute wait. Our food was slightly warm, and absolutely not fresh for the time we waited. Our soda's were flat and the lady behind the counter seemed clueless when we asked about our meals and drinks, most definitely on some sort of drugs. The lobby was messy, including a giant spilled pile of ketchup and French fries left on the ground that we almost stepped in, and our table looked like it hadn't been clean since 09. Before leaving one of my buddies used the restroom and the toilet was clogged and filled with dirty shit water. The whole bathroom wreaked of piss and shit so bad it made your eyes water, you could smell it before walking in. All around just shit service. read more

Bait and Switch. Check the prices when you order. I just ordered a burger, but they charged me 40 cents more than the price on the menu. The cashier true to argue it was the tax, but I clearly wasn't talking about the tax. The manager (I believe) informed me that they just hadn't updated the price on the board and wouldn't adjust the price. I wouldn't have thought twice about paying the higher price if it were advertised that way. The principle, though, forced me to leave without a burger. Good business practice should be to adhere to prices as advertised and then update the price if it has changed. I won't visit this Wendy's again. I'm sure they won't miss me, since they seem to get plenty of business. It's a shame, because Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger joint. I first showed up and there were three people waiting on food and three people waiting to order, and the line wasn't moving at all because the cashiers were to busy having a conversation about who was gonna go home, after five more minutes of that they finally started moving things. Ontop of the horrible service there was no greeting, order was shorthanded and tasted awful, never again! read more

A about 7 pm on the night of 11/28/2018 I ordered a Baconator and large Chili. after a thirty minute wait I got my order and went home to eat. When I opened the sack I found a Small Hambuger and small chili. The young lady at the counter was more interested with carrying on with two males and I had to ask her several times before she would take my order. Every time I go to this Wendy's I have problems. Order. 2 # 5 SOB.Burgers were cold, fries taste like they had been sitting on the burner since lunch, no salt and lukewarm. Will be filing a report with Coffee Co. Health Dept. There management needs to get there shit, together or shut it down. I'm sure some other chain would be proud to have that location, so close to a military facility and would actually take pride in who and what they serve. WORST WENDY'S EVER. I worked at Wendy's for 3 years of my life it was my first job so I get how it can get hard sometimes but seriously? They ran out of BBQ SAUCE AT ONE Time. How do you run out of BBQ sauce?!? Staff is always rude and unpleasurable to a max and they charged me 2.50 for a water with lemon instead of just charging me for a soft drink price with my food. Fries are always cold and unless I tell them I'm lactose intolerant they always put cheese on my burger even if I ask them not too. It needs to just get rid of the whole staff and start over. read more

This was a terrible experience. Food took 20 minutes to get while dining inside. Watched many customers come inside from the drive through to get their orders while dining. Been here twice ( that was first mistake). First time, they didn't have chili. Told me they were out. Went there tonight for the New Taco Salad. Told me they were out of chips. Really...it just came out and they are out of the product. I don't understand. Got it anyway. Taco salad was a little side salad and came with a half of a half cup of chili. Horrible! Also got a value meal, fries were cold and soggy. Service is slow and it's very dirty inside. This is not your average Wendys. Save yourself the irritation and go somewhe else. read more

Been by several times on the way to work. 80% of time my order is screwed up. Last time I went through the drive thru I was only person in line and they wouldn't ad on something I forgot to order at menu board. Told me I had to drive around again to order. When I asked for management I was told they were all busy. I won't be back to that store. read more

I have never been to a Wendy's that disappointed me as this one. The young lady at the front desk could surely use more customer service training. I order my food and I waited and waited and waited and waited, finally I asked the young how much longer? She lifted her shoulders as to answer she didn't know so I ask another young lady to if I coudl speak to the manager because it was taking to long for my order. She replied that she was bagging it but had to wait on the fries. Well, she did bag and gave me my order but when I checked the bag, I notice the fries were way over cooked and warm. I inform the lady about the fries and she stated it will be 2 more minutes to get fresh fries so I ask for the manager a second time in order to get a refund. The young never got the manager but I watch as she went back to the fry station and threw away all the fries and made fresh ones. I finally got my order wasn't happy with it totally but hot fries and the attitude of the fry girl mad it some what better. The young lady that took my order never came back to the front. Now the apperance of this Wendy's is in need of a makeover, finger prints all over the glass door. Carpet needs to be replace as well as table and chairs. My first and last visit until someone tells me this location has changed. One would think with the amount of soldiers coming thru this location we could get better service.
