Don't waste your time. This place has serious problems. We walked in the door because the drive through was maxed. The lobby had about 8 people. In the 15 minutes we waited, not one vehicle, not one person was served. With that many people, and it being just after 5pm, you would expect the fryers and grills to be cranking.... Nope. A lot of Wendy's are well run. Dunno about this one. Supposedly drive through open till midnight. Went at end of long trip at about 11:45. Everyone hiding in back refusing to go to windows. Suggest they draw curtains across the windows so customers can't see them ignoring them during 'business hours'. read more

Wow, what amazing customer service!! Jeremy helped us get our orders straight with three little kids choosing and was so kind as we fumbled a bit. What he didn't know is that these are foster kids that just came from court and saw their parents. His compassion meant so much! And as always our meals were perfection. This is my favorite Wendy's! It used to be (and may still be) where they train new manages and employees for other locations. Anyhoo, you really need to stop here on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There is this employee that looks just like Luke Skywalker circa ESB '81 (I couldn't see his name tag) who makes the best Wendy's burgers I have ever had (I cannot put my finger on how/why, maybe the Force is with him). He can be heard singing songs from The Beatles as he works in the background. He goes overboard to help customers who have problems and corrects errors. Nice kid, hopefully a role model for his generation. Cannot wait to swing by this location again, when in-person dining returns! read more

This is the filthiest restaurant I have ever seen. Feces smeared all over the outside of the toilet and dirty tampons and garbage allover the floor in the ladies bathroom. The drink dispenser was backing up, bubbling and leaking water all over. Nobody even bothered to mop up the pools of water. The rest of the floors were filthy, garbage on them. Stopped into this Wendy's outside Erie today on a drive home. I walked in to see a big puddle on the floor which was upsetting but it was taken care of right away. I ordered something different today the asiago chicken club. It was really fresh and the chicken was really tasty. So I was impressed with that. And I always love Wendy's fries they are made with the perfect amount of salt and they are very tasty. So it was a good Wendy's right off the highway so an easy off and back on the highway with not to much wait. read more

The service is friendly, and they do a pretty good job with cleanliness. However, more often than not my order is incorrect. This is not an issue so much if I'm eating in the restaurant, however if I take it to go, I do t realize until I get home: when I call, the only solution is for me to drive the many miles back for new food. Previously there was a long hair in my husbands food. They only offered him to drive back to the store for a new salad. When I told the store manager that since their policy is never a refund, and driving back to the store is not practical, then I mask her to please take my complaints seriously and work on fixing the problems in her store so the place can be enjoyable again. I have been going there for 12 years, as of late the food quality had gone down, I've had my credit card handed back to me twice with a disgusting slime to it, along with the outside of the food wrapper and my drink cup.
