The service here is routinely lousy. The last 2 times I've been here, they've been understaffed and although the mobile app says you can walk in to pick up, you cannot. Staff so overwhelmed they can't even bring food to the door to pick up, resulting in a more-than 15 minute wait at the drive-thru for my cold food. Avoid this location. read more

Great service! This Wendy's is clean thru out. The sitting area is clean, tables clean and Windows clean. The bathrooms are clean and those who work here are clean and friendly. Very good customer service!!! A young lady even offered mints and checked on customers. That is abnormal and very kind. read more

The approach to in-store service at this Wendy's is the same as that of certain phone menus. The idea is to ignore people until they run out of patience and leave. And I'm not even talking about times when the store is crowded. There'll be a bunch of employees bustling around, getting orders together--presumably for drive-up trade--and no one taking orders, no one even saying they'll try to get to you. If they only want drive-up business, they should be upfront about that and close the walk-in part. I've probably been keeping the nearby Subway afloat from all the times I've had to walk out of this Wendy's. One thing they ought to try is to have two employees, one for each register, who only take orders at the registers rather than trying to cover the drive-ups and who knows what else. read more

Worst service ever! The eating area was trashed and a employee was even wiping down a table with a napkin then walked over and wiped another one with the same napkin! The bathroom was nasty I could even sit on the seat. Waiting for the food took forever and once we got it there was a piece of hair in one of the fries we ordered.Also there were employees walking around on their phones and eating/drinking in the back and finally while leaving there was a line leading to the road.DONT RECOMMEND!!! read more

worst service ive ever received! not only did i wait in the drive thru for almost 15 min,but when i ordered there wasnt a sorry for the wait or anything. when i asked for more chili sauce not only did i get a terrible attitude from the worker, she slammed the window and i told her she was rude and i pulled away and she called me a dumb bitch. so help me lord, if i wasn't pregnant right now, that place would have gotten a scene. If I could, I would give them no stars. Normally, it's decent. But the manager tonight.... such a b*tch! My order was messed up and first of all, coming back to complain and get my order fixed I had to wait in that long ass line then she told me she needed my receipt and I never got one. I went on my lunch break from work today and waited almost 15 mins in the drive through and when I get to the window the woman then tells my cash only. This is the best fast food restaurant in Euclid (I know I know, that's not saying much). But seriously, the food is ALWAYS fresh and served up fast, and they almost NEVER get an order wrong. I've even gone pretty close to closing time on a couple occasions and they still took care of me quick and pleasant. I don't know what the secret is in there, but I hope they keep it up. I go in here at least twice a week because they're so good. And they've been good for years. If you don't believe me, next time you drive by look at their line, then look across the street at that other "fast" food place. read more

GHETTO! I had 1 employee who was kind enough to offer me a free cup of ice after while I was paying for my food but then the cheap manager had the nerve to get nasty with me and tell me that I had to pay for a cup of their ice and demanded I give her the cup back. I simply gave it back to her (not b/c I didn't have the money). But b/c I didn't appreciate her attitude and nerve to be so petty. Then this place always has cars going to the end of the street b/c they're too slow to keep up with their drive thru. It always worth the wait in line to eat at Wendys. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at a Wendys anywhere. The Burgers are excellent and the employees most times are exceptionally nice and they rarely ever forget to put everything you need in the bag, from napkins to forks or condiments. I wish Macdonalds, could learn what Wendys process is because i cant count how many times McD gets my order wrong or put the wrong food in the bag. This has never happened at Wendys. Also, Wendys food is far superior in taste and freshness in addition to their great service. Wendys, keep being the best and I'll keep saying great things about you. JOB WELL DONE!! read more

I went into Wendy's on Saturday 2/4/2017 I walked up to the register and the was a screen there I ask a work am I suppose to place my own order and she responed you see it dont you, this after coming and waiting for about 15 mins without 5 works standing around and not acknowledging me just talking to each other and one was even sing no one said be right with you. If one of them had said we will be right with you it would not have been a problem. I asked for the manager and I was told she back there. She did come out to chsnge the drawer, I askef to speak with her and I told her what hsppen and all dhe wsnted to know who got smart. I told her to tell on one was to tell on them all. This wzd the worse service I hzve ever had in fast food in my life. The manager stated it was shift change and that was not a problem all someone had to do was acknowledge me and not stare.
