First of all be prepared to sit in line for at least 45 minutes. Also, occasionally the price quoted on the drive through menu is totally different when you you get to pay window. Then yesterday as with several other businesses they kept my penny. Upon me requesting my penny the widow person looked at me like I'd lost my mind. I politely informed her that Wendy's has more money than me. Why should I absorb the loss? Of course she then gave me my penny. Some of you might call me petty. However, it's the principle that counts. Don't just assume it's ok to keep my money! Plus, THE PENNY IS NOT OUT OF CIRCULATION!!! It's just not being made anymore. While the staff was all pretty young, I understand the maturity barrier here but there was NO MANAGER presence to provide structure or discipline. Not oversight to get things out the door and customers that walked in waited over doordash orders. There needs to be a serious retraining done here. Read the room the lobby was dirty and crew were using profanity CONSTANTLY and childish banter in front of customers reads lack of professionalism. "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me!". Thinking that it would be different the 2nd time was an error. The 1st time I learned that you can't go inside Wendy's in Euclid. That should have been my 1st sign to abandon hope. But I got in the drive thru anyway. AI say there for almost 10 mins not moving at all, I pulled out and went home since i was pressed for time. Fast forward to today, a couple years later, and with more time, I gave it another shot. I was next inline to order at the drive thru and sat for 20 mins, before going across to BK. I was charged $3.00 for a "Large Seasoned Potatoes" which the drive-thru menu lists at $2.59 and was not given a receipt. I realize that Wendy's has $3.00 breakfast specials, but this was not one of them. Perhaps the drive-thru worker thought that she would save time and effort by not using the cash register while taking and processing my order. If I could zero stars I would. Ordered a soda and as they handed it out the window she tossed it and spilled it all over me. I asked for napkins and she just stood there staring into space. I asked for the manager. She came over with an attitude. My order was wrong. I was missing a sandwich and frie and now I needed a new drink. As I was explaining this to her she said to the girl at the window "just give it to him" and walked away. Still never got the napkins. The Wendy's on 222nd and Lakshoenis absolutely horrible. I get that they are short handed, and I've waited 30 minutes or more in the drive thru line, but today after waiting 45 minutes just to get to the speaker and then another 10 at the speaker they came on and said it would be another 10-15 minutes before I could order because they didn't have a sandwich person. Well I am writing this I am in the drive through, it takes 60 minutes just to get to order our food "Wendy's dining room OPEN" well it's not. Online it says dine in 9am-10pm by the way both doors are locked smh. Get ur employees in check. The food is ok not the best but good, I'll give credit when credit is due. This Wendy's is slow and subpar at best. Four years ago it was pretty good and decent but now it's nothing like that and probably the most low rated Wendy's in Cleveland. How they are even still open is beyond me. These days if I get any food there it's been through Uber Eats. And if they're not out of fries, which is strange for a fast food chain they always end up having something missing from my order. Every. Single. Time. I'm assuming most of the employees there are illiterate because when I get my receipt I would see that the missing item will be printed on there so I don't know what is lost in translation but clearly no one there wants to work or do their jobs. I'm not sure what the experience is within the restaurant anymore cause I don't go there in person but if you're ordering from a food delivery app I suggest you not to because there's a 95% chance that you will be missing items from your order and then you got to wait 3 to 10 days just to get a refund. Awful establishment. It took me 30 min to get one combo meal, everyone is standing around waiting for what feels like an hour. There is no customer service. There is, what looks like, a manager trying to make them work faster, but everyone mopes around like they have no where better to be. So yesterday , my son and I stopped at the Wendy's on 222nd off Lakeshore. The service was so poor!!.. the Light skin guy was moving like a turtle. When I got my food the fries were hard and cold..so I asked for fresh fries and when they gave me more fries they still were cold. So my son got sick from all this he is throwing up.
