This store now has those horrible Freestyle soda machines -- where NOTHING tastes right & everything has very little syrup flavoring for the carbonated water... they might as well just dispense the nasty carbonated water... everything tastes like it anyway. They don't have tea or any other drinks available --- not at 11 pm, anyway. Drinks are UNDRINKABLE. Nuggets are always COLD and MUSHY. Fries are always COLD and MUSHY. Burgers are just very messy.... like they 'threw' them together... way too much mustard... mustard is always all over the outside of the bun and on the outside of the wrappers.... why? They rarely have any ketchup... they never have any napkins.... they said they didn't have any barbecue sauce for the cold, mushy nuggets.... The tables are disgusting. The floors in the dining area are dirty and sticky. I went here twice in 2026. I thought the first time was just a bad night.... and I went again two weeks later... Apparently, every night is a bad night. This place should be closed down and bulldozed to make room for a decent restaurant.

I ordered a double hamburger combo with onion rings and a root beer my wife ordered a cheeseburger combo with fries and a root beer. Their burgers are smash burgers with a slightly crispy edge and an amazing beefy flavor. I mean these were really really delicious burgers. The onion rings were very good and we preferred those to the fries. Fries were good but the onion rings were just better in our opinion. We didn't order any ice cream but a table next to us ordered a banana split and it was huge and looked like one of those banana splits seen in a commercial. I mean it looked fabulous. Prices are about average for these days but for freshly prepared food with the burger having such good flavor, IMO, worth the price. Only knock; I wish they had a soda machine in the lobby where we could refill our own drinks.

One of our party member order's ran out of stock and he had to reorder. The wait staff continually avoided eye contact and was just generally short and rude. It was a busy night, but I've been to many restaurants and never been treated that poorly. The food was good! But not worth the wait and poor service. I won't be back.
