This place sucks. I should've known it was in relation with big top. Both restaurants have the same setup & all. And surprise, the service here is just as bad as big top. And the food is just as mediocre. The burger tasted like something you'd get out of a freezer & slap some fixings on it. The big African-American girl working the front counter made me wait to order because she was playing a game on her phone. Seriously? Absolutely horrible customer service. When I first pulled up I wasn't sure if this place was even open. It looked pretty dead around there, but then I noticed a couple other people walking in so figured I'd give it a go. There are a few tables outside to dine at if you choose but I got mine to go because I was on a time crunch for work and it was pretty cold outside. There are no tables to eat at inside. There was a few people inside ordering ahead of me but the line moved fairly quickly and it seemed that the food was being prepared in a timely manner. They have a pretty decent menu. Burgers, soups, chicken, ice cream, shakes etc. I ordered a burger with all the fixings and got the seasoned fries. It only took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready. The burger was really good. The fries were nothing more than curly fries so I was a little disappointed in that. Overall it was a decent meal. I'd like to come back in the summer and try a shake. Traveled for 45 minutes to check this place out. Great service, good old cheeseburgers made to order, seasoned fries, and most importantly thick chocolate shakes!!! Looking at the menu we will definitely be back to sample a lot of other things on their menu! Oh and good ambience that you can't find any more! read more

What a great place for a reasonably priced burger and fries. Small burger shack is the best way to describe it. Staff is mildly friendly. We went for lunch the week of 09/26/22, unfortunately the CO2 was out and drinks were not good. Lemonade was fine for me, others were starting to complain loudly. Great little hidden gem of Evansville. Fantastic burgers. Don't let the looks of this place scare you, they have great food and ice cream. Breaded tenderloins are the best I've had. It doesn't look like much on the outside. But looks can be very deceiving this place has some wonderful burgers. The fries the onion rings are wonderful. The icecream cones are wonderful on a hot day. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat. Both locations are worth it. Great job guys.i will keep coming back. read more

This was my first experience at Zesto's so I was excited to try the Evansville favorite. We were greeted by a sweet bubbly woman with blond and pink hair however another woman took our order. My husband and I probably looked like morons being as we never have eaten there before. We stood there for awhile looking at the order board trying to decide what to order, it would have been nice to have some recommendations, but it's not that big of a deal. We knew going in it was a fast burger joint so we weren't expecting five star quality. I ordered the philly it was pretty good, however the bun was smashed, or they use a thinner style bun. The fries were absolutely amazing very crispy crinkle fries very hot and fresh. If you are a dessert lover they have a menu board full of them. The ice cream is great but the hamburgers taste like breakfast sausage and the fries are soggy. The milkshakes are pretty good too!

I've had many experience at this zesto's but this one was the absolute worst. I came to order a banana shake and a small vanilla cone. The young man tried to give me a shake that he admitted to making 2 hours prier to my visit . I asked him to please make me a fresh one and this obviously upset him because he started throwing objects. I will never return to this zesto again and i will let everyone know about this horrible experience. read more

I've always known this place has existed, but I finally got around to paying it a visit... WOW. I had the best fries I have EVER had. I usually don't like crinkle cut, but these were crisp and light and perfect, I never thought some fries could be so much better than the rest but boy was I wrong. I also had their BBQ Bacon Burger, and although the wait was a little long (albeit, the tiny restaurant was pretty busy), the food was fantastic. It was a simple burger but I swear it beats the Wendy's Baconator. Didn't try their icecream, which is what they're known for, but I'll definitely be coming back for more. read more

Drove past this little place for years, but never stopped until tonight...quick date with my wife. We both had the jumbo cheeseburger special ($3.75) which included large fries. If you love a thin burger (which I do), then you'll love their burgers. Burger was huge! The fries were a plenty, but weren't the best around. I would recommend they change ketchup brand to Heinz. We also had a chocolate shake that was excellent. Because everything is prepared to order, service was a bit slower than the chains. Fun place with friendly service and interesting clientle. Overall, a great alternative to most of the burger chains. read more
