Terrible experience. I ordered using the mobile app as I was traveling and wanted to save time. As I pulled up I saw the drive-through wrapped around the building so I hit "pick up in store". I got out of my car walked to the door only to find it was locked as for more people pulled up in the drive-through line. Spend over 20 Minutes in line. Hashbrowns were cold and the sandwiches were about halfway there. I honestly wish I could get a refund..... but I can promise you...I won't go back for sure. read more

This place is the worst!!! I've been waiting for about 10 minutes at the curbside while more than 15 cars went through the drive thru. This is the 3rd time. The first 2 experiences were even worst. I had to wait inside the establishment for 30minutes!!! If they don't have enough employees they should just operate through the drive thru. read more

This place was not a place to go. We waited in the drive through for five minutes and moved up one car length. Made it to the ordering and was addressed three minutes later instead of hold please or some form of communication. Waited to come around and pay at the window. The young man took our card and payment was easy. Waited in line maybe a minute and a half and received our food. Got home and my son that the food was for said the 10 piece chicken nugget meal was hard and not fresh. The fries he said was soggy. My son loves chicken nuggets and thought wow! Went inside and ordered a Diet Coke we were handed a cup we went over to the Coke machine After getting the Coke and tasting it we realized it was flat. The management staff proceeded to argue with us that it wasn't and that there was no difference between the drive-through coke machine and the one used. Even after getting a Diet Coke from the drive through machine and telling them there was a difference , the management still was arguing there was no difference. We told them to come taste it. The woman said" I don't drink Coke". I guess this attitude of management explains the 2 stars. read more

I've rarely had a problem at this location. I only go for breakfast and that's usually early in the morning. Rarely do I have to wait. The food is decent. Temps have ranged from tepid to very warm, border line to hot to immediately eat. The crew is friendly. The one observation I have is that it is quicker to go through the drive thru and then take your meal inside to eat. The inside counter crew doesn't move very fast. The dining area is a bit spartan which, i assume is to discourage people from eating inside. read more

Someone needs to call the health inspector. This place is horribly unsanitary with swarms of flies inside the facility and outside the doors. The staff are all kids and doesn't seem to have gotten a solid training session before they started. I ordered a large sweet tea, large fries no salt and two 4 piece nuggets. I kid you not, they forgot my drink and after I drove away realized they only gave me one box of nuggets and gave me salted fries. Doesn't actually offer take out! Even though on Apple Maps and the McDonald's app they are listed as a carry out location they are not. I have a short lunch time and ordered food to pickup inside to beat the line and have time to eat before clocking back in but when I arrived all doors were locked and the line was out to the road so there was no way I was going to get my food in a timely manner even through curbside! They were far too busy to send an employee out with food so I waited in line for 15 minutes. HALF OF MY LUNCH BREAK!! that doesn't include 5 minutes drive there and back. McDonald's isn't bad here and there, but this location isn't up to par. The food there isn't always as good as other McDonald's restaurants. Its not uncommon to get a hamburger patty that is too dry, or cheese that is cold. They really need to learn from other locations that provide much faster service. During lunchtime their line can get backed up so far it blocks traffic on Mount Pleasant Road! That tells me they need to pick up the pace! Perhaps they should add the 2nd drive through order lane like some other locations? I only gave it 2 stars because they usually get the order right. read more

The worst McD's i have ever visited. Kept trying to give this place a chance, figuring it had to get better, but it never did. Order wrong often, food often far past the point of tossing, not sure how anyone could screw up such standard processed food so often, but the management at this location has figured out how to accomplish this repeatedly. Ate in recently and found the dining room in disgusting condition, had to ask for someone to wipe down a table in an empty dining room. Never again at this location. read more

Not the fastest, friendliest, or most accurate, but since this is the closest one to our home, it is the one we go to most often. It does not have a Playplace which is upsetting to my son. If you go through the drive-thru, make sure you double check your order before pulling away. read more

This is near my home but I would rather go to any other McD's in the area. Food is not up to par(over cooked, cold) and service has never been good despite at least two owners. Workers lack interest, training, & awareness of common service oriented attention to the customers. Don't stop here but go on up or down 41 for the next one! read more

This place literally sucks. I was passing through and decided to just grab a medium order of fries and large drink.. it took them 25 minutes to get me my order of fries and a drink! There are about 7 employees in the back. 3 orders in progress. There was one gentlemen in front of me... so I thought, well maybe he had a large order and they are having a hard time getting his stuff prepared and out to him and didn't want to be rude by just handing me my stuff in front of him because he seemed annoyed. They kept apologizing to him. Well 15 minutes pass by and they hand him this little bag of food and say, quarter pounder with fries. That's it?? That is what he was waiting for?! And you had me wait 10 more minutes for fries and a large drink?! On top of that when they FINALLY gave me my food.. the fries aren't even fresh like they've been sitting there! I don't know if it's the management, employees or a combination of the two but McDonalds corporate needs to step in at this location, I've never had such a terrible experience at any McDonalds ever! I stop at McDonalds in town often, and I have to say this location has the friendliest staff I have encountered. Especially the big guy who works the front line, David--definitely the nicest fast food worker! They're not always the fastest but the experience is still very pleasant. It just seems like they go further out of their way to be nice to you. read more

I don't usually review restaurants, and definitely not fast food restaurants, but this one has earned it. Unfortunately we live close to this McDonald's with the next closest one being about 15 minutes away. The drive-thru is hit and miss. If you drive by and see there is no one in line you have a 50/50 chance of getting served fast food....fast. But if you try the drive-thru around lunch or dinner time hours be prepared to wait in the drive-thru line a minimum of 20 minutes. When I go to get any fast food I am prepared for mistakes and bad food, sometimes. But this place will disappoint you every time. A few things can happen here, 1. Food is cold (fries are always cold), 2. Food order is wrong. 3. Waiting 20+ minutes for food. If you can go into this place knowing that at least 1 of these options (not limited to just 1 though) will happen to you then you won't be so surprised when it does. Now, on to the dining room. I ran inside to grab some food one time because the drive-thru line was really long, thinking that inside I could possibly get right in and out. Nope. The dining room is far worse than the drive-thru. It was during dinner hours and they were terribly under-staffed. The food order line was at a stand still! This is the day that I waited at this McDonald's for 45+ minutes! They had a lot of upset customers coming up and complaining because when they finally got their food it was either wrong or cold! This is a terrible, terrible McDonald's. Now this is my opinion but I think the manager purposely keeps this place understaffed to save a quick buck. This place is always packed with customers because of the convenience of the location, that is the only reason people go here. If this restaurant was slightly off the beaten path it would have been either closed long ago or reserved for only the lowest scum of humanity to carry out their drug deals along with grabbing a quick nugget meal off the dollar menu on the way out.
