Just went through the drive-through and had the best of experiences here! Both of the employees I interacted with (Spanish girl and African American guy) were extremely friendly and accommodating and got my order perfect. Not just doing their jobs, but doing it with a smile. So refreshing to deal with kind and happy people. With most people in this world being out for themselves these days, and mostly only giving shout outs when they have a bad experience, I just had to give these folks a shout out for doing a great job. Thank you both, and may your boss see this and give you a raise :) Also, they were out of my favorite barbecue sauce, so I had to pick something different. Glad I did. Any other Wendy's but here - Multiple bad experiences Combos always include drinks, don't they? But they charged extra 75 cents for unsweetened iced tea. Manager insists that's standard. It isn't, of course. Never was. Seen it going downhill for a while. I agree with others, this place hasn't been run well in a long time. But it's not the workers' fault. It's management, yet again. This Wendy's is damn joke!!! This is the last time I am ordering online from here, because every time I do they manage to totally mess it up. It even happens when my husband goes to the drive through and orders! Tonight, I ordered a burger, fries and a Frosty...I received fries, a Frosty and a damn chicken sandwich that looked like it had been wrapped and unwrapped several times. I mean really!! Definitely not Chick Fil A level of service or safety. But I was craving Wendys today. Food was good but line was long and store was understaffed so it took a really long time. Also, no mask policy seems to be in place, cooks/cashier do not wear masks. read more

Not that I expect much from a fast food chain but simple common courtesy and customer service I would hope for but no. Definitely not at this location. Came here and the drive through line was very long so I decided to come inside hoping it would be faster. Got inside and there was no one at the registers, finally I did see a few workers- the one kid seemed completly clueless and after I stood there for over 5 mins without even being acknowledged that someone would be with me shortly , I left. Horrible experience. I was there Sunday 2/14 for lunch and I waited 30 minutes for food, watched them get a simple hamburger order wrong 3 times and had difficulty with the cash register. There was only 1 attendant at the counter and she moved slow or in reverse. Got my order wrong in the end. This restaurant needs some new management. read more

Ordered hot tea and a junior deluxe cheeseburger. Paid with a credit card. Did not receive any receipt, the cold lettuce and tomato cooled the burger, and the teabag (they did not have any regular tea, only green tea with lemongrass) was unwrapped and handled by the server with his bare hands - same hands that took the payment. Seems to me I had a not so great experience here a year or so ago and forgot about it - until today. I went through the drive-through and ordered a single with cheese combo. It comes out to over $8, which is kinda steep to begin with, but I got to the window and they had no idea who I was. They had my drink ready, but couldn't figure out which order was mine. I guess maybe my order got deleted or something. I told them what I had ordered - they gave it to me, and I drove away. When I finally dug into the bag, they had given me a really tiny cheeseburger. I didn't bother going back because I didn't want to go through the hassle, but I was really annoyed - and still hungry! Don't bother - go somewhere else if you can. read more
