My boyfriend ordered the Dave's double and he ended up getting sick later. He said it was too salty didn't taste right. I had the salad with pecans Craisins and chicken. The chicken was stale and not that fresh and they always put too many Craisins on the salad. It's too sweet. Last time we ate there the fries were cold. I've had a lot of bad meals at this place. Every time I come to this Wendy's I'm missing items whether it be sauces or food. I'm gonna have to start looking at the food before I leave, which is annoying since I didn't even get that much(2 cheeseburger 4for4's). Literally just left that awful place. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals with 2 medium drinks one cherry coke and the other grape Sprite. So we finally pull up and this stupid guy says to us. You guys had 1 small and 1 medium drink. Before we can say anything he took my card and closed the window. So awful the staff looks stoned out of their minds, I ordered a drink last week through the drive through it took 15 mins, why? Well after I waited for someone to take my order (there was one person ahead of mean and inside restaurant was empty) I got to window promptly paid and then just sat there for 10 minutes while my drink just melted and 6 staff members sat around the window and chatted. The girl that made my drink couldn't even open her eyes and the cashier put her back to the window leaned on it and totally forgot I existed.. when she finally realized it she said nothing gave me some wet napkins and that was it.. it was 1 drink it required minimal skills time or energy to get yet it took 15 mins and they were getting paid 16 an hour? Are used to love going to Wendy's. Their salads were always delicious and their fries were always hot and crispy. No longer, apparently. Last night, we ordered two salads a large fry and a four piece kids meal. The fries were so salty, wilted, and just plain disgusting. The salads were decent. We just came from a wonderful Martha's Vineyard vacation and needed to get lunch. We decided how could we go wrong with Wendy's? This Wendy's seemed to cater to geriatrics with urine soaked Depends; standing quite perplexed in front of the computerized soda dispenser. They had a high school aged boy taking orders, but he was not a precise order taker: we asked for broccoli and cheddar potatoes, we got bacon and cheddar potatoes!! (Big difference) We had to wait about five minutes just to get the cups to get our drinks and even then he forgot to give us the lids and they were out of Coke classic! Everyone behind the counter seemed to be in chaotic/disorganized mode. This Wendy's only saving grace was Jonelle. Ok they really need to do something with there Saturday night crew because they're horrible. The food was so disappointing. They took so long to take the order in the drive through while waiting at the intercom to hen get home and then he fries were completely cold and from the moment I received the food until I was eating was 5 minutes so how was it completely cold not even slightly warm. The Dave double was dry yet managed to have a soggy bottom bun. How the heck is that possible plus the lettuce was wilted and he He tomato looked chopped. Excellent service from the girls behind the counter. Got 3 4 for 4 meals. Excellent you get nuggets burger fries and a drink. The computerized soda dispenser was a bit of challenge but really cool to use. The bacnator fries were my only problem. They had a blob of processed cheese on the bottom and barely any bacon. read more

My husband, 2 children and I decided to grab something to eat, "something quick and easy" we agreed (you never really know how it's going to go with either one of them especially at the end of the day). Wendy's was right next door to where we were shopping so we walked over and there it was... The smell of a "poop-splosion" through the outfit and all!! Thankfully we brought the diaper bag!! I headed for the bathroom and... No, it couldn't be... No changing station?? "Well it MUST be in the handicapped stall" I said to myself... And NOTHING!! I immediately felt angry, sad and unwelcome. How in 2019 at ANY "family friendly" restaurant can you not accommodate people with families? We shouldn't have to consider changing our child somewhere people eat or worse, on the floor. My husband spoke to one of the employees and they agreed that it was ridiculous, however there was no manager visit and no call to action. Listen, I don't want to knock Wendy's because they have bomb chicken nuggets AND fries (that's where the 2 stars came from), they are just the example of how behind the times this world is!! I went through the drive through around midnight. We ordered a medium #4, ketchup only w/no cheese (with a blueberry tea) and a 6 piece spicy nugget with barbecue sauce. My friend ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a Baconator fry. The state in which I received my food was the most pathetic I have ever received from a Wendy's. Absolute trash, 0 care given in the product being put forth. When we arrived at drive thru the window, after paying, we were told to pull into a parking space and the food would come out. Why do they do this? I do not know, seems a little shady to me. I asked the young man who took the order to please bring out barbecue sauce. He said "I will bring extra!" An employee delivered the food and I drove home, ready to enjoy my meal. I get home and open up the bag only to find missing items and poor quality food. 1. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS HOT 2. My burger wasn't even fully wrapped, just thrown in the bag (Half of the burger was sticking out) 3. The burger was clearly OLD 4. The burger was made completely WRONG (I did not ask for cheese, but who cares what I ordered right? Just give the guy an old burger off the rack and hope he will go home and not complain about it) *rolls eyes* 5. The burger had a slice of cheese on the bottom patty, connecting it to the bottom bun, a slice of cheese in the middle, and bacon on the top of the burger. This is how they're supposed to be made?? 6. The bottom bun was burnt (had clear burn marks) 7. The chicken nuggets were MISSING (The employee even said he would bring me extra sauce but I didn't even bring my damn nuggets) 8. The fries were SOGGY and COLD 9. The Baconator fries looked piss poor compared to the pictures. Isn't the bacon at least supposed to be broken up? We had two sloppy pieces of back on top of a glob of cheese present over the fries. Overall the food was a total mess. I called the store about 40 times in an attempt to get through. I wanted to let them know about my experience and hopefully have them re-make my food right the next time I come in. Every time I call them at 508-999-4407 the phone rings once or twice and then a modem answers the phone (you know the noise from AOL dial-up back in the 90s). It sounded like someone answered one of the times I called and then hung up. I spent almost $20 on garbage. I could have found the same quality food rummaging through this locations trashes in the parking lot. I didn't even eat most of it, as it went to the trash after I realized the mistake I had made coming to this Wendy's. Who knows how long that food was even sitting there. The employee clearly didn't care enough to actually make my food fresh, as he didn't pay attention to the order (ketchup only, no cheese) and just gave me some crap burger off the warming rack. Absolutely disgusting. I am appalled and that entire late night crew should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such low quality food. I ate a piece of the burger and am now afraid I am going to get sick. I didn't even think of how long it could have been sitting there until after I started eating it. I am seriously disgusted with this whole experience. Someone or multiple employees really dropped the ball here and wasted my time and money. The manager/owner really need to re-evaluate the staff at this location, as I think some coaching is in order. read more
