Typical American restaurant! Got some nachos with pulled pork (was missing something spicy like some jalapeños or a spicy sauce), gochujang shrimp (was delish) and fish and chips - interesting fries! Kinda thin but not potato chip thin. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not too packed on a weekday night, but could see it being busy on a Friday/weekend.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd come back if I was in the area - they have lots of menu items so I'd want to maybe try some other things they've got to offer!

Absolutely loved it! No wait, sat on the patio on a lovely Saturday afternoon. Our server was kind and friendly and brought us extra water for our dog. Probably one of the best chicken mozambiques I've had in a while, sauce was flavorful not too spicy love the thinner fries to absorb the sauce. The shrimp were big on the sandwich! Loved to see it. Definitely will come back for their big beer selection

It was a foggy, damp, cold end of March night and Moby Dick was the warm sunshine I was looking forward to in Spring! What a find! From the moment I walked in, the cozy, friendly service and the tastebud tantalizing menu soothed my souls through and through! Touching on service, there was no shortage of knowledge and friendliness to be found at this whaler's ward side tavern and the smiles from the girls made me feel like I was walking into a Cheers bar! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Your typical brewery ambience, comfy bar stools, old friends having a few beers and laughing in the background led me to believe I had found the right spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A quick look at the specials menu and I knew the fried okra and New England clam chowder was a must to start with! I splurged and tried their Belgian Quad, though I am not a beer drinker, I found it absolutely delicious! I even ordered a second! Feeling good now, I ordered one of their perfectly juicy and flavorful burgers, a little beer cheese and fries on the side and I was as big as a whale swimming out of there! Do yourself a favor, just an hour outside of Boston is this fabulous find, come see the quaint whaling village of New Bedford and stop in a Moby Dick's! The girls will make you feel right at home and you will have a "whale of a good time"!

Great place to stop after a long day at the whaling museum next door. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's very open inside and feels like a typical modern restaurant with the word "brewing" in its name.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Truffle fries were good (made with truffle oil) and so was the calamari. Service was a little slow, however.

Crab Rangoon pizza 9/10. Heated up well next day

We stopped in to only have a flight, but ended up ordering lunch too and glad we did! The beers were amazing and true to their flavor profile. The pretzels were a 10/10. Crisp outside with a soft center. I prefer mustard with my pretzels, but not anymore! Their cheese dip was perfect. We ordered the crab Rangoon pizza, ate a slice and took rest back to our place. Tasted great out of the oven the next day as well. Must try! I ordered the Mussel app. They were clean and the sauce was perfect pairing. I rarely buy merch from places but I bought a hat and shirt. So, it was good food and beer!

Steak tips were perfect and service was excellent! Great selection of beers on draft. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A good place to watch the game as well[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Server was great, the place has a ton of seating and a nice vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was ok, nothing really stood out. We had the nachos with the pulled pork on the side. Tasty. The New England clam chowder was interesting, sort of a riff on the traditional but was pretty bland. The turkey pot pie and the salads were fine. We did not try any of the beers, but they had a great selection with lots of varieties. Worth going back to try some, and maybe a couple of the apps.

Moby Dick's Brewing is located in the historic district of New Bedford. The service was quick and kind, we had the pretzels and beer cheese to eat and got a couple of beers. The pretzels were fresh and delicious, with a tasty beer cheese. The two beers were both good and the ambiance was great. Nice street side (not busy,) outdoor seating available. I like the vibe and the food and beer. I will definitely return.

I came across this place as I was strolling around the neighborhood. It was a good choice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is pretty chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The hostess was nice from the moment you walked in. I ordered to-go since I had to get back to my hotel to get dressed for an event. I ordered the fish and chips, it had the right amount of crisp from the fish to the chips. I also ordered the braised short ribs that came with mash and Brussels sprouts. Everything was well done. The braised short ribs were tender and the mash was done perfectly. Now the Brussels sprouts were simply amazing. Done to perfection not soggy but perfect. Everything was great except they forgot my kid's drink. Just please be aware next time.

They DID have one porter that was only served at the lower bar, which was closed. Really? 8 IPAs upstairs and you choose to put the porter downstairs? Whatever. No ambers, no reds. No N/A sodas or other drinks except Treehouse products which included a few seltzers. Food is set up in out buildings off the patio. Pizza was by the slice only and is really good if you like New Haven style. My wife thought it tasted like Tombstone so to each their own on that. They also had lobstah rolls available with their "treehouse style" butter dip that had a spicy flavor. No other food except bags of kettle chips. Outdoor seating is great if the weather cooperates. Canopies provide some shade. Plenty of seating indoors especially when the patio gets full. Overall we found the location and setting to be stellar, the food to be limited, and the beer variety anemic. Still worth a stop if in the area. Parking is very limited but they have a remote lot with a shuttle bus.
