I was happy when I saw this place was under new management but it has only gotten worse and worse. They messed up our last three orders, giving me the wrong set up for my salad twice, leaving out fries twice. Last time I called to complain they told me they'd give me a free salad (nothing about the fries) but I really just wanted a refund especially considering I got very sick from the salad and won't be ordering it again. Today they were out of potatoes and cheese sauce, the entire reason I wanted Wendy's. My husband asked for fries with ranch instead. We did not get those fries only a half filled large fry my husband ordered. Honestly while Riverdale takes forever I'd go thee next time over this location. After many years I'm done. read more

Horrible service, Alicia, the manager on Wednesday January 7th at 11:00 has very poor customer service skills. The soda machine was broken and when my son asked for her to fill his cup, she scolded him and said she's not going to fill his cup all day, it was his first drink, no refill. I asked for water and again, she was very rude. Another customer came in and there was nobody there to even take his order. Poor manager, service and cleanliness. My advice is to go to West Springfield Wendy's or go to McDonald's. Won't be back in a very long time, if ever. read more

Placed an order through the app. Still waited 10 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. Got home-wrong order. Called them, explained the problem and the manager asked me to wait. I could hear her making small talk so after 4 minutes I hung up and called back. I was told to come back and they'd give me the correct order. got back to the restaurant and there was NO ONE at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes. I was finally given my order (which seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for a long time). manager never came out. no apology. I honestly don't complain about anything but I'm gonna be this guy. I didn't even get to order because the establishment was closed which isn't why I'm writing ( I didn't notice that lights weren't on and the sign on the other door that said they weren't open which I admit my fault 100%). But the lady that was a little larger not trynna be rude just trying to give an idea of who the employee was ,blonde curly hair. She was completely rude to me after I said my apologies after she said they weren't open and gave me a sly/sarcastic remark by saying "lights aren't on clearly", didn't appreciate the rude tone at all, I get it work sucks but no need to be a complete dbag to customers that made a small mistake on there end. This Wendy's went downhill a few years back and has never been able to get it together. I have had more bad experiences than good in that time. I have attempted to complain to corporate with zero response. After today's issue I figured I'd leave my review here. I had a mobile order and when I got to the window I was told they had no salad so I asked them to just refund me for that and I'd take the rest of my order. I was advised that they could not do that and I had to cancel the whole order. I then tell them to go ahead and do that. They then tell me I have to do it on my phone and reorder the stuff I still wanted (I can't be mad at them for that part because that's a corporate issue). I park and attempt to cancel and it tells me I am I am unable to because they had already processed it. When I attempt to go in they have the door locked (it's only 5:30pm) and upon knocking a customer sitting inside lets me in. They determine that they cannot refund my order since they processed it on their end and one of the managers offers to make me a salad. Great! Finally getting what I ordered to begin with... so I thought. They give me my things and tell me I'm all set. I had to ask for fries and the dressing and toppings for my salad which I'm now told they do not have. I get another manager to find me tortilla strips for the salad and I substitute a different dressing. Finally getting to leave. I get home to find out that my soda is wrong, the chili and the fries are stone cold and the tortilla strips I was so kindly given are expired by 4 months. Long story short... drive as far as you can to another Wendy's cuz this one ain't it! read more

Does anyone check up on how management is run because I don't understand how they hired the manager running this place? No wonder why it's never busy here anymore. Breakfast is advertised to be served by 10:30, but they shut it down at 10:15? They already took the order and paid through the mobile app yet the manager made the call by shutting the breakfast early. They made me wait at the mobile parking and never came out. So When speaking to the manager in person, I kind of understood why everything was a mess. The staff looked lost, kitchen looked like a mess, manager looked like she just got out of bed and just does not know how to manage anything professionally. If you are an Uber Eats/Doordash/Grubhub driver DO NOT accept orders from this Wendy's. It's not worth your time or frustration. Sometimes they don't clear their app and it gives you fake runs, and sometimes they don't bother to open the dining room and force all cars through the drive through, where they apparently cook each order individually before having the next car pull up. read more

I agree that it's typically clean and comfortable. Have not eaten in since pandemic and am glad of it due to report from other reviewer about lax oversight about face coverings. Recent visit (today) food was fine, service not so much. We used the drive thru, it was around 1:45pm and they were not busy. Our server was so abrupt we were convinced something was missing from the order. At first, seemed okay, she handed out each of my items very quick. My thank yous went unacknowledged. Did not bother us until the end when our two bags were thrust out the window, not a peep of friendliness from the server. It was weird and rude. I would rather pay a few dollars more for a better experience elsewhere (RR comes to mind and I often do choose them so thanks Wendys!). My grandson and I went to wendy's for lunch. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. When my Grandson and I first walked in I almost fell because of the slippery floor. The Children from the agawam junior high went to wendy's after school because it was a half day and they were disrespectful to all the children. When the children were inside the employees were yelling at the children instead of working my food was cold when I got it. When the children were asked to leave they asked what they did wrong how they can be more respectful. Great place to get served if you do not have a face mask or other suitable covering. You can just grab a napkin and hold it over your mouth. They will allow you in and serve you. I go there often only bec it is close to my home and I wont make it to breakfast at any other, but they mess up my food almost every time and i call within 30 minutes of breakfast ending and am in their parking lot and they refuse to do anything that day or just don't even answer the phone. Today I got an almost completely RAW EGG on my breakfast sandwich. I am very disappointed with the service of the manager there who Ive spoken to most times, Rachel. On two different occasions I went to this Feeding Hills Location!! First time the service was sub par at best the food cold the French fries limp the service snotty and rude. I lodged a complaint about this branch. I did not get a reply. We thought all is good much to our chagrin!! We tried it again I use to be a big Wendys Fan well they cured me of that!! More of the same with a side of waiting longer to get thew same gross food and a heaping helping of even more Nastiness. I am cured Ill never go there again. This location is busy when the AJHS (Agawam Junior High School) has a half-day. One time, I went to the restaurant and it was filled with junior high schoolers, and the workers didn't seem to mind. When there are not a lot of customers there, it's peaceful, and you may be able to get work done. The restaurant has a drive-thru, and it's open until 1 am. The floors and bathrooms are clean. The booths are comfortable, but a little small for infant carriers. This is a family restaurant. The food is greasy. Their hamburgers are juicy. Wendy's always has a new variety of foods, such as Baconator fries (they were great!)/Ghost Pepper fries, and a Ghost Pepper sandwich. I'm not a fan of their chunky BBQ sauce. The baked potatoes are always great! The Coca-Cola on the soda fountain doesn't taste right. They have great deals, such as the 4 for $4, (four items for four dollars). I'm not a fan of the plain fries, because they're not always fresh, or too salty, but sometimes, when they're fresh and hot, they're tasty. Overall, I recommend the restaurant. This is the best Wendy's I've seen in my area. Extremely clean interior/exterior. The food always tastes fresh. Wait times are never long. The employees look proper and act professionally. Having been to this particular Wendy's many times before, this is not the first time they have messed up an order. After purchasing our food from the drive through we noticed that we barely received any change, and no receipt was in the bag. Upon noticing this my friend and I parked the car and Walked inside to ask to see our receipt. We were both greeted and treated very rudely by almost all staff working at the time, who were reluctant to show us the receipt of our order after very rudely telling us over and over that we were wrong and that they had by no means given us less change than we were due.
