I ordered the biggie meal which consisted of a double stack, fries, nuggets and I treated myself with the strawberry frosty. EPIC fail: I was not impressed and low key disappointed. This has to be the new adult happy meal. Food was lukewarm, and the sizing is ridiculous. Quantity is a joke. Why have a value menu if you're gonna laugh in our faces with the portions you make as a deal. Value means the amount of money that can be received for something. This value menu option is trash and a waste of monies in my opinion. I'm very disappointed in the greediness of this franchise. Terrible customer service. I ordered a cheeseburger. The lady was asking what kind. I could not understand her. She aggressively repeated the entire menu. I was overwhelmed and paused before I answered with an attitude. Then another lady proceeded to yell through the microphone something that I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. The static was worse due to her yelling. I told them I would come back when they calmed down. My grandson and I were excited to get the $1 Frosty. I went inside, ordered, then asked for the manager. Two women explained I didn't say what kind of cheeseburger. They repeatedly told me without telling them what kind, they couldn't fill my order. 1. Cheeseburger does NOT sound like Baconator (so why did she suggest that? And, 2. There is a cheeseburger on the kid's menu. I don't understand why they were so confused and rude. She could've asked me if I wanted a cheeseburger from the kid's menu because that's what I wanted. I don't work there and rarely eat Wendy's. Service terrible. I went in for a regular order with my son and not one person came to the counter to help me until I waited 10 min and I still had to say something! It was 1 person waiting on food and there was 4 workers conversing and the person who finally took my order was on their phone! The burger was cold and made wrong. The fries were hot but were fried in very old grease which were absolutely disgusting. The employee has no active listening skills nor cares about what a true Wendy's burger/fries should be. Have pride in your work wherever you are. Friday February 28th I got food poisoning from this location, I ordered spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and a double stack burger, I don't know which item was the culprit but someone needs to check their products and ensure everything is being handled properly. Solid...solid as a rock! Lol. I had a craving for the Homestyle Chicken Sandwich and this Wendy's met that head on. Sandwich was hot and fresh, good mayo to meat ratio. Hot and salted fries tasted great. No complaints from this visit. I was a bit concerned that the staff didn't have on any mask (given we are in the midst of Covid right now), however, the folks handing me my food had on gloves. First time I went to this Wendy's on Hwy #67 it was about 1:30 PM I had to wait about 9 minutes to order, placed order and waited 5 minutes for my order. My burger was cold and the chilly was under cooked so no I will not be returning to this restaurant. One in Bridgeton was much better. read more

Absolutely not. This establishment need to be closed down. My food is wrong almost every time i go. The waits are ridiculous just so they can get your food wrong. My son and I stopped to pick up a quick late lunch but nothing about this place was quick. The line was around the building so I just ran inside and WOW!! She took my order and warned me that it would be a minute. My soda cup was cracked and it would of been a mess but the dr. Pepper was out . This place is an absolute s@%t show !!! I will say that the girl who took my order was taking it all very well and doing a great job for how chaotic it was ! Slow everytime I go there. I am a delivery driver for doordash and they take forever 24/7 no matter the time of day.

Went here after the Spice Challenge to get a frosty to cool down the heat and it was decent. I have been here before during the day and it is not a pleasant sight. Usually the tables look pretty bad and it is not the cleanest but with no one in the place it is easy to keep it clean. I thought it was funny that The girls (@Stephanie S. @Christine F.) liked to dip their fries in their frosty. I for one have never heard of this. I did give it a try and it was good but I wouldn't crave it or do it regularly. Good way to calm the burn of just a few bites of Level 25. read more

Since I've left work in this area I've been severely missing this location. This was by far the most consistent Wendy's in terms of service and food quality. Every single location has trouble dealing with that "everything" selection as if it's the most alien thing ever. I've frequently gotten my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or Baconator with everything here and never had any issue. I mean seriously, some minor training anywhere else would be nice. Also, this is one of those rare places where BOTH cash registers are actually running! Insanity! read more

I have seen unprofessional people but this place takes the cake. The person I am assuming was the manager was awful! She was yelling and loud talking her employees. While it is understood that sometimes we have slackers, but there is a professional way to deal with these types of situations. Every time the manager yelled, all the customers who were trying to enjoy their meal turned around to see what all the commotion was about. It was clear that her goal was to embarrass her rather than teach her. I love Wendy's and I thank God I don't live in the area and therefore will never have to encounter this place again. I love Wendys. Or so I thought until I frequented this establishment. The workers are not customer friendly. First, the person who takes your order speaks to you as if she can careless what you order as long as you order something. Then when you get to the window to receive your food they are practically flying your food out the window. I drove up several times and several times I saw my food dangling out the window. Lucky, I wasn't a crazy driver, I might have taken an arm off. Plus, I always order my daughter a kid's meal even though it's cost effective for me to buy a meal for myself and share it with her; nonetheless, I do it for the toy but on all accounts we never get the toy. I started to wonder did they run out? Then they should have told me when I ordered my food, right? I don't have time to ask them to put a toy in a kid's meal when it's implied, don't you think? From start to finish this location is severely lacking in Customer Service and I get the idea management does not care how crappy the customers experience is. When I pulled to the window my drink was in the cashier's chubby little paw, outside the window a bit. The food was out the window before I had even gotten the drink in a holder. My order was wrong, wanted plain chicken sandwich and fries I received a fully loaded, minus lettuce chicken with a potato. My receipt had the order I placed, so it wasn't a misread but rather an "I don't care" attitude with a side of "How dare you complain. They took the order and produced the correct one, but that took 11 minutes, cashier said because I ordered fries. I guess those natural cut fries were also fresh cut. Though I didn't bring it in, the drink was wrong. Ordered Coke, got a diet. I told manager I was just letting her know that my entire order was incorrect. I was told if I felt the need to mentioned it that I should have brought it in. I may be able to see the point, but I can suffer through a diet cola as that was not the major problem. From management down, positive customer service is a major issue at this location. Because this visit was not waving red flags, they were poking the customers in the face with those sticks the red flags go on. For fast food, this place has exceptional customer service. Usually when you go to "not so good" neighborhoods, the customer service is poor. But the ladies working here are hard working women. I think Wendy's is underrated. The Pub Chicken sandwich is ONE of the best chicken sandwiches I have had. If you're on the go and in the area, stop here at this Wendy's. P.s. We had the worst experience at this Wendy's. The story: The employees were playing and cursing in the background while we ordered at the drive-thru. When we got up to the window, the young lady, Crystal, kept apologizing for the noise we still heard each time she opened the window. We got our order and went home. Not only was the food ice cold, it was the wrong order. My husband insisted on going back. There was a car in front of us at the drive-thru, but when they paid and got their order, they sat there and talked to Crystal and a young lady who came from the back...a cook? I flashed my lights and they still sat there while the young ladies hung out the drive-thru window and talked about going to "Elmo's lounge" and her birthday. I then honked my horn, they kept on. I honked my horn again and they still didn't stop. At this point my husband was furious, so he got out of the car; the car took off then. He went to the window and told them in essence how disrespectful they were. I pulled up and told them I wanted my money back and would be contacting management. Crystal called the manager to the window. I told her of the whole experience and she apologized. She closed the window and we could hear her tell them that she heard them playing herself. When I contacted Corporate about this awful event, I was told I would get a call back from them. It never happened; therefore, this Yelp review is my outlet.
