Updating my review as it's warranted! After a long day of travel, I had 1 thing on my mind a juicy burger and 5 Guys did not disappoint! Whole process took about 15 min and I have no issues with that, why, because your burger is cooked when you order it and your fries are dropped same time. I ordered a Cheeseburger, 2 patties, with mustard, pickle, onion, extra lettuce, little fry and regular drink. I opted to tip the staff, so whole thing was right under $21. I don't mind the cost here because my food was Fantabulous! Staff were working so efficiently together, it was a great sight to see. My food was amazing and IG Pic worthy. That first bite of the burger and I knew I'd made the right choice.

Burnt fries. Tasteless and awful. The paper had more moisture.

Terrible burger Soggy Missing toppings I paid for Meat had no seasoning Burger was wrapped in heavy duty foil Bun stuck to the foil. Large fries were burnt. Darker than the potato skins No salt , terrible taste, like chewing on erasers Don't go here

Little burger with half of the little Cajun fries! It was delicious.

Been to five guys many times. Second time at this location. Place was clean. We received the food quickly. The freestyle Coke machines are awesome. I had the Orange ginger ale and the cherry ginger ale. The cherry ginger ale was delicious. Highly recommend! What's cool is there are endless combos of flavors! Got the little burger with lettuce, pickle, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup. It was good. The bread was very soft. Got the little Cajun fries. They filled it up, as usual, much appreciated. Great lunch spot. Fast. Plenty of parking. And delicious burgers and fries!

Very neat place, service is pretty good and the store is well kept. Burgers are amazing! I like that you can have it all the way without additional cost. But also the burger price here is slightly more expensive than your ordinary fast food place. Also they don't have meals here so you would have to buy your fries and drinks separately. I suggest when getting fries is to get a small because they really fill your fries up and plus extra! This is probably why people love five guys! Did you know that it's called five guys because the owner he have 4 boys! Hense 5 guys.

This is one of those clog your arteries places that is a guilty pleasure but you can only go once a season, then run 10 miles and bike 20 just to burn the ridiculous amount of calories back off. I love the guy that joined yelp just to bad mouth the overly priced gross food. I am not sure if he was in the wrong store or what but when you want grease this is the right place. I think we have eaten here once and I liked it but when you think back on what you just ate and think wow should I have done that, Its not good. I liked everything about my food and the way you can customize the burger but it is definitely not health food. I also laughed when the guy at the counter who was a bigger person told me that I needed to order a large fry if two people were sharing them. WE had fries left over from the regular that we got so yeah. So all in all I would say that I really like this place but wont be going back without fasting all day first.

It's tough to eat at Five Guys if you're dining alone. Burger: 4/5 (Little Cheeseburger is normal sized) ~$5 Fries: 3/5 (smallest size is wayyyyyy more than a single person can eat) ~$2 Drink: 2/5 (pricey) ~$2 Customer Service: 5/5 (Everyone was really nice) Noise: 3/5 (most 5 Guys locations are loud, but this one was louder than the others) Location: 2/5 (located on Lindbergh but kinda tough to get out of the parking lot anytime traffic is a little busy and you're headed south)

I have visited this location 3 times before I decided on writing this review. I should start by saying I'm OBSESSED!!!! It's official five guys burgers and fries are going to be apart of my life forever I honestly couldn't see going a week without eating here. I like to order the little bacon cheeseburger which I must say is about the size of a standard burger for my condiments I like mayo lettuce and extra pickles I really enjoy the little chip style pickles that they offer. And formy favorite size of fries I like to get the little fries, it's more than enough for one person, since they dump an extra scoop of fries on top of your bag. So I don't think you can ever go wrong with five guys

    Great burgers here.

Awesome triple mushroom burger and tons of fries. Florissants new burger champ. Wow was it good. I read the other review posted on here and was stunned. You can always find things to like or dislike about a restaurant but when someone writes that EVERYTHING is bad it makes me suspicious. This place serves burgers, fries, and soda as their basic food group. My burger was awesome, one of the best I have ever had, my fries were good but the fact that they gave me so many of them they were overflowing into my burger bag got them a bonus. They had a good selection of soda which I stayed, ate, and enjoyed a few refills. Worth every penny. If I wanna eat cheap burgers there is a great White Castle about 3 blocks from here but when I am man sized hungry for a burger I have a new place I will be thinking of. This is my second Five Guys and a Burger and I have to say the experience at both was fun and delicious.

My favorite place to get burgers! So much better than any other take out, and they always fill the bag with fries!

So my husband got the hot dog and gave me a bite. Ive never had a Chicago dog. But after my one bite I started to feel regret about my hamburger. I wanted to fight my husband for his yummy dog. And I had buyers remorse until I bit into my hamburger. People this place is devine this burger is placed safely on the best bread. Ok i didn't do my homework I cant tell you what kind of bread they use on the hotdogs or hamburgers but its uniquely yummy. Just a devine experience. The fries they shake Larry's on the hot fries. The cheese melted on the fries is the best choice in my opinion the nacho cheese is ok it has a after taste. Now the cherry coke was amazing they dont make fountain drinks like this no more. Look by the power invested in me by yelp I humbly announce them to be a powerhouse of flavor and a must try. Take the family or a date. Grandfather will love this place. Looks like they have been around for a long time and the k terror is covered with signed headshots of old tv personalities. The hot dogs all looked good, so I tried the Big Herm dog, which is a footling version of the Chicago dog. It comes in 2 regular buns and was cut in half, so basically 2 of the regular. It was tasty, hot and covered in all of the right Chicago dog toppings! Wonderful, and clearly what this place is known for! The fries and drink were not as good. Lemonade tasted like a mix and was super sweet and the fries were super salty. If it wasn't for ketchup, I'm not sure I could have eaten them. Almost everyone I saw in there got cheese sauce on theirs, and I wonder now if it was to cover the salt taste. Fun place to try, and clearly a part of local history.

She went with the rib tips, and I ordered the turkey ribs. The wait was around 30 minutes, but honestly, it was well worth it -- my turkey ribs were tender, flavorful, and hit the spot. My mom's rib tips were a bit too tough and tough to chew, but the staff handled it well. Instead of a refund, they offered to replace it with a burger and a Polish, which came out to the same price -- fair trade in my book. The restaurant was well lit, clean, and had plenty of parking, which makes a big difference when it's busy. Overall, I'd definitely come back or recommend this spot if you're in the mood for some solid BBQ. The food was so good I forgot to even take a picture before digging in!

I opted for "the luch combo" with ribs tips and two sides (potato salad and green bean). Service: Was ok, nothing really spectacular. Received "matter of fact attitude" while placing order. We opted to dine in. A great touch- The cashier checked in and asked if we were ok after approximately 30 mins into dining. That was nice, didn't really expected it. Food: Green beans were room temp however flavorful, with pieces of turkey and a lil kick! Would have been much better served hot! Potato salad- good, made with sweet relish and on the sweeter side. I tend to prefer tangy instead, however it was a nice change to have. Ribtips- OK, some portions hard to chew, other tender. Definitely required some flossing lol lol. Ambiance- Music playing in the background, slightly on the louder side, which will make it a little difficult to converse. Cost- A little pricey if just buying meat. I was not informed that if I pay with debit card, prices are higher. I realized it after I had already rung up and received my receipt and I questioned it. More transparency would be nice. Recommendation: Try them out if you are in the area!

I love how you don't have to mention that you would like your chicken fried extra crispy, it is just served that way. A little quaint diner looking restaurant, no frills, just simple and straight to the point. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which is great for first timers because you don't know how to navigate what's going on. So we were informed to order at the kiosk and we could take a seat at any table. Our food was brought to us by a robot. The downside, yet another place that doesn't want to serve you FREE water and charge for every additional condiment. Whyyyyyy if I'm a paying customer do I need to pay for bottled water. How are you washing dishes, etc..... Also, as an owner of an establishment, anytime a patron walks into your establishment, this is a key moment for you welcome and acknowledge your customers. How rude is it that for us to be the ONLY customers eating inside the entire restaurant your staff is friendlier than you are. I appreciate that Cathy herself was making each dish and she does know what she is doing but the customer service on her part is highly lacking, luckily her employees make-up for the short coming. The catfish and grits is a delicious well crafted dish that is incredible when eaten cold. That speaks volumes to how good the dish is. The New Friday special which comes with 3 whole wings, 6 jumbo shrimp, 1 Catfish Fillet and coleslaw is another great option to try 3 items in one dish. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the catfish was tender on the inside and fried to perfection on the outside and the shrimp were large and not over cooked. Cathy definitely has her seasoning game on lock. And last but not least we ordered the cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp, added mushrooms. I would opt out of the chicken next time because it was chicken chunks that seemed to be out of the can, so it had a fake texture. The pasta sauce was flavorful and delicious and the entree was plenty for two. The wait was not long for our food which is a plus, some items I feel are over priced.
