Childhood memories....... Man, once we learned how to drive....man......this is the midnight snack which eats all other midnight snacks for midnight snacks.... Yes. This is a Wendy's. Yes. It is a fast-food restaurant. Yes. It is probably not the healthiest thing in the world, but man, out of all the fast food joints, Wendy's has the best dollar menu. We can get a very satisfying meal here for nine bucks! Plus the restroom is clean and its open late. The workers here can get a little testy, especially during the night time when they are very tired, but the overall service is exceptional. The tables are cleaned diligently and the food is very fresh. We highly recommend this Wendy's as a pit stop on your way to the movies! Great price, Great Food. Wendy's...sigh...so good. read more

Gosh!!! I came here and the girl at the register was so rude and ignorant! She over charged me on my order and when i question her about it she says "i don't know" ?? What do you mean "you don't know" , she calls over a manager and shows her cashier what she did wrong. Then she doesn't even apologies to me after the fact. Called to let them know they aren't available on door dash since I usually order via the app. Apparently the person who picked up the phone just kept saying yeah we are on door dash and yeah we have the sign up. I clearly let him know your not available and it says it. Either they turned it off or there's a problem on door dash side. This has become the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to since Covid 19. I understand the pandemic and all but the manager in this place is the most incompetent, unqualified person to run a fast food place ever. I don't normally write up reviews for fast food joints because they are almost never good for the price you pay (ironically wendy's tends to be pretty good for the price you pay...). However, the following event that played out has been so horrendous that I feel the need to write a review and also report this place to corporate. Last Wednesday (9/21/16), due to some emergency, I went without food for more than 12 hrs while carrying out some manual labor. It was around 1 AM and I was very tired and also pretty famished so I decided to drive here out of my way instead of getting mcdonalds on the way home because I wanted some nice chili and fries to comfort my stomach before passing out... But things were just not meant to be. I got to this Wendy's around 1:15 AM ish. I knew they were closing at 2 AM so I was hoping that I could squeeze in an order before they started closing up. I went in and... nothing... Failed to see a single soul initially. Were they already closed but didn't lock up yet? Maybe the Wendy's website was wrong about the 2 AM? And then I notice there's someone in the kitchen area just packing stuff up. So I just waited... for like a solid minute. I noticed other people were cleaning up and such in the back as well. Nothing... Waited... nothing. So I called to them. "Excuse me, are you guys still open?" "..." "Hey, is it too late to order?" "..." "Er... hello???" "..." "If you guys are closing that's fine but could you let me know??" "..." "HELLO???" *waves arm in the air* "..." There were like 4 workers there (including the manager, I believe) and NONE OF THEM RESPONDED. EVER. THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP. They did not give a single hint that they acknowledged my existence. It was so surreal... I left feeling like I didn't even exist. Did I die earlier in the day? Am I a ghost? Is this a dream? I kid you not, I legit went back to my car and checked the mirror to see if I would show in the reflection. I ended up going to the McDonald's across from this place where they reaffirmed my existence in this world... The McDonald's was like a michelin star restaurant compared this Wendy's. It sounds hilarious right now but you have no idea how much it pissed me off. Look, I get it. It's really late, you probably didn't have customers for the last hour or so and you just want to get home. OKAY. I GET IT. I have friends who worked in the food industry and it absolutely sucks to have someone order after you've cleaned the grill. If that's the case, literally just look at me and say, "hey man I'm sorry but we just cleaned the grill and we're going to be closing soon." Yeah, I won't be happy about it but I will understand. I even asked you if you guys were already closing up. What kind of messed up bunch of people don't acknowledge the existence of another person like that? I've never felt so pissed off, confused, and humiliated like that before. I mean, I've been mugged and thrown racial slurs against with more dignity... and a LOT less confusion. Social distancing is not followed. Manager taking orders tells people with mobile orders to stand next to each other near the front of the line or else he'll "forget the order". A better mobile order pick up system should be devised. read more

Food is good but the way how they make the burger is just way to slow, literally they have so many people in the back having no clue what to do, people at the line is just getting pissed and went to Popeyes, if u plan to wait for ur food just be ready to wait at least 10+ plus min at a line and then u have to wait for ur food to make which takes forever to read more

I normally like Wendy's a lot but not at this branch. Service is often pretty slow and it's frequently packed with people coming or going from the nearby movie theater. Weekday afternoons are also troublesome because of kids getting out of school raiding the place. Probably why they don't really even put utensils or a drink dispenser outside for people to use. The parking lot in the strip mall is also terrible since seagulls frequently congregate in the area and crap all over your car while you're chowing down. Food is still decent but the atmosphere is just crap...find somewhere else to go in northern Queens unless you're coming from the movies and don't feel like trekking back to downtown Flushing. read more

This is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. This restaurant, from what I have seen, is very disrespectful toward delivery workers and customers -- their mission statement of whom they're trying to serve. I was a delivery worker who saw how customers were being treated like dirt and told to wait for no reason. When I asked a lady crew member to place an order at approximately 10:37 PM on Friday, July 24th, 2020 by the transaction ordering counter, instead of taking my order, she gave me an attitude and became aggressive towards me by raising her voice at me for no reason. This woman acted so dumb and rude, her name starts with the letter, "P" and ending with the letter "S." She pretended not to hear me and tries to make herself feel better by ignoring my requests for orders, questions, and even when asking for her full name (I was eventually able to identify her first name only because of her name-tag). She got my orders wrong after I requested for three crispy chicken sandwiches, and she only gave me two. When I spoke up and corrected her mistake, instead of taking my feedback like a professional, she proceeded to ignore me and pretend I wasn't there. When I demanded to place another order the second time because of her incompetency and rude behavior, she snapped and gets a temper tantrum as if she was on PMS and grabbed her manager to take my order for me, I asked the manager if everything was okay with this woman. He too, ignored my feedback as I was addressing concerns about this woman and he pretended not to hear what I said and proceeded to take my order as if nothing happened while I continued confronting him about this mistreatment concern. My message to all delivery workers and customers is this: Whether you're a delivery worker or customer here, you will not be respected and heard when coming to this restaurant because they do not care about you based on what I have seen from this place. If an inspector came into this restaurant, they would of all been fired. The manager condones bullying in the workplace whether you are an employee or a customer/delivery worker since the manager doesn't even take my feedback seriously. This place needs to be investigated for general misconduct/mistreatment towards customers and delivery workers who are trying to help deliver food to their customers without having to deal with Wendy's crew member's BS and gas-lighting. There is no place for them there. Come here if you like to be bashed like a monkey. read more

This is a NASTY RESTAURANT!!! I took my 5 year old daughter here yesterday and ordered a children's hamburger meal menu for her. So we sat and ate. Later on during the midnight hours, my daughter woke me up to tell me that she wasn't feeling well and immediately threw up on the floor. I then started thinking that it must have been that hamburger from Wendy's that we ate earlier. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she was hesitant (at first) to give me any information. The first time that I ate at this Wendy's location - the food was horrible - the manager was shouting at some old lady who had tripped on a loose mat. A year later i happened to go in there again. Waited 15min in the line as there was only one cashier. The cashier didn't have the 60c change to give my husband...so just didn't give him any change at all. When we received the food my husband and i started nibbling on the fries and 1/4 way in realized that it had a very sour taste..tasted like the oil had not been changed in the last month. We then proceeded to open our burgers which was cold and looked like it had just been slapped together and fumbled close with a piece of paper. We immediately went back to the store where the staff and manager gave my husband a hard time about refunding him. They very hastily, refunded him for the items that was not opened and still charged us for the fries, even though we had only eaten 1/4 of it. The food they served me - totally - put me off from eating lunch or dinner that day. I definitely will not put my foot in this Wendy's location EVER AGAIN!!! read more

I'm really upset with this place,on a nice saturday evening i took my kids to wendys at 133-50 Whitestone Expressway Flushing ,N.Y 03/03/2012 5:35pm I bought a hamburger kids meal and after leaving that place a few hours later my toddler got so sick.The next day i call to speak to the store manager,at first she didn't want to give her name.I immediately demanded to get the phone number for the Corporate office did you know she didnt have the number on hand,she said and i qoute, she will have to hang up and call me back.this important number should b on hand in emergency cases like this.I call the survey phone number on the back of my receipt and explain my experience.(WOW) ms. manager of the day called me back and "FINALLY" give me her name,she was very nice when she realize i was not going away.
