Food was good for airport food but really impressed by the service. The waiter was attentive, helpful, and made sure the meals were correct. If I'm in LGA again I would come back.

I stopped as Essex Burger while waiting for a delayed flight. The seating was clean and welcoming.. The Menu and ordering system is all based on scanning a QR and choosing from your phone! The portions were great and my fish was fresh, crispy and good for $22. The draft beer choices were minimal ( draft beer is the ONLY choice for Fish and Chips IMHO) sadly the chips were old and not crispy... I'll stop again when flying- but next time ask for fresh fries...

Service was great. Food was dynamite. Haddock fish and chips, tartar sauce, all the way around. Dynamite. Essex burger... Epic. Especially for an airport restaurant at $19.

Essex burger doesn't disappoint. Hungry? Do the combo, comes with tater tots. If you have time, eat at the diner. Very cute diner in Terminal C at LGA. Service was excellent. Very affordable. I typically spend $40 at other restaurants for a meal while traveling. This was less than $20. I was pleasantly surprised. 5 stars for price and quality.

These wings were really good from the quality of the ingredients to the way it was cooked. The wings were tender and juicy on the inside while having that nice crisp exterior. The pairing of their seasonings, honey, and pickle were a nice touch as well. Service from both asian wait staff was prompt and good as well. A nice place to have some wings and enjoy the game while waiting for my delayed flight.

Came here to order a burger and fries at the register. Then found a seat. Was sitting for a few minutes when a waitress came up and told us we must buy something. Told her we bought food. She said if you buy at register that's TO GO only. WTH? I spend money here, I'm going to sit down. Smh. The lady was adamant that we buy something. She was pushy and rude. I've never heard of a place where you can't sit at tables without buying at the table. Super odd and inconvenient. My chicken sandwich was good. Buns were a bit dry but all else was good. Fries were good. My food was waiting up front but no one called my name. So my food was sitting for a minute before I got my food.

BBQ burger and fries, quite good.

Stopped by for a burger to go while waiting for my flight. Ordering on the kiosk was easy and my food was ready in about 10-15 minutes. Pretty reasonable prices for airport food at $20 for a double burger and fries. The burger was quite good and the fries were so hot I couldn't hold them. All around great experience.

Very good fish and chips at Terminal C at LaGuardia Airport in New York. It's good to get some Decent (but expensive) food while traveling

Today w here to eat out of convenience because we were right next to it at gate 76 and because my daughter saw and smelled wings and she was in the mood. We shared wings, a cheese burger, hot dog and fries. We shared because she also wanted fries and it didn't come with wings. There's no actual server to take our order, so whatever is on the QR menu is what you get and there was no option to add on fries by itself. The wings were a little sweet with a little kick and it came with a few spicy pickle slices that I enjoyed. The cheeseburger was only one option.. double patty, there was no option to purchase a single patty. It too was a little sweet but not overbearing, everything was delicious. Even my blood orange margarita. The only problem was the service. The lady who brought out food had bad body language. She looked miserable to help us, she wanted to run back to gossip with the bartender instead. She served us warm water with no ice and didn't look happy when we asked for more ketchup. It sucks we tipped good prior to receiving the service, because we tipped generously and it was not deserved. If I'm ever by this gate again, I'll take my stuff to go instead or just try out another spot that might have better service.

Food was delish! I came w/ my sister & her 2 daughters. We all share to taste different food. I ordered the BBQ burger (double meat patty, bbq sauce, sharp cheddar, crispy onions, pickles) minus the crispy onions. My younger niece ordered Essex wings(organic wings,Aleppo pepper,Tabasco, hot honey)sauce on the side.My sister also ordered Essex wings w/ the sauce. 2 of her wings hardly had meat. She didn't want me to say anything to the waitress but I wanted to so bad.My older niece ordered "My Way" hot dogs(all beef hot dogs w/ whatever toppings you want). Both burger & hot dogs came w/ French fries. You have to order & pay w/ a QR code. Wings were crispy & flavorful. Burger was juicy & tasty. Buns were soft & tasted fresh. Hot dogs were large & mouthwatering. Fries were good but was a really small portion. Service was terrible & it was a hassle just to get a refill on our drinks. Waitress gave me warm water which was unacceptable. I asked for a cup of ice & she looked @ me like I had a 3rd eye. I looked @ receipt & realized a 18% tip was automatically inputted. That's why the waitress didn't care. She didn't have to work for her tip. I always tip generously but she didn't deserve it. Place was busy! It's in Laguardia airport. It was an open area. Ambiance was kind of chaotic. I would have gave a 4 star b/c of the food but the service made me take away a star.

Carlos you make the best drinks. Thank you. You are awesome. The burgers are amazing. The hostess and servers are super nice ! It's a nice place to be great ambiance to hang when waiting for flight.

Really good for airport dining! With the renovations to LaGuardia Airport, these eateries are at their best. Chuko Ramen and Essex Burger now share expanded seating. This was great as we could order from either and still eat together. The menu is scannable on the table. You order online and then a waiter quickly delivers your food. We ordered soy ramen with roasted pork and soy marinated egg and a spicy tuna roll for $39.27 including tip and an essex burger (double patty with fries) for $24.08 including tip. Under normal circumstances, this is totally overpriced but it is solid airport food with no wait. Would eat here again.

    Crispy honey wings
    Denise B.

Yeah, it's airport food. But this one tops my list of while-you-wait eateries. I ate a couple before I snapped the pic, but these crispy, honey wings were yummy with a squeeze of freshly cut lemon over top and dipped in ranch dressing. Compliments to the chef!

By the time I remembered to take a picture, the damage had already been done. I've been to Golden K Burgers a few times now, and it has quietly become one of my favorite burger spots. It's a Korean-American burger joint with a cozy diner feel inside. Nothing overly flashy, just great vibes, a comfortable atmosphere, and a staff that always greets you with a warm smile that makes you feel welcome. Over the times I've been here, I've tried the Farmhouse Burger, Big Kahuna Burger, BBQ Chip Burger, and the A1 Burger. Honestly, they've all been excellent. But somehow... I keep coming back to the A1 Burger. Now I know what some of you are thinking. "A1 sauce? Really? There are so many better burger sauces than A1!" I actually agree! A1 has never been my first choice for burgers. But my goodness... whatever magic they're working here just works! The two juicy beef patties, perfectly marinated mushrooms and onions, melted Swiss cheese, tangy A1 sauce, and soft buttery brioche bun come together like a perfectly conducted symphony. Every ingredient has its role, and none of them overpower the others. The mushrooms bring an earthy richness, the onions add sweetness, the Swiss cheese gives it that creamy nuttiness, and then the A1 sauce swoops in with just enough boldness to wake up your palate without stealing the show. Funny enough, every topping on this burger (except the A1 sauce) is exactly what I'd normally choose for any burgers anyway, yet the A1 somehow becomes the finishing touch that ties everything together! Another thing I really appreciated was how well the burger was constructed. It held together beautifully from the first bite to the last without collapsing into a soggy mess. That's an underrated quality that deserves recognition. The fries were also fantastic because they weren't buried under a mountain of salt like so many places do. I actually found myself wondering if they'd fry them a second time upon request because I love my fries extra crispy. I guess I'll have to ask next time! I've also had their 12-piece Buffalo Wings before. I wouldn't say they're the best wings I've ever had, but they're definitely very good. They came out crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, coated evenly with buffalo sauce that had just the right balance of buttery richness, tanginess, and heat. They were satisfying without being overly greasy. From the outside, Golden K Burgers probably doesn't scream, "This is one of NYC's best burger joints!" But trust me when I say this: you'll find yourself craving it again very soon. And to me, that's the highest compliment I can give any restaurant. There are plenty of places that impress you once. The truly great ones are the ones that make you want to come back! Give Golden K Burgers a try! Highly recommended!

I didn't recall ordering a double but that's what I got. lol This burger was really delicious but I could barely eat half of it. I would definitely order this burger again but maybe just a single burger next time. The sweet potato fries were such a treat! Such a delicious and satisfying meal!! They also have quite a few unique beverage options; non-alcoholic and alcoholic!! This is definitely not just a Coke and Pepsi kinda place! I tried their Velvet Llama Espresso Martini in a can, and it was really fantastic! Looking forward to a return visit to have some of their delicious wings, onion rings, many appetizers, sea burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, breakfast sandwiches....omg the list goes on and on! Their backyard dining area is great for the warmer weather. Great music. Great service & hospitality. Great vibes all around!! Btw, I must mention their pricing. At first glance, you'd think their $20 burgers is wayyyyy too expensive. BUT, when you see the massive burger you're getting, you realize that it's a Quality burger, made with Quality ingredients... and well worth the price! Splurge and treat yourself! You're worth it! ;-)

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy, always a good sign. I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.
