I came here on Saturday and it was amazing. First my friend loves this place and she always talks about this place so we went to try it. Yes it is worth the trip from Harlem to Queens. I ordered the double cheeseburger with regular french fries and the coquito milkshake. First it was three of us and the employee so kind, she took out an extra table so the three of us could all sit together. I love when people do things without being asked and that's exactly what happened she took out a table and chair so the three of us could sit together. Next my burger was delicious; it was juicy and fresh. I loved the burger the right amount of sauce and meat and toppings. I also ordered the fries which I liked but they were a bit greasy. I also ordered the special sauce. My friends and I shared the coquito milkshake. The coquito milkshake was good; it was nice and thick and had little pieces of coconut cream in it. Went today, it's a little shop right by LGA airport, it has a few basic menu items with just the smash burger and chicken sandwich as an option. It's a quick spot to grab a lunch to go, not really a place to hangout. The food: Double Burger Queen- This was just OK, to be honest, if you told me I was just eating bread with cheese and sauce I would believe it. Even though I saw the meat, I couldn't really say it had much of a taste. Also, the texture of the beef was kinda weird, it's odd for me to say but each bite was really easy to bite through, like there wasn't much holding it together and that kinda bugged me. Clarifying that I only write reviews on places I love. I will not write a bad review on a restaurant that may be having an off night and hence harm the business. So just returned from a late lunch with my wife. We were in a hotel next to LGA waiting for an early morning flight and did a Yelp search for walkable restaurants. Up pops Burger Queens with strong reviews. I had the Burger Queens double and my wife did a double smash wither her toppings. We both loved our burgers and the fries as well. Burger patties were perfectly seasoned and special sauce perfectly complimented the beef and fresh bun. The beef edges were crisp and delicious. So good and quickly served while very fresh. Kudos to the sweet young lady who patiently took our order and made recommendations as these rookies worked through the menu. Thought the burgers are not very appealing to the eye nor are the buns, I was definitely impressed by the flavor. The fries say regular but are shoe string fries. Still yummy but not what I expected. The vanilla shake was perfect consistency and not overly sweet. Price: priced okay. For $14 and the size of burgers they should come with the fries (not charged as a separate side). Got there between 8:45 and 8:50 intending to eat there. I ordered, paid, then sat and waited for my food. Meanwhile, the woman behind the counter put the stools upside down and started cleaning up. Uh oh. She handed me my food in a to-go bag. I asked if I could eat there. She said, no, we're closed. What the heck? Online it says they are open until 10 pm. I am on foot and had to either carry the food back to the hotel until it was soggy, or find bench or a bus stop nearby to eat at. If food is to-go only, they should say so before you order. I haven't seen a tall can of Coke in a long while. Located near LaGuardia Airport, this is a good choice when in the area. Service is good and I like the subway tiles decorating the walls. The place is small and so is the menu, but it's better to do a few things well, than do a bunch of things poorly. The service was great & the place was very clean, the ladies that worked there were very helpful in assisting us on our orders even making suggestions because we were bickering back & for a bit Lmaoo Portion sizes are regular good for 1 person, now onto the food the burger, fries & milkshake were amazing plus they had vegan options as you can see from the photo I tore that shit apart! Lol At the end of the day before I left I found out that one of them ladies were the owner while letting one girl know that we really liked the food, so we stopped & chatted with them for a bit. Currently, a Long Island resident while traveling back to Queens to see family we stumbled upon a new burger spot that we've never seen before Burger Queens! We met Lindsey at the register she was super friendly and inviting. she told us it was their soft opening. She was helpful with our food options, they have a small but flavorful menu! The place is clean, and well organized for the compact space they have. My husband had the "Queens chick" a chicken sandwich (dark meat) it was out of this world. It was super flavorful, and juicy & comes with pickled cabbage and a honey sauce! My son and I had a "Queens burger single " with American cheese. That came with grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce which I loved. We also got a side of fries each. One order of the truffle fries and one order of the salt & vinegar. They were super crispy and delicious the flavors were hitting, highly recommended them. We also had to try the cookies and cream milkshake that was phenomenal not too creamy, not too thick it was a perfect consistency!
