This Wendy's has been going downhill for a while now. Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. They all seem like it's an issue too. I hope the customers. Heard one lady say if you don't like it take your ass somewhere else. It takes over 10 minutes to get your order and then half the time they get it wrong. I went in tonight and got my burgers and was told that they are out of lettuce. The owner needs to do something step up and make it a better restaurant. i JUST went through the drive thru and i said "how many nuggets come in a nugget meal?" they said four, six, ten. so i said, okay let me get 6 nuggets. Also the tables were dirty with people leaving their trash there and not tossing it but staff ignored as well as somebody was upset that they didn't offer him a water cup, didn't order anything so I guess that was fair. read more

I drove through to order dinner. I got my order pretty fast. The food was hot and neatly wrapped and packaged. My chili and burger tasted good, no complaints. The chili is my favorite Wendy's menu item. Not a lot of fast food has chili on their menu.they do it right. The drive thru cashier was great. They only have one drive window. This review is specifically for whatever girl answered the phone at 5:55pm on January 21st. I ordered Wendy's through door dash & when my order got here it was missing the 10 nuggets from the 10 piece nugget meal & also the cinnamon pull apart. Both of which I can see were correctly ordered through door dash. They are also both listed on the receipt attached to the bag but both items didn't show up. I placed another door dash order for the 2 missing items & called the store to ask if they could please make sure both items come this time. The lady was hella rude on the phone. I explained nicely I was missing 2 items & in a rude ass tone she says "what happened?!" Like girl you tell me tf??? (Ok I'm not really upset this is mostly satire but fr wtf do you mean what happened?? This place consistently gets orders wrong, doesn't give you the sauces for nuggets, etc. Like, that is your MAIN job, getting the orders correct. As well, their mobile app has often provided an error code saying their system is down at that location. Which means you cannot apply discounts or use free rewards you've earned. Which seems like a scam to me. If one flavor of frosty is out they won't tell you, they'll just give you the other flavor and hope you don't notice. Honestly Wendy's is Wendy's. It's usually always good. The only issue I have with this location is every single time i have come here when I leave the drive thru something is missing in my bag. Went through the drive thru tonight and when I got to the window the "manager" had a terrible attitude and when asked what was the issue completely cussed me out because I had to turn on my card. There was no one else in the drive thru at all and she literally started cussing me out! I was completely shocked by her lack of professionalism considering she is paid 20$ an hour now. I never go eat it fast foods but it was late at night and Wendy's was open. I ordered a salad for $7.99. I went home and I ate part of it went to bed, the next day for dinner I was going to eat the rest of the salad with my meal took a bite, I thought it was the Rosemary I put on the pork chops, I looked pulled out of my mouth a huge grasshopper like bug!!! I was so grossed out I went straight to Wendy's after throwing out my food. I threw out everything the salad the rest of the meal everything. I showed them the picture and got my money back. HORRIBLE. I can't believe the way this place is managed. The lady running this joint has NO business being in management. My son worked here to learn and to gain work experience but had no idea what the GM was saying half the time, he said it was awful. All she ever says was "Eye eye eye". Terrible communication, barley any English. The text thread he has with her is unbelievable and comical! He dreaded going to work. EVERY single time we went through and she took our order it was wrong, but he got In trouble for giving too many sauces. The manager was belittling the staff in front of everyone. She was over whelmed and not nice at all. The staff seemed shook over it all. It was kids day for us...so they get to choose. They chose Wendy's. They were very friendly, albeit a little busy. They almost got the order right! So, so close. Nothing detrimental though, and easily overlooked. We were through the full drive through much faster than I expected. That's all that really matters to me. As for the kids opinion on the food. I have always used the drive-thru at this location. This evening (around 6:30) actually walked in to place my order! What a mistake! Dining room was filthy. There was a guy (no Wendy's uniform) kicking the food around the floor into a pile (which was about the size of a serving platter). At least he was working! Went to the counter and was ignored for, at least, five minutes. Some hunched-over guy was in the back, digging through the ice machine. No clue what that was about! Finally one of the cooks yelled "Someone will be right with you!" After another few minutes, we just left. This was the dirtiest and most poorly run Wendy's I have ever experienced.
