Came through drive through since the walk in was closed -- we had a pretty large order since it was for 5 people, and they were able to get it all right (and accidentally gave us double of 1 item). They've received 7 health code violations which you can easily guess after walking inside. This place is seriously filthy. I've watched employees tell doordashers to leave because they don't feel like making the order. I've stood at the counter waiting to order for 15+ minutes with one employee after another failing to greet me or take my order or even acknowledge my existence. Drive through is always a good 15-30 minute wait. It's fast food. If I wanted to spend this much time I'd go to a restaurant. I know that with everything going on, you will have to wait in line longer but the guy who was taking orders hurt my brain. First, you couldn't understand what he was saying, not to mention he couldn't understand you. My boyfriend had to tell him over and over what he wanted but I don't think the guy understood him but he ended up getting it. Once we got to the point in getting our food we still didn't understand what he was saying which is not a good thing because you really don't want to drive off with the wrong order but we just got to a point where we were just ready to get away from him. Wendy's is known around the country for being a fast food restaurant. This particular Wendy's should be named a "slow food" restaurant. The line was long for the drive thru, so I decided to go in. I waited 23 mins for a 4for4. The people behind the counter were also rude. I gave the benefit of the doubt cause it was semi busy.
