Order placed on app. When I arrived was informed item not available due to equipment malfunction. Store wasn't able to correct order and would need to contact customer service. Only reached them on second try. Apology and an offer to correct mistake by adding offers to app. Today I attempted to use but since to offers were put into app instead of one, a second trip will be required to be made whole. Have tried this Wendy's on 3 occasions. Recommendation - go anywhere else. Average wait time for drive thru is 22 min after order is placed. This is including when there is no one else in line. Last visit (10/7/24) waited 24 minutes, went inside for a refund, was told I would not get a refund and that I should 'just leave.' Called corporate and was provided no help. read more

On a Monday night with absolutely no one behind us we were trying to place the order in the drive thru. We gave my daughters order but my in-laws are older and took a little longer. We asked for a sec and the gentleman went on to say well I've been waiting with such a rude manner. They should work on hiring patient employees that understand how to treat people. We ended up leaving since clearly customers are not their priority. Bad bad service! read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Wendy's has this HUGE promotion about mercury in retrograde, I had a coupon for the free chicken sandwich which falls on this day and they refused to honor it. They did not even give me my food, only the other item that was ordered. They are liars and do not care. I mean it's fast food, but having 3 kids, this is our go to. No more. My coworker just got back from ordering a chicken sandwich over at Wendy's. Every time she goes over there she asked or a simple thing no tomatoes. And every time she gets back there's one on the sandwich. They need to learn to listen to their customers because when the orders are wrong people tend to go other places. read more

If you like Wendy's then this location will change that for you. Ordered two singles. They were drowning in mayonnaise. So much Mayo the bun was soggy with it. They topped that with undercooked meat. Had no wait when pulling into drive-thru. When I pulled up to pay and get my food, it took quite awhile. They said their machine was down, but then said my card declined (it should not have). I had another card that they said also declined... both cards had available $... they assumed it must have been their machine. Ended up waiting a bit for food, but due to the inconvenience and machine being down, I was given my order for free. Thank you for your kindness and for the food! Only got 3 stars cause the food is good, but it's been months now of drive thru only and they've been short staffed for so long that I honestly don't always have 35-45min to sit in line for a 4for4. I asked for a chicken sandwich add white cheese. Got a chicken sandwich with ketchup, mustard, mayo, onion, pickle, and American cheese. Drove back to Wendy's asked them to fix the sandwich and just add white cheese not American cheese (pepper-Jack, provolone, what-ever just not yellow cheese).
