I hadn't been to Hardee's in awhile, so I thought it would be the perfect time to go. I ended up going during breakfast hours and to make things simpler I placed a mobile order! As soon as I got to the drive thru I was immediately greeted and asked to pull around to the window. I would have to say that was the fastest food service I've ever received. Sometimes even if you place to-go orders you are left waiting, but not here! My food was fresh, hot and delicious. I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. My husband loves their chicken tenders so we stop frequently when we are passing by on highway 75. Yesterday, 7/12/26, we had a great experience here. First, I'll start with the ladies restroom. I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgraded automatic flushers on the toilets. And there was actual hot water in the sink and a good soap dispenser too. I prefer paper towels to hand dryers, and they had that too. The gentleman who waited on us (maybe the manager) was friendly and helpful. My husband wanted a milkshake with his tenders and fries but thought he had to order it all separate, not in a combo. But the gentleman said it's cheaper to just get the upgraded drink with the combo. A win for us! Service was excellent! We'll be back next time we drive south. read more

So sorry that my rating is so low. The fried steak, egg, and cheese biscuit was fresh warm and delicious. The sausage on the sausage biscuit was dried out, seemed warmed over from previous day. The blueberry biscuits were so dry the fork could get through them. Given it's the only Hardee's in town, I sure hope they get their act together. It would be sad to lose those awesome biscuits. Clean bathrooms were important for this pit stop & that's what we both got before ordering. The cashier was friendly and efficient. We got the Angus cheeseburgers with lettuce & mayonnaise. They came up fresh & hot. They were boxed, and, nestled inside, each burger was wrapped in Hardee's waxy paper. The burgers were plump and juicy, with fluffy, fresh lettuce and just enough mayonnaise. They were delicious. We have not had a Hardee's burger in a long time. Only a few are near us. read more

Store is pretty clean. The main register is bagged up due to some leak from the roof. Ordered the food, looked the girl right in the eye and told her it's for here. Another girl calls the order in a to go bag. Now I've been coming here for 18 years. When I ordered in the past they gave a number out that you put at your seat. Then When your order was ready they brought it out to you. This place used to have really good customer service. For the longest the managers were the same. Bald black fellow and an older white fellow with glasses. I'm not sure if they are still here but if they are please have those people up front re trained on what they should do for dine in orders. I see trays above the trash so I know they have trays for dine in. So far as the food, ordered chicken tenders for the kid. They had been sitting for a while. Little over cooked and chewy. Definitely not made to order. Not sure why. When we came in the crew was just up front chilling. Burger was good but not hot at all. Fast food isn't the best option but when it is needed Hardee's is a great choice. Their breakfast is good southern style. If you want biscuits, eggs, bacon and country ham then this is the place. If you are lucky then they will have a Pork Chop and Gravy biscuit. It is clean and the staff is friendly. That is rare at this type of establishment. This is a special Hardees because they are noticeably absent from the west coast of Florida, with the exception of this one location. If you want Hardees biscuits you'll have to go Northeast Florida or up into "the South". Simply fantastic made from scratch biscuits here, and they're great whether you enjoy them plain, with a breakfast sandwich, or with sausage gravy. They're very affordable too, and in my opinion they're the best fast food biscuits you can buy. Service was fine. Restaurant could have been cleaner. Parking lot was a little dirty with all of the crap that falls out of that large tree to the west. Not far from the highway though, and it satisfies the biscuit craving. Rip off, the thinnest egg layer on the biscuit, it was as thin as the piece of cheese, practically no egg. In the pics above it looks like at least 2 eggs, no matter if it's folded up or not. Here is the good and the bad: the bad, the building and location of the restaurant both need to be changed as this part of town isn't great and the building is old and in need of updating. Stopped here on our way back to Sarasota, from the Keys. The restaurant was clean, the staff were courteous and efficient, and the food was fresh, cooked perfectly and above all: crispy fries. Stopped here because it looked like a Carl's Junior like we have in CA. Big mistake. Had a #1 combo and spent the rest of the night bending over the porcelain goddess purging my system. We drove from Cape Coral specifically to this Hardee's. The counter lady was Emily and she was a real gem! Great appearance, attitude, and just a real sweetie. I had a 1/3 lb. burger and my wife had a chicken sandwich. Both were quick, hot, and really good. One reviewer said the restaurant was dated. Yes, but more importantly, the eating area, and what could be seen at the counter was very clean. The bathrooms could be better and more often cleaned, but were not a health problem. More sanitizing and aroma would help tremendously. I also left a comment card and sent a positive email to HQ. All-in-all, a very pleasant visit and don't let Emily go! She is one in a million. As a retired Marine (64-94), I often find myself being very judgmental (yeah, imagine...) so, I felt I needed to spread the word. Lastly, no, this isn't Carl's Jr., but it is the only Hardee's around this neck of the woods and we surely will drive 8 or 10 miles back!
