Jean and Mayra back it again with stellar customer service and humor when all I wanted, all I was really looking for was a Baconator. The last thing I expected was to laugh out loud and be helped with great customer service and easily the best drive through experience of any Wendy's in the history of drive throughs. Was the food delicious? Ofcourse it was. Served hot and ready in fresh never frozen beef patties. But what I valued was the dynamic between employees that showed they enjoy being there and that makes a difference. Great experience and worth writing about read more

This is conveniently located in South Ft. Pierce close to the I-95 and Turnpike exits. There are several options nearby to eat, so i have tried a few of them This location complies with franchise standards, ordering area, condiments, seating is overall acceptable. The food items are also consistent with the franchise Staff is young and friendly, sometimes gets busy and is expected to get some slow on the ordering and pick up food process Bathrooms can have more attentive clean I have not complaints on this locations given the fact, is a stop on your way orlando - miami or vice versa My favorite thing to order is the strawberry frosty last for good miles on the road... happy camper! read more

Shocker, people are not a fan of this location. We ordered our food through the drive-thru and I made it as easy as I could for the order taker. As we got to the window, we had to ask him to repeat it because he said everything so fast and it was muffled over the speaker that we did not understand him. Shocking I know, but the order was wrong. Somehow he decided to add extra meals onto our order, which we had to "bother" him to take it off. We got our meals and drinks and based on the "experience" at the window we promptly checked our order before we pulled out of the parking lot. Although the meals were correct, the soda was completely missing any syrup. This caused us to go inside and dump our drinks to get new drinks. The only why I stopped here was because of the location and we thought it would be fast. Stopping here was anything but fast and efficient! read more

WOW ... ya know, when I heard about " Wendy's" I was like, "who does she think she is putting her crib on maps like that" so I pulled up and when I tell you this girl went off SHE WENT OFF!!! Ion know what those numbers about but I got a spicy chicken sandwich and something called a 4 for 4. I went back home bc I didn't wanna impose on Wendy like that and she looked like she had people over. So I get home and I pull out the sandwich... slapped.... Come on. It's Wendy's. Just the same as all the others. Not great not bad. Consistent. Which is exactly what you are paying for when going to any fast food joint. It is a rare stop for me, but I'm usually grateful for the ability to get something that I enjoy without worrying about getting sick. If you gotta do it, this one is fine. read more

This place is the worse... I ordered a frosty they gave me a melted milk shake. I took it back they told me it would be 5 minutes. We finished eating still no frosty. I asked for a refund they said sorry we don't give refunds. The cashier was extremely rude as well. A lady working in the back who said she was not from this Wendy's offered to give me $5.00 from her personally. I did not accept it. This is a business they had no problem charging me. i honestly wish i could give 0 stars half of everyone there is hispanic and there is no communication with others who are non-hispanic i also felt like i was treated differently because of my race and my hours were cut to 2 days a week i've seen what they do sometimes there are no gloves being worn the bathroom is always disgusting and night shift kids always plays around i was 6 1/2 months pregnant at the time of hire i was not trained properly and i feel like the workplace is racist and only wants hispanics at the location everything is talked in spanish and also since it's a family owned business they're getting all the hours while african americans are treated like slaves everyone should be treated the same no matter the skin tone read more

Ugh... Wendy's should be the same all over. Not here. Gross. Fruit flys swarming the condiments counter (which means it isn't cleaned properly). Plus they come visit you at your table while eating. I couldn't bite thru the bacon on my sandwich. My wife's chicken was rubbery. Not sure where I could find a positive. But if I search for one, at least the food came quickly. read more

Well, I can't review the food because we stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and we never got served. There were employees wandering around behind the counter, but not much else happening. We gave up and walked out because of it took that long just to place our order, how long to get the food? There were only 3 orders up on the screen and the guy next to us waiting for his food had been waiting for 8 minutes from the time he ordered. Not fast. No food. Terrible management. read more

Scrub kid with the long dark hair caught an attitude with me on the drive through window because I ordered a jr bacon with everything and I noticed that he charged me .60 cents extra by ringing a jr cheese deluxe and ADDING bacon. I can't give 0 stars! Ok So I used DoorDash with my order. I purchased unsweetened tea brown water, bitter tasting Sprite, Barf Root Beer And smashed hamburgers with loads of ketchup so much so I almost didn't notice the undercooked bacon. Fries were soggy. My nuggets were the silver lining to this craptastic order through DOORDASH. Yep, the DoorDash guy was plain late and didn't follow directions. Was outside my house wondering and just sitting in his car at one point. I give clear directions. He got lost! He could have called. Wendy's just plain flipping sucks If you aren't there in person to eat. How hard is it to make a sweet tea, bacon , fries, hamburger. Never again. read more

This Wendy's was a pit stop for our travels. The staff inside were courteous, and aware that most of their customers were simply passing through. Food for a family of four was prepped and ready before I even received my change. Several times, a different employee walking by our table would inquire as to how we were doing and wish us well. The bathroom was sufficiently clean, but nothing out of the ordinary. If based purely on service, this would be a 5-star review. It's a fast food place, so the food can only be so good. With expectations set in "fast food" mode it was good, not great. read more

For a high traffic junction between I-95 and the Turnpike, this Wend'y is actually pretty good. The restaurant is remodeled and clean, service was fast, and the food is good quality (for what you expect from Wendy's). read more

Friendly enough staff, but food here was lukewarm at best even at the height of the lunch hour. This is a busy place because the area is a convenient stopping place for tour buses, shuttles and other travelers on their way between north and south Florida. Just off the Florida turnpike as well as Interstate 95. read more
