It was delicious - several meaty tamales covered in a homemade chili sauce with cheese and a generous helping of chopped onion (optional for others - but not for me). The tamale spread was awesome! I had ordered a piece of chocolate cake for my appetizer (not unusual for me). I finished that piece of cake after I finished the tamale spread. I washed all this down with some splashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce on the tamale spread and a large glass of ice water that was generously refilled by the fantastic server, Heather!
