I know that Wendy's is not a five star restaurant but in my busy morning they make me feel like family. I go there many times during the week while working to grab a quick breakfast. Ok I've been to plenty of Wendy's and this one is not my favorite. The nuggets and the fries were hot, but the burger was like warm. I got the Biggie Bag meal. Then they ran out of straws. I was handed the bag and had to wait another 8 minutes or so to get her attention to ask for a straw. Then she told me they were out of straws. That should've been said when I was handed the bag. Clean location Very friendly and guest centric Associates were trying their best to take care of Customers. However the constant "YELLING" by the manager was unacceptable and hard to believe it never stopped. Training is clearly a much needed tool in order to retain Team members that would be happy to do their jobs if they were to be spoken to with respect and understanding. Food was hot, while I waited for a medium fry the cashier went to the fry station and was verbally abused by the young Lady manager, asking what was he doing? She said I'm working this station, WHAT DO YOU WANT, his reply was the Guest is waiting a medium fry to complete his order. I'd bet investment in training with empathy is in order for the manager, which I'm sure will help Associate retention and create a fun place to work read more

10/13/24- (11:35am) Was craving a burger and thought I'd stop at this location. Typically, my order here is never correct but it's too early for it nor to be! Lucky me, no line inside or out. Pulled up and ordered combo # 1 (single with cheese). I requested no tomatoes & strawberry lemonade. Well, no strawberry puree so sprite Instead. I paid and was asked to pull forward. Yay, a hot meal...right?! Wrong!! Fries were old and cold and cheese on burger was microwaved to hell. Burger had NO veggies ( no onions, pickles, or Lettuce). When we placed our order, the gentleman who had ordered before us came back because he had not received his correct change. Our food was ok. However, they forgot to place half our order. Just about every order had something wrong while we were there. Even a customer from the drive thru had to come in because they hadn't given him his entire order. Before we left I stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to get a drink refill and I was first ignored and then when I finally got someones attention he tried to ignore me, then put up a finger, walked away and did not come back....finally I left without the refill. This Wendy's offers below-average customer service. The quality of service provided by this place is known to be subpar within the community. Although it may be a convenient option when there are no other dining options available, the overall experience may not meet the expectations of customers. I tell people to order inside so you can correct your own order when you get your food. You lose that option if you go to the drive thru. Unless you want to hold up the other people from getting their incorrect order. Indoor ambience could use a touch up as well. This service is an absolute joke. My family came inside stood in line for 15 minutes meanwhile the cashier was shooting the breeze with everyone else but the customer sitting at the counter ready to order meanwhile another customer was in front of us then us. My wife decided to get back in the car and go through the drive-through I was still standing in line waiting 25 minutes later as my wife was ordering our food through the drive-through then we sat another 10 minutes in the drive-through to get our food. Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget meal and 2 burger meals. Added on a 6 piece spicy nugget just by itself. Get my food and then drive 10-15 minutes to my house where I see ALL of the nuggets are burnt and are rock hard. I would say whatever but the 10 piece was for my girlfriend and the 6 were for me so that was half of my order that was inedible. This was also over $30. I drive back another 10-15 minutes to get a remake and the girl who claims she was one of the managers says oh I'm sorry but we're out of spicy nuggets. The slowest drive through on the east coast by far. Went to McDonald's instead. They need to shut down to be honest.

I came there at around 11 pm and all seemed normal and good.. I ordered number 9 but no drink so the sandwich and small fry.. For some reason it always has to be repeated to the idiots but anyway.. I pull up and pay. The Guy said to move forward and wait for the food by the door.. (They do this for the timer sensor to think they are getting food out faster) there was no one behind me or even at the place but I pulled up as he said. He comes out and hands me the food. I drive a few blocks home and immediately started eating and fries were cold, and the burger had almost zero sauce on it. I had to put my own BBQ sauce on it. I have been to Wendy's in Virginia that do not give you cold food and everything tastes amazing. This local store I will never ever return again. In life. Worst Wendy's EVER!! Stopped there for lunch yesterday, 5/17/2018 and ordered a Apple Pecan salad-they forgot the pecans, the best part of the salad, no receipt given so I couldn't call & complain; when I gave them my coupon in the drive thru you would've thought I was giving them a foreign object!! Fast forward to today, 5/18/2018 receipt in hand! Decided to go there for lunch AGAIN because I was craving the chili-thought the 1st few times ordering the chili it was just runny, NOPE it's total water!! BIG MISTAKE!! This Wendy's continues to disappoint. Ordered a double and a single with no cheese. Both had cheese and had to be sent back. Received new burgers, got home and both were singles with cheese. Ugh. Also ordered 2 cookies and had to ask for them 2x during the debacle. The inside is very buggy and dirty. The exterior must be going through some renovations...or at least I hope. I definitely would not recommend this location. I had to wait 25 min for my food and there was hardly anyone there, only myself and maybe 3 other people. Also, the inside is DISGUSTING!!! See the pics of the collapsed ceiling and bucket of dirty water in the middle of the restaurant. Plus several tables were dirty and all of the furniture is old and dingy looking. read more

Wendy's has the best menu of the big 3; always like their sandwiches. And on that basis I'd give 4 stars. However, their fries taste awful now - not a critique of this location, but nationally. I normally love skin-on fries but in Wendy's case, I'm afraid their "win" - convincing the FDA that it's "O.K" to put a silicon derivative in their oil - to 'lessen the bubbling'/oil loss - is a big loser for me. The taste sucks and if you taste very carefully, you can tell something is amiss. Just a little extra slippery/ funky beyond the grease taste. This location - needs to fix their drive through speaker too. Drive through can be heard 500 ft away when they confirm your order; it's deafening. Also, I've had mixed experiences with rudeness - depending on the day, "ThatALL?!?!" - is not how you end a conversation with a customer...othertimes: nice. read more

Worst damn "fast" food restaurant in the area. I mean if you can't run a Wendy's with 3 cars in the drive thru am with the inside closed then you don't need to be open at all. Last time I came they were out of romaine lettuce for the Caesar salad. 10 minute wait for fried chicken for the salad. 10 minute wait for chicken nuggets. Didn't have any sauce other than ranch. This Wendy's is okay except for the fact that they run out of things a lot. One time they ran out of baked potatoes for a week. Recently my boyfriend and I went there and ordered a bacon and blue, fish sandwhich meal, and an oreo twisted frosty. When we got to the window we received everything except the twisted frosty that we paid for. My boyfriend looked at me (ready to choke the guy at the window) because somehow the guy forgot that we ordered one. I said we had a twisted frosty too. The guy laughed and said "Oh sorry, I forgot." My boyfriend is not one to play with when it comes not receiving what was paid for. We go back there for my boyfriend's weekly twisted frosty but I wouldn't suggest placing a big order because you won't get everything on the first try. Overall okay though. read more

This is the worst Wendy's on all of planet earth. The toilet in the lady's room was running and wouldn't flush. There is filthy dirty insulation hanging out of the ceiling un the dining area directly above tables. There are no booths and very few tables and chairs. This place lools like it has NEVER been updated. No one is cleaning the dining room and we waited 10 minutes for our food. There are gnats everywhere. Everything looks dirty and disgusting. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. There were fruit flies everywhere. I mean, behind the register, by the ketchup counter, flying around my food. Midway through eating, one of the workers came in from smoking a cigarette outside and blew smoke into the restaurant on her way in. My food was warm at best.
