Eh. Made a few online orders today for the drive-through only for my wife and daughter to drive up there and see that they put a trashcan in the drive-through to block it and they told us before that they were not allowed to do that anymore. So that was a surprise. We did the deals with the nuggets and we also had free nuggets and I got biggie meal with nuggets also so we had a lot of chicken nuggets to go with the meal and they were all overcooked. Borderline bitter. The bun for my junior bacon was almost stale. No idea if the procedure is the same as when I worked there 16 years ago, but the buns are normally steamed in the bag in a microwave. This is definitely past that point. You were just think a location at the interstate would be top-notch, but today they really fell off. Whoever is doing damage control for this Wendy's location, don't get all hurt and think negatively about me because I'm the customer. Take this constructive criticism back to management at this location and do better. What's the point in choosing drive-through on the app because it says it's open if somebody has to get out of their vehicle to come in? I'm handicapped so if it were me coming to the location, I would not have been able to get my order because I could not come in. Do better than you have been doing. read more

Holy Freakin Moly!!!! Why did I choose this place stop today for my thirty minute break and spend forty-five minutes walking back and forth to my truck because they couldn't get the simplest of simple orders correct?! I DON'T KNOW!!! I'm not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate store but it would be a good ideal to give it a complete management and employee overhaul!! Connected to a gas station and convenience store you'll find truly happy pleasant and genuinely polite staff and cohesive teammates. I got the artisan breakfast sandwich which was in the to go bag in around 5 minutes or less. The sandwich is good. Crispy bacon. Hot eggs. Don't know what type of cheese but it was there and the bread was fresh, so "fresh and fast" did the trick. All this goodness under $3. Plus super nice kids at work. Panera watch out this Wendy's is nailing breakfast. I wish Wendy's offered some egg white only sandwiches and the fresh spinach and tomato like Panera does but there's hope! Maybe they will offer some lighter options like that soon or maybe they do and I overlooked them. They had 99 cent breakfast burritos and several other options. Stop here for fuel and a snack about 7 PM on a Thursday night there was a long line waiting for food there was one person taking order one handing out food and maybe one or two putting orders together definitely not enough help. Tables in the dining area were dirty and not cleared. read more

After working a 14 hour shift as a travel home care service provider I stopped by Wendy's as it's one of the only places open at the time that I got off. when I tell you it was some of the worst service I've received in a long time due to the attitude I received soon as I walked in. Once I finally received my meal she along with other workers looked at me for at least 5 minutes wondering what I was waiting on... which was my drink that came with the meal. Mind you I got one of those crafted lemonades so I couldn't make my drink on my own as one does when you get a regular fountain drink. This is the worst Wendy's I've been to, bar none. I went for breakfast and the cashier seemed like she was on something. She had the most vacant expression on her face and it took several attempts to tell her my order. She then left the counter with several people behind me and showed up a couple minutes later. I don't know what was going on back there, but there was a guy on his phone and a few people just wandering. For the record, I ordered two meals, a breakfast bowl with bacon and one of the combos that had a drink, two biscuit sandwiches, and a hash brown. After about ten minutes I got the coffee and soda. The lady who was getting the orders together came out and told me that they were waiting on potatoes, which was fine by me, but the wait was almost 15 minutes when almost every other place like this will get it out within 10. I didn't even get the hash browns with the combo... The soda machine looked bleak, and the lemonade machine was down with standing filmy liquid in the back noticeable when you were ordering. Everything in the kitchen and the dining area was greasy. There was a post it note covering one of the sodas, so they only had a few options, but the neglect on the machine made me skeptical that it was even going to be properly made. When I got my food, me and my boyfriend had to leave immediately because we were late for work. We didn't look in the bag, and when we got to work we opened it to find only the breakfast bowl and the two sandwiches. I was starving so I just went into the bowl, but noticed a few bites in that the eggs were this brownish green with spots on them. This Wendy's is inside a truck stop. That should've been my first clue. It was busy with travelers and truckers. The order for my wife my nephew and I was delivered fairly quickly. That's the only positive. My home style chicken filet sandwich was the worst I've ever tasted. When I got it out of the bag It seemed light in weight compared to every other Wendys chicken I've had. As soon as I bit into it I found out why. It was dehydrated to the point of being tougher than the most overcooked chewy hide you might have had. It's the worst piece of shoe leather-like sandwich I'd ever attempted to consume. I couldn't even swallow one bite so I had to spit it out. Of course I was already back on the interstate or I would've marched back in and asked for a sandwich that had actually been prepared this week. I'm thinking of mailing the remains to Wendy's Corporate. They'd never believe that a "trained" Wendys employee would ever serve such a revolting piece of road kill on a bun. Went in for breakfast and the service was painfully slow. There was one other person waiting for food and all I ordered was a sausage and egg burrito. There was three people working, but one was doing dishes, one was just walking around looking for something to do, and the cashier was making the food. It took almost six minutes to get my burrito. If you have to stop at this Wendy's, co-located with a Pilot filling station, be sure to check your order 100% before leaving. We were given an opened milk that was used for the coffee and since we were traveling, there was no way to correct. Only 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru. 25 minutes later I finally get to the window. I checked my food. The chicken sandwich was cold and flattened (like it was stepped on), the fries were cold and crunchy from being over cooked or scooped from the bottom of the frier. When I looked at the obviously uncaring girl working (that's an odd word for it) the window she actually laughed, shrugged her shoulders and said "well what do you want me to do?" I said "the same thing you've been doing...nothing". I pulled forward about 10 feet, dropped the bag of SLOP on the sidewalk in front of the door and drove down the street to McDonalds where the entire exchange took less than 4 minutes, was hot, fresh and delicious plus they actually smiled and told me thank you for choosing McDonalds. This is a management issue. No pride, no engagement, no oversight and no accountability. Go to McDonalds, or Hardees, or even get a gas station corndog. It will be faster and will taste better.
