Mobile ordered Frosty's and they were "out" when I arrived. They offered the Cinnabon Pull-Apart instead and the employee seemed irritated that more needed to be made. I was disappointed by the lack of a Frosty and disappointed further since the pull-apart wasn't even good. The worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. My wife and I both order 2 Wendy's single w/cheese meals and 99 cent chocolate chip cookie. All the dry burgers and flimsy fries were luke warm to cold. When picked up the cookie, half of it fell to the paper on the table it was 85% raw cookies dough. We had no time to complain about this to the manager. We had appointment to keep. This has to be the worst and most terribly managed Wendy's I've ever been to. Fries constantly cold, food is disgusting and never fresh. The staff is rude and if you ask for any changes to an order they will cuss you and you can clearly hear them through the window. Paid cash -no receipt- used my app and had it scanned - 3 times - used my points to get my chicken sandwich for free- however, that didn't happen because apparently the sandwich was rang in my ordwe as a combo - which I did not say - I wanted sandwich and a diet pop. First off, I had a long shift and was CRAVING a plain classic chicken sandwich so immediately i chose wendys and little did i know, that was the biggest mistake. Keep in mind, the past few times i've been to wendys, they have messed up my order every. single. time. Anyways, I already waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and got impatient so i parked and went in. I ordered my sandwich and went back to work and opened the bag and saw the biggest travesty of my day. It wasn't my heavily craved sandwich. First, they shut down the drive-thru and asked me to come in to pick up my order. only 3 people in here working. The older gentleman working the counter was pleasant. The large female manager on the grill was rude and slow. the food was repurposed as it was not fresh, they took over 15 minutes to give me old food. The hamburger was warm and dry and the meat was darkened. The pop machine was out of the drinks that I drink, there were items on the floor in the kitchen and another lady walked around it several times and no one picked it up. I decided to eat in and as I was eating another worker came in along with what seemed to be her 2 girls around 12-13 y/o. They were doing TikToks in the dining room. I'm very disappointed in this Wendy's and further still, it's in West Chester of all places which doesn't make sense that it is so poorly run. But by the other reviews, I can see why it is how it is. Not sure what I can add that's really any different - but they are so horrible, i just had to talk about it. Raw baked potato, horrendous girl at the window, flat diet coke. I get it's teenagers - but still - if you can't at least be nice to customers, then go clean the bathrooms or work the grill. Will never go back. If I could contact the franchisee owner, I would. Worst experience I have had at a Wendy's. Wendy's in Ross, OH continues to be the worst Wendy's to go to. The only thing that was right, were the fries. The buns on the burgers were as hard as the rock, nuggets were old, and they gave me the wrong drinks. If you are craving Wendy's, I recommend NOT going to the one in Ross.
