Hey corporate Wendy's- time to clean this place, it is filthy. As we were ordering inside I noticed the little sink area behind the cashier was really dirty- looked like no one had wiped it down in days. Then I turned to the floor I was standing on. Yuck, especially where the carpet meets the slippery tile. When we sat at a table I noticed the wall and window in front of me (see photo) wall paper ripped off, broken plaster, grime and "other stuff ". I'm going to buy another immediately. Dude calls me as I'm south from ME to NYC and puts the track on my coordinates. I'm tired and hungry and blind as a bat at night - dudes always looking for a Wendy's "Dude - it's never frozen! About my service at this Wendy's, all I can say is STAY AWAY!!!! On a scale of 1-10 they easily get a -20!! For service and there employees. Waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, I finally went inside to order and Waited another 20 minutes to get served then 20 more minutes to get a Cobb salad, meanwhile the frozen food I just got at the market basket was was all melted!!! Exceptional service! My order was promptly and accurately prepared, and it tasted fantastic. The fries were delightfully hot and crispy.

Proceeds to talk to a customer after they ordered while other people wait. A customer said that they have been waiting for 20 mins when I first arrived, clearly Wendy's doesn't care about their paying customers. Wendy's is on the downfall of the fast food empires and this is one of the many reasons why. read more

This is the 3rd time I've been to this Wendy's where they've been unable to take my order. More than two cars seems to be too much for these employees in their drive thru. They ask me to wait and just time passes and nothing happens. Please just fix the management or hire capable people. read more

Staff are friendly but are dirt slow. The line was around the building. None of the workers I saw wore masks when handling food.

Does anybody "listen" any more. SundayI went inside and ordered a #2 combo with no pickle and a Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe without pickle. What I paid for and ended up with was a double w/cheese and Jr. cheeseburger. No combo, no fries, no drink. I was going to eat inside but without asking, my order was bagged to go. Instead i ate in my car and made a mess of my jacket with drippings from the burger. At least there was no pickle as requested but annoyed that I settled. Place a order and it was wrong so drove back, reorder the rest of my order that they did not complete drove half way home and found out it still was wrong. Called and complained it was still wrong they told me if I wanted to drive back for the 3rd time they would give me the rest of my order. But the 2 trips bacK were enough as the food was now cold and the frosty were soup. I placed the order witH the manager both times and bothh times she screwed it up. If management can process an order correctly How the heck could you expect minimum wage employees to do a better job. This is for Wendy's in plaistow..numerous times I had my order screwed up by whoever not giving what I ordered...the last time I went there I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got spicy chicken with a wilted ass piece of lettuce and the tomatoe well I can usually see the tomatoe when I'm about to take a bite ..this time when a piece of chicken fell out that looked like it was already bitten and oh the tomatoe was obviously already bitten into cause all i saw was the unripe part of the tomatoe looked like it was eaten and thrown tf back on my sandwich ...gross and mind u the lb. It's a Wendy's. Fast food burgers and chicken sandwiches, put together competently and quickly in a place that seems to be reasonably well run. Some days, that's all I need when I'm looking for lunch. It's not great food, but it's quick, easy, and better than much of the competition. read more

I am very please with the service that I received there,I have to say that the manager (Esther) was very efficient and from what I noticed she service her costumers in a very proffesional matter. Every time I come here and the Spanish manager with the glasses is working, Every employee is in a horrible mood and every order is wrong. Time and time again. If you can't follow a simple order that is on a screen in front of you, then you shouldn't be anywhere near a customer, let alone in a customer service industry. It seems like the manager is on what appears to be a power trip and loves making her employees miserable around her because they can't stand up to her and tell her how they feel. I'm constantly told to pull up for some reason or another even when there is no one behind me. I get told to pull up because they're making fresh food, then I get it and it's ice cold. It's not about fresh food, it's about how your window time stamps look to the corporate offices. Stop treating people like they're stupid and knock off the attitude. You manage a Wendy's, not some big government agency. Get off your high horse before you are removed with force.
