Most poorly run business I've ever encountered. Been there 3 times and they have never gotten my order right.

Even after new management took over the service is slow and the food is subpar. Half of the time the food is cold or the order is made wrong. I wish it were better because it's so conveniently located between evening activities. But because it takes so long, there's never time to stop a grab a quick dinner for my kids before the next thing starts. If you don't mind waiting longer than in normal for "fast food" then I guess this wouldn't be a problem. In my world fast food is supposed to be convenient and this definitely isn't. read more

Workers are kind and willing to help, however this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Every time I have ordered food from this Wendy's, they have forgotten one or several items. They have replaced regular nuggets with spicy nuggets, baked potatoes with fries, or simply do not give you the item. I believe that their employees are just lazy. The absolute worst Wendys experience I've ever had. First of all their card reader is down, has been for at least a month now. Secondly the food was cold, not warm or hot but cold. The fries were soggy and cold, absolutely horrible. Oh yeah, and we didn't get what we ordered. Seeing is they only accept cash they weren't busy at all so I would expect that for the few people they serve they could at least make the food edible. Nope, too much to ask I guess. read more

The last few times we've tried coming here, their internet is down so they only accept cash. So we find somewhere else cause we don't carry cash. Other times we've been they have either run out of beef, or chicken. They can't seem to stay stocked, sometimes close early, internet seems to always be down or their card reader isn't working, and the food is cold when you do eventually make it to the window. read more

Service was not great today. Arrived around 12:45pm, ordered and then waited about 15 mins for food. Our name showed on the screen as "order ready", walked up to counter and waited an additional 5 mins. Staff putting orders together looked confused. Other customers looking at each other like "what is happening" back there. People working in the kitchen look like they just rolled out of bed. Food prep was mediocre at best. My husbands burger bun was mushy, my burger bun was cold, bacon not crispy and fries weren't "hot & crispy" as promised. Would definitely not recommend this location. And the music playing in the seating area was extremely loud and obnoxious. I should have checked the reviews before selecting this place. Management should be more on top of this place! Sonic and McDonald's just down the road; definitely going there next time. read more

I know that it seems as though I have more negative reviews than positive ones, that said, I honestly feel as though you are only as good as your worst review. Now I'm not expecting Michelin star service when I go to a fast food restaurant, however it is still customer service oriented. First off when I order my food and you repeat it back to me I would expect that you understood and entered my order correctly isn't that why you repeat it back to me? Secondly when I pull up to the window and trade payment for my order, please do not throw my food out the window as quick as you can while proceeding to close the service window this does not allow for me to ask for any condiments that I may wish to procure, and it comes off a tad hostile. As well I now have to sit at the window and wait for yet another or possibly the same angry employee to open the window again and allow me to ask for condiments in the same way Oliver Twist asks for more porridge, this would normally not bother me if it weren't for the heavy sigh and irritated look that I receive. After a grueling trip to the nearest Wendy's and some less than friendly service, I have returned home to the stomach grumbling slightly angry natives also known as my children. I get the food out as quickly as my arms can move to avoid an all out mutiny orchestrated by the eight year old and carried out by the three year old. Once the food is out and chaos has been avoided, I take a seat to enjoy my burger, when across the table I begin to see tears and what is sure to be an epic meltdown by the eight year old. I ask what the problem is and with tears and a slight bit of dramatics I hear "this isn't what I ordered!" But wait didn't they read the order back to me? Surely this cannot be. Indeed it was his Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was in actuality a chicken sandwich. To avoid a meltdown that would make Fukushima look like a small power outage I jump up grab the food and in a Superman moment say to him "I will go back to Wendy's and get you the food you asked for." Grabbing my keys and running out the door as swiftly as I can I make for Wendy's, once there I walk in and politely explain the situation. Rather than an apology and a let me take care of that for you, I was asked for the receipt, in my haste I had forgotten it at home but, I had the uneaten chicken sandwich in hand, let me repeat that I had the uneaten chicken sandwich in hand! Not partially eaten, not the wrapper with some crumbs, the whole sandwich. Now I have to speak with the manager just to get the right food, I mean really? This review has gone on far to long, but the real point of this story is that this seems to be a growing trend with fast food Wendy's just so happens to be leading the pack. As an aside, I returned home with the correct burger which more than likely saved the planet from what surely would have been looked back on in history with the same significance as the assassination of the Archduke in 1914. read more

Had a below average experience inside the restaurant today just after noon. There was a group of 3 ahead of us in line to order. The Cashier Cofry and another employee were socializing with the group of 3 in line at the register (normally I wouldn't have a problem if they made it brief and moved on). They were all socializing in their native tongue, Spanish. This took a minimum of 7 minutes until we were able to order our food. The order was correctly made and all was there. I went up for a refill and was greeted in a quick manner. The restaurant appeared clean. read more

Can this place ever get an order correct? Every time we go there, the order has been wrong. There can be burgers missing or they will be incorrect, fries missing, etc. Once you get your order correct, the food is decent, but don't go through the drive-thru! You will want to literally not only check that each burger is in the bag, but you will want to open them to make sure they are the right burgers and are correctly made. I mean, In-n-Out can make me a 3x3, mustard-grilled, with no pickles and raw onion and get it right every time but Wendy's can't handle no pickles? read more

Ordered a biggie bag, upgraded to large, and a 6 piece nugget. Got home to find my fries were missing. Again. 2nd time this location has left my fries out the bag in the last 2 months. Tried to call them too, the phone seems to ring forever until you hang up, never any answer. Very disappointing read more

Bring some food to eat while you wait. This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever visited. They're slow to take your order, slow to make your order, slow to clean the bathrooms, slow to refill the fancy Coke mixer machine, slow to clean the nuggets and fries off the floor. Just amazingly slow. They seem to have plenty of staff and I've never been here when it was busy (word must be out). Did I mention it's slow? I have been to this location on days when it's super busy and extremely slow. I have yet to have my order wrong or be disrespected by staff. The Mgt. are patient and attentive to my needs if something needed to be rectified without issue. Some of the employees are still in Highschool meaning they are kids that are learning responsibility and are young adults. The restaurant is always clean and I have personally witnessed the staff cleaning outside as well. Patience is what is needed. People need to understand that just because its considered fast food doesnt mean you will receive it within 2 minutes. Maybe they are short staffed, training, or just trying the best they can while hiding something personal while being bitched at for missing a few napkins. I bet there are people in there busting their butts to make sure your meal is made as fast as they can especially during this pandemic going on! Maybe THANK THEM for doing it as we all should have learned a long time ago that not everyone caters to us. THEY ARE ON THE FRONT LINE whether you agree or not. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I got to the speaker, I waited another 7 minutes at the speaker before they let me order, and then waited another 7 to get my food at the window. Please get new management! Or more employees. read more

Where to start? The floors were as sticky as a Chuck E. Cheese Ball pit. More than half the kitchen staff were not wearing gloves as I watched their greasy fingers fondle my 4 for 4. On top of that, the only thing I heard the cashiers say at the drive through or the counter was "I'll be with you in a second." No sense of urgency. However, the food does taste better than McDonald soooo I'll give you a star for that. read more

The food is fine, fresher and better than other Wendy's I've been to. But we quit going a few months ago because they have a serious problem with providing consistent, good service. We showed up on too many times to find a forty minute drive thru wait, and/or the lobby being spontaneously closed, and they spontaneously decided to close 3 hours earlier than the standard closing time due to short staff. One time isn't a big deal, but we had at least ten experiences where one of these scenarios ended up being the case. read more

Horrible service everytime I go there. Staffed with a bunch of teens that don't really care. It's sad that I have to wait 20 minutes to order, just to get cold food, thrown in a bag and smashed, no condiments, napkins, or utinsels. I wanted Chili tonight, but they were out. Got a Sourcream and Chive potato instead, got a cold potato with a few chives and no sourcream to be found! Last vist for me to this location. Normally, I don't bother reviewing fast food establishments, because you generally know what you're getting and as long as you end up with the food you ordered, most reasonable people are going to be pretty flexible when it comes to whether or not the service is any good. But this Wendy's is seriously atrocious. It's dirty and badly managed. The staff don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. I only went there two or three times, but my order was never correct the first time, and on one occasion it wasn't even correct the second time, but it really didn't matter on any occasion because the food I eventually ended up with was bad anyway. Don't fool yourself into thinking that as long as you get your JBC that you'll be fine. You *will* end up frustrated and dissatisfied, and what's the point of eating junk food if you can't at least enjoy the experience of eating it? Find another Wendy's if you really need a Frosty. Go to Taco Bell and get yourself a box of two dozen tacos if you're just looking for a way to eat away your feelings or put food into all your kiddos for the night. Go down to the Jimmy John's and ask them to say mean things about you while they make your sandwich. I guarantee your experience will be better than it would be at this Wendy's. My husband went through the drive through and ordered a Frostie and 2 chili's. Both of our cups of chili were like soup. I ate half of mine after stirring before I even found a bean ! His was the same. I never found any meat. Like having a bowl of chili broth. Only reason I gave 1 star was the drink. Shame on this site! read more
