Bag full of fries
Drew R.

A friend chose this place to celebrate his accomplishment, and I had to comply. A lot of people say how much they loved this place but I don't get the hype around it. Here's my thought around it. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. The burger was super bland and very greasy (but I mean it is fast food so not gonna complain about the greasy goodness). You got to add some kind of sauce or salt. It was juicy...but juicy bland! It seems like seasoning is none existent...but it exist cause you can add it yourself. They got my order wrong...I told them I want everything on the add on but pickle. They gave me pickles. No biggie, but it took a while to take all the pickles out. The fries was abundant! It is freshly cut, but not crisp enough. Most if not all of the fries are limped. It's just sad eating oily potato without a crispy feel after.

Little hamburger with everything except pickles or olives - this was ok.

I haven't had a burger from five guys in ages. Before going to a workshop, my friend and I decided to stop by for a quick dinner. We ordered a little hamburger and one regular fries to share. I'm kind of disappointed in the burger I had - it did not meet the hype like I remembered years ago as if the flavors were not there. The fries were salty and we didn't get to finish it. Would we come back again? Probably not - better off with a local burger joint if you're looking for a delicious, savory food.

This is a new location, we visited on opening night and loved it, just like any other location. I love that just the baby burger fills me up and that we can share the fries and be satisfied. Our last trip I got a shake, and while it was amazingly delicious, it was quite small for the cost, and for some reason the supply guy (does trash and cleans up) disappeared when we arrived and the fry sauce dispenser was empty. The poor fry guy had to run off to get more sauce to fill it up. We will of course be back. And, did you know you can order online and have it ready to take home? Amazing, I know!

This is a $8.27 large order of fries today! Not long ago the fries would over flow into a bag. Not impressed.

Very unimpressive large order of fries for over $8!! Ordered many times from 5 guys in the past and always great food, but this order was skimpy.

The service was fast and friendly and seems to be running very efficiently. Satisfied customer here.

Employee was rude to me when I arrived for curb side pickup. Made me go inside and gave me attitude through our whole exchange.

Don't bother with their curbside service. We are 20 minutes past the time they committed to and they won't even answer their phone.

Patty Shack absolutely delivered in every way…read more The burgers are incredible, juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I went with the "everything on it" burger like they recommended, and honestly, that's the move. Don't overthink it, just get it that way, you won't be disappointed. The fries deserve their own shoutout too. Easily the best I've had in years: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and seasoned perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Super friendly, welcoming, and you can tell it's a true mom-and-pop spot that actually cares about what they're serving. Food was amazing across the board. If you're thinking about it just go. Parking is super limited, but thankfully it wasn't terribly busy when we stopped by. At the counter, it was very hard for us to understand the employee who was taking our order, both in volume and enunciation. He also did not seem very happy to be there. Our food came out relatively quickly. We really liked our fries. The burger was pretty good as well. I just left this place feeling like it had the potential to be more than what it was. I am not sure how else to explain it. Will we be back? I'm not sure. We have some pretty reliable burger places we like to visit. But I wouldn't be opposed to giving it another shot.

Beast from the East can be found within the walls of Cruzrs Saloon. One of our friends forgot their ID that night, so we ordered food to go. I got the JD Philly, just to stick with the Philly Cheesesteak I had been wanting. I went with the Whiz and Sports Fries (seasoned) in the combo. We took our food to Millcreek Commons to have dinner and chat. The food was good. It could have definitely used some green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Othet than that, I was happy with my decision. The fries were good too. The other options looked delicious! I will definitely have to go back and try the other options; and for a round or two of pool!

I heard so much about this place and it does live up to the hype! We got the JD Philly Cheesesteak, the Myth, and an order of Garlic Parmesan Fries! The Philly was fantastic - the meat was cooked well, and the cheese whiz was the perfect addition to the sandwich. The bread was nice and crusty on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside - perfection. The Myth was also delicious! I've never had Broccoli Rabe on a sandwich before and it was a great addition to the sausage and Horseradish on the sandwich. Can't wait to go back to try the other sandwiches. I'm not a huge burger person but in & out is always a good look cuz they have it where you don't have to eat the bread. I don't care for burgers cuz I'm not a big fan of hamburger bread, don't ask me why. I also don't care for to much dough in a bagel so I always ask to scoop it out. Anyway, I ordered the Flying Dutchman which is grilled onion instead of the bread. They only put cheese on a Flying Dutchman now I didn't know that. I asked for the spread & pickles they put it on top which annoyed me, but it was still good.

Tjhe food came out in about 10-15 minutes, so not too long of a wait due to the number of customers inside and in the two drive thru lanes. The staff member at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I split a double-double animal style with the squeeze. Due to all the fixings on the burger, maybe cutting one of these guys in half was probably not a good choice. That's okay, the burger was excellent and they way I remembered it. I opted for the crispy fries, and they were very crispy but not overcooked. I will have to hit this place up again real soon. It lived up to the expectation.

I had high hopes for locally brewed beer and Asian cuisine, but nothing really hit the mark. Beer was okay. Lukewarm, and decidedly not crispy nor refreshing. Our group was three and we tried a lot of the food on the menu and nothing really hit. The pickled cucumbers were good. The dumplings (which we were told by our server are handmade) were genuinely flavorless and the wrapper was way too thick and chewy. We tried the pork buns as well, same issue, a serious lack of flavor and seasoning. Pork belly entree was middling, just a flavor profile that didn't work. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was fried crispy but the sauce and toppings were unmemorable and lacked any kind of punch or umami to speak of. It came with a side of food service fries, which were crispy but served with plain old ketchup. Oh by the way everything is expensive. Starters were $15+ and most entrees, including noodle soups were $20+ which is crazy. Cocktails were $18 and no wine pour less than $16. The only thing cheap is the beer which makes sense because it was mediocre at best. Server brought the check, said "no rush" and then we waited while he sat three tables, brought drinks for three tables and took two food orders. After 15 minutes I took the bill to the till and had him run it in front of me. I still tipped because I'm not that person. Not going back, there's better beer and Asian food elsewhere.
