On July 2, 2026, at about 7:40 I ordered food and wasn't offered any ketchup. I realized after I walked away from the counter and went back. The girl at the drive up window noticed me standing there but ignored me. I asked her for help? She looked around but didn't call anyone and continued her task. I waited for a few minutes and no one came to the counter. Eventually the same girl at the drive-up window came over and asked what's up? Experience ruined! It appears customer service is not a priority or even a thought at this place. I will not return. read more

Went here yesterday with my mom because she had a gift card she wanted to use for herself. The wait time was about 10 minutes in the drive thru I mean not bad I rather wait for awhile for fresh food than just some that has been sitting there but anyways she waited for her order and when it was her time to pull up the cashier in the drive-through seemed confused on how to place the order into the screen and took a little while and we kept on getting confused on what she ordered. He seemed lost on what he was doing and she kept reminding him on what she order and then he finally got the food and gave it to my mom. My mom forgot to ask for sauce so before we go away, she asked and they said they charged 55 cents for a pack of barbecue sauce.. like damn okay just for one? she ended up just paying for it and we waited sometime for him to come back and when he came back, he asked us if we received our order and we were like yes? I think dude forgot he haded to us a minute prior and he looked at us confused and was like I think that's the end of your order and my mom was like I still didn't receive the sauce. I think you were supposed to give me it. and he just looked at us and was confused and just smiled awkwardly and my mom told him you gave me my order. You just didn't give me the sauce yet that I paid for and he went in the back and didn't come back for a little while and then he showed up to the window and handed us the sauce and we left. as we were pulling out of the drive-through, my mom looked into her hand that had the sauce in it and we noticed he handed us an open packet of sauce this was probably one of the most weirdest awkwardness, fast food drive-throughs I've ever been through. the food was fine though she said. Very clean and friendly staff. The food came out quick and was very good and fresh. I love the soda machine, so many choices.

The quality of food at this restaurant is horrible I'm not sure how you go wrong with a simple bacon egg and cheese biscuit but this Wendy's did. The potatoes that came with it were cold and undercooked. The one thing that actually tasted good was the Fanta drink. Will not be giving business to this location again. read more

Check your order if its complete.. Everytime I come here. They don't give you your full order. when I ask for the rest of my order. They act like they didn't get my order wrong. I have to bring my reciept and what they gave me to the counter. To fix it each time. They aren't sorry about it, they end up whispering and laughing, speaking in Spanish. I think what they are doing is purposely, keeping certain food for themselves to eat. So that they don't have to pay for their meal during their break. read more

Oof. The AI ordering at the drive thru is bad. It explains why the line is always insane. The wait time to get a crew member instead is also long. Also, everyone who uses the drive thru consents to having their voice recorded and used for who knows what according to the disclaimer on the drive thru menu. Do what you will with that. read more

Hours say 6:30am but when speaking to an employee at the window they said they don't open until 7am. I'm not sure why they are putting false information on the website or the schedule employees are opening when they feel like it. Oh boy lots of things that upset me. So the hype is dying down finally. So I finally got to try it out and I was disappointed. There was one car ahead of me so I went in to try it out I'm not a big fast food guy but I'll try some ice cream and fries and yes I will say that AI ordering did not work it didn't hear me correctly then didn't allow me to go back and change my order then I was prompted to wait as someone will be with me shortly. Took a quick 10 min to talk to someone ordered boom boom and waiting another 10-15 for the food. I ordered fries with no salt a kids meal and a caramel ice cream. Dang was I upset when I got my food. The ice cream was pretty much a damn drink as it was all melted the time I got it. The Large fry unsalted(usually order unsalted to get the most fresh fries) they were cold and not even filled to the top I was in shock. Very upset. Lucky the kids meal had to complains the fries were even warm on this order, burger was ehh I'd rate it along side a McDonald's cheese burger not the best. Yea I wasn't expecting much to begin with but when I went back in line to try and talk to someone about this issue the line was backed up by 3 cars and I ended up waiting almost 30 min before I decided to just drive away and write this review instead. I'm not sure what more they need since it was not busy when I went and nowhere near closing time. Oh well just my luck I guess hopefully your experience is better service was good very friendly at the window I'm sure I would've gotten a refund maybe next time read more

Wow. These folks better get their act together if they expect to stay in business. They use an AI at the drive through which can't seem to get the order right. I went inside on my next trip and it turns out that the AI is the smartest person in the room. After entering my order in the kiosk, I stood there for 30 minutes while the bagger spent all of her time staring at the screen and opening burger wraps to identify what should go into which bag. Never heard of labels, apparently. I finally interrupted her very important task and asked about my order. Sure enough it was there sitting on a shelf getting cold. The first time I went to this Wendy's there were only 4 people working and I got stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes. This time I went into the restaurant and ordered a hamburger to take out. The hamburger was cold, the cheese was congealed and the fries were cold and soggy. Plus, Wendy's should be putting lettuce leaves on their hamburgers not shredded lettuce. If I could give no stars I would because this place has horrible service. I came to buy food for me and my little brother and let me tell you how horrible their service is. We first arrive and the lady ( Spanish speaking, btw im Mexican too) takes my order and keeps rushing me to hurry up and finish ordering what im ordering. Then when I try to scan for points, she immediately starts getting upset that she has to scan my points and then proceeds to tell me she can't scan for points, which was pretty odd to me then why have a point system if you can't even scan for them? & to top it off, once I pay she immediately tells me to go wait around the corner which I didn't mind, but didn't even give me a chance to ask for extra sauce, I'll even pay for it but when she seen me still wait by the window, she raised her voice at me and told me to go wait around the corner so I did. Once she brings my food out I ask for some extra sauce and ketchup and she then tells me it's an extra charge. I said it was fine I'll pay it and then she tells me I have to go alll the way around again and WAIT in the drive thru or I have to get off and get it myself?? What kind of service is Wendy's providing for their customers and your manager or person in charge didn't seem to mind the way this lady was treating me either because the moment I go inside and ask for ketchup, the manager tells the guys who's giving it to me " don't forget we charge extra for sauces ".
