Food was ok it's getting to pricey but what keep my attention was that they automatically add the gratuity into the bill. Here is the trick when they handle the bill to sign the printed bill to sign there is a place to add a gratuity again. So if you add a tip on that you ended up to double tip. I am not a cheap person because I did work on a place where they handle tips but I believe so the tips are going in accordance to the service the customer receives. We started off with ordering a kids burger, when I asked if they could have lettuce and tomato on it, he quickly said no, and that they were no longer letting people add onto the kids burger. Family got hamburgers, I got a chicken burger. Never have I paid to be sick like this! I knew there was something wrong with it as soon as I bit into it; I was very hungry, so I ate a few bites - MISTAKE! About 10 minutes after eating less than half the burger, my stomach started hurting, gurgling, then cramping; about 45 minutes after eating I was in the restroom, spewing and hurting from both ends. I'm very old, and very afraid to pass gas today; it's a good thing I haven't tried, didn't trust it because there were no 'false alarms' yet!! My children and grandchildren who ate their hamburgers said they didn't feel bad at all, but that their food was less than disappointing; theirs were also both burnt & squishy, very bad texture and the flavor was not good in any way. They ALL also agree we won't be getting their food again; not only was it waaaay overpriced, but they said, "It was NASTY, Gramma!" To sum it up: SAVE YOUR MONEY! Not a major tragedy -- I just mentioned it to the staff and asked for some bacon. They told me that they would grab me some bacon anyway, no charge. They didn't. They brought me an entire freshly made double burger with bacon -- and they really did up the bacon. This place has been a huge disappointment. I was really excited when this place opened because I love the Marina location. Two tubes in a row it's been a nightmare. The last time we went, we ordered and ended up sitting for 45mins with no food. Come to find out other people had been waiting even longer! Turns out one of the employees told another disgruntled customer they had a to go order of 100 burgers so they were slammed. I wish they had told us this when we ordered that the wait would be much more longer than usual. Instead, customers were getting impatient and no communication was given on WHY it was taking so long. So after an hour of waiting, got a refund and left. Biggest waste of my time! Today I thought I would give it another chance... again super disappointed. Walked in, it didn't look too busy. Ordered and sat down. 30 mins goes by.... So I asked if they knew when it would be out. They said they are still working on it. Sat down And another 15 minutes goes by. Finally got our food and it was FREEZING. All the food felt as if it had been out for 20 mins, not under a heat lamp. I was so upset. If I had to wait that long, my food better be piping hot! The smash tots were not as good as i thought they'd be and the cob salad was .. interesting ? . ..
