They have implemented the AI ordering bot at the drive thru. That went smoothly. However, the quality of the food was just awful! I got very old soggy double-fried fries that I ended up feeding to the birds. Not sure if they enjoyed it, either. Not wasting my money on this nasty stuff again, especially since the prices have gone WAY UP. Don't park in the parking lot! Truck drivers will make deliveries at 7:00pm, then get mad at people who are parked in the parking lot while inside the store. You might put some signs up if you don't want customers to use your parking lot. Or, continue treating your clientele the way you do, and you won't have any customers left to worry about. The restaurant looked super clean inside. Few customers inside but tons in the drive through. It may have been a fluke but drive through was so packed I couldn't get by to park in the parking lot to the left of the restaurant. It isn't lunchtime, it was just after 3 pm but it is Friday so perhaps they are just swamped. I used the bathroom. Social distancing sign on the bathroom, which appeared basically handicap accessible except the location of the huge toilet paper rolls, which were so close to the toilet you almost can't sit properly. Weird. The toilet paper was shredded all over the floor next to the toilet. No big deal because someone probably went in there and messed it up and the staff was busy serving customers in the drive-through and inside. They must work fast because the drive-through was practically empty once I got outside five or ten minutes later. Probably short staffed but fast workers. Good job. read more

I just purchased a medium chili and extra crispy fries. Had the chili and fries before. They were good. This time, I had watered down chili that tasted like a cup of warm water and a pack of ketchup added. One piece of meat. Literally! About a tablespoon of beans of lucky. The worst I have ever had. They dipped the already cooked fries with salt back in the oil to make it crispier and added salt again. Ugh. Do they realize when you double dip the oil, they are soggy when getting colder and taste like oil? I did not even get a receipt in my bag. So, cannot tell anyone what my order number was! Awful. My visit to this Wendy's on Little Road in Hudson was not a good one this time. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant and I had a hard time finding a table that wasn't dirty. Also both of the ketchup dispensers were empty and I told a man at the counter and even by the time I left after I finished my food they had not been refilled. My chile was also very disappointing and was mostly juice with not much meat, beans and veggies. read more

I did get the free meal of similar value, but after taking all my information, including a copy of this email and my phone number, I never got the gift card that was promised me to cover the cost of the last meal. We ordered the old fashioned chicken sand ($5) and of course not in the bag. They also failed to include our receipt so when we called to complain was told nothing they could do without the receipt. I have come to this Wendy's for several years on and off. Most times it is a disappointment. Went today, indicated warm fresh sandwiches please. Well they assured me of them being fresh but they were hard and hardly luke warm. No receipt and asked for a senior drink. I go to Wendy's a lot because my kids love the chicken nuggets and fries. Every time we go we are always missing something. I called today because two days ago we were missing almost half the order the manager basically acted as if I was lying because I waited two days to call. My boyfriend and I stopped in around 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. The guy taking our order was, let's just say "less than friendly." My b/f ordered a baked potato w/cheese and broccoli, which he seemed to enjoy. I ordered a pretzel bacon burger combo w/small fries and drink. The server gave us our receipt but never called our order. We saw it sitting on the counter. My burger was odd, the bun was cold, the cheese was not melted, but the burger was hot. The fries were lukewarm. It was not busy, only 6 people in the place and no one in the drive thru. I ate half the burger and fries. I was going to complain but decided to save myself the aggravation. The only good thing was the Mello Yello drink. We won't be returning to this location. No matter how slow/busy the restaurant, there is no excuse for giving customers subpar food. I'd quit going to this Wendy's for almost a year due to continuously bad food/incorrect orders, very little concern by the staff when something is wrong. Went back this week. First time back, order was wrong again. No offer of compensation, just a "drive it back and we'll replace it." That's it, won't be visiting Wendy's again, at almost $9 for a burger and pasty, barely warm fries, plus another 15 minutes and gas to drive it back, they're in now way worth it.
