I haven't been to Burger King for a while. Yesterday I went and ordered a Number 1 meal. A Whopper with fries and a drink. I brought it home and sat down to eat and thought it tasted burned and very funny. I thought it was odd because when I paid for my meal the girl told me to pull up while they made my meal. I never had to wait for my order before and the place wasn't busy at all. I took a couple bites and tasted the burned edges and the burger was awful, didn't taste like meat at all. I looked on the wrapper and it said Impossible Whopper. Yuk! I threw it out! Make sure you check the wrapper on your burger or you will be wasting a lot of money because the meatless burgers are mo expensive and are horrible! How do you mess up a #1 whopper meal and put a garden burger in that? I was tired and didn't want to go back out. read more

Sunday, 9:50 pm. Store is open til 11 pm. I ordered several items including a chocolate shake. They said it was not available. At the window I asked why, since it was over an hour before they close. They said the machine is broke. This is the closest fast food restaurant to my house so I go there a couple of times a month. At least half the time in the last 3 months the ice cream machine has been broken. The employee was incredibly rude and yelled at me when. I c o mplained too. I arrived just as they are transitioning between breakfast and lunch. I figured if I ordered lunch it would be fresh as opposed to what's left of breakfast. I order the same way I always do: off the broiler, cut in half with light mayo. I had one of the new sour dough bacon cheeseburgers a few days ago. It was fantastic. We decided to get another tonight. What a disappointment. I've given the drive thru three chances and all three the employee appeared to hate their job and was very rude and defensive when I asked simple questions about my order and my charge. Ordered two items. Whopper and a double whopper no tomato cut in half. Food was terrible. First off it was ice cold. The regular whopper was cut in half and only had mayonnaise and two pickles. Terrible depiction of a whopper. No lettuce no tomato no nothing. Worst burger ever now we have to drive our car back to get better service and what we paid for. The double whopper was cold and it had zero on it except of course the mayonnaise. Instead of minus tomato it was minus everything. When I called the Burger King the telephone was never answered and the ring tone went to a buzzer type noise. This order also took quite a bit of time and there wasn't a line. Just us!! Horribly wait times no matter the time or day. They don't even acknowledge your presence and ask you to wait one moment - just dead silence. When you are finally acknowledged you get a "order when your ready" not an apology, nothing. This place lacks customer service skills severely. read more

When I heard Burger King was getting the Impossible Whopper I was very excited. This Burger King is located right down the road from one of the power plants I work at so I decided to drive down to give it a try. Both times I came here there was only 1 or 2 people in front of me but it took quite long to order and to get my order. They seem like they might be severely under staffed. The fries weren't very good at all and tasted super bland. BUT the Impossible Whopper was delicious and and nice crisp lettuce on it. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again but they got the job done. read more

The staff here have always been polite and helpful. Burger King has offered some interesting things to try and seasonal offerings like sweet potato fries. This isn't fine dining but I can't think of any complaints for this well run Burger King franchise. read more

I ordered a large ice coffee with vanilla. I received a small cup that was completely white liquid with vanilla. I brought it up to staff I ordered large. They showed I was rung up for small. That would have been ok. However I told reminded her there was no coffee in it, she said " oh yes there's coffee in it. I put it in. ". They would not admit or fix their mistake. I usually don't bother reviewing fast food places, but this was an extremely pleasant experience for this kind of a place. The people who work there seemed really happy, and they were very pleasant and friendly. Not at all what you expect from the kind of place that you expect to find grumpy teenagers and so forth. This BK has twice in a row gotten our drive thru orders wrong. It's like they just don't care.

My issue here is that the grease they fry the nuggets in is either old or they had burnt something in the oil and didn't bother to change it, but every time I get nuggets they taste like burnt! You can smell the burnt small as well. It's disgusting. read more
