Did the mobile order, got there, had to wait - NO Iced Tea, when they brought the food out it was missing a drink and the bags were shoved and dropped in my car dropping a bag on the floor spilling nuggets and fries all over, got home and no sour cream for baked potato, no ranch for nuggets, no hot sauce, cheese or onions for chilli... not happy! If you have the choice choose Chic Fil A next door! read more

I ordered breakfast on their app thinking it would make it easier and faster for the employees at wendy's but that's not what happened I was asked to park and wait for my food when there was no one else in line. I believe they forgot about me waiting for my food until someone drove up to the speaker to order food. I waited for about 10 minutes before my food was brought out. When I opened the breakfast burrito I ordered it looked like they threw everything in the tortilla in a hurry, the tortilla was not cooked and crumbled with the food falling out of it. It is very poor service at the least. Food should be prepared with care as if you are planning to eat it. read more

I was in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes, finally ordered. Got to the window and the person must have been new, but we all have to learn. I was given my small frosty and told to wait and park "over there", no open spaces that were marked. So I parked where I could, and waited for almost another 20 minutes until I got out and asked why such a long wait, and was met with a very mouthy young lady that came up with a million excuses without one "I'm sorry". She went inside, came back out, asked for my receipt, asked if I ordered a small frosty and handed me an order which I realized wasn't even mine. I spent $14 for a frosty today because I didn't like what I was given. Another couple that was in front of me had been waiting longer than I had. If you are that , my suggestion is higher more people because the drive-through and the restaurant looked pretty full. I won't be going back anytime soon. I can't afford $14 Frosty's. read more

We went through the drive through and my chicken sandwich was hot but it tasted funny with a rotten tomato and brown lettuce on it the kids meal and double bacon burger were both cold like they had been sitting waiting to be bagged for at least a half an hr n the buns were so stale the birds didn't want them when we threw them out. The iced coffee was warm it melted the ice cubes that it had n was still warm so it didn't taste good n the sprite we got was also not good like it didn't have bubbles. The fries were hot but they were pretty salty but we were starving so we shared a medium and small fries between two adults and a 2 year old because we couldn't go back we were traveling home from one appointment to another. We tried to contact the number and the email on the receipt to let them know we were unhappy and no one has contacted us back. It's sad because of how expensive it is to eat out now!! read more

I just left Wendy's. I went inside, one person yell out counter to someone in the back. Nobody came. Two other employees were filling orders and never offered to help (one was the drive through person). I waited, then left without placing my order. Service is one of the few simple things that can be offered. Even an acknowledgement that I was there would have been appreciated and someone was coming. Who is the Manager about 2-3 wks ago, their Manager ", or so he said said the do no provide Senior Coffee . All other locations do. I no longer go there. For about 4 months or so there seasoned potatoes aren't always hot or fresh looking, the make many mistakes and many time I don't say any thing. In addition to Wendy's franchises being too expensive, this one also does not get things right. Amazingly, I got no tomato on my burgers like I asked, but that was the only thing they did right with the burgers. I should have known that attention was not going to be paid at this location when I saw the landscaping outside in such state of disrepair. I have to wonder when was the last time the franchise owner even looked at this place. All I ordered were two JR bacon cheese burgers with no tomato and a large Pepsi™. We came late in the evening around 8 they had started cleaning and the lobby was pretty much empty and was nice and clean already, despite that the staff was very warm and friendly. The service was quick. Donald was the cashier, wonderful person with the kindest disposition. we chilled here for an hour it was a perfect way to end the night. Made another attempt to order food from the Canal Dr. Wendy's. Disappointed once again and this will be the last time me or my family attempt to patronize this ridiculous restaurant again. Ordered fries, chili and chicken wrap. Guy that took order confirmed everything and it showed up on the menu board. Was handed my bag at the window and I went home. Opened bag.... no chili. Charged for it, but didnt get it. Out of Chicken Pecan salads everytime I've tried to order ( at 6pm ) this last summer and fall. Out of Frosties. Out of BACON. I've never reviewed a fast food restaurant, but I thought this Wendy's deserved one. I always get the same thing, the #1 with cheese. It has ALWAYS been well put together, nothing sliding off the side or squished. It seems like they always put the same amount of toppings on and all have been very fresh. I've never even gotten a wilted or yellow lettuce even once. They also have excellent customer service and the restaurant is always clean. This is my favorite fast food restaurant in town! read more

This place should be CLOSED DOWN! It's been MONTHS that they have had a "broken stove", the food is disgusting - IF you get what you ordered. The employees do not care and are barely speaking to you. We've attempted three times...shame on us for the third try. The food is old and nasty, the orders have been wrong each time, and you do not get (all 3 times) what you ordered. i can not believe how wendys is run on canel drive in kennewick. i have lost count of the times that they never have chile ready to sell. i swear some days they do not even make it. if you run out at lunch wouldnt you make more for the dinner rush? and talk about slow, i have waited in the drive through line 30 minutes (because they can only process 3 cars at a time then they make you wait tell they get all their orders done before they will take anymore orders.) and they do not turn on their parking lot lights and its dam dark and a security risk to not only their employees but their customers also! read more

I have a feeling that this location is not a complete picture of the standards of the franchise. I eat here because of the proximity to work, and some times, once in a blue moon it's actually fast food. The drive thru is typically very slow. When the people manning the window hand me my food they look like they would rather be anywhere but there. I have seen their manager work at the drive thru at times and he doesn't seem to be happy either. Maybe he's perpetuating the feeling through the establishment, just a thought. When I've been inside the service is also slow, a many times the floor is dirty, the bathrooms are unkempt, and there's no ketchup or plastic ware available. This place needs to be re-energized and maybe some updates to liven it up. read more

I was very disapointed with this Wendy's. I have been there 4 times. The first couple times it wasn't to bad. The 3rd time the chicken sandwich was cold, and I returned for for a freshly cooked one by that time my fries were cold. That particular evening there was a lady across from me that had the same problem. her food was cold, and let them know she wasn't happy, and I can not blame here she paid 14 some dollar for herself and a child that was her. She made sure everyone could her that comment. I also was disappointed when they were not selling any of the television promoted food. The final straw for me being a Naval Vet. Amazing service! It was 102 outside and I was on my motorcycle. I popped in just to take a seat and cool off before going on my way again and while I was seated one of the employees brought over water and said "take your time and cool off." I didn't order anything but they accommodated me more than I could have asked! read more

Very nicely remodeled and updated. Yet, with the remodel there were no changing tables added to the bathrooms. Men's or women's. So yes, there are kids meals, and high chairs but no changing tables. read more
